After about a year of not coming to eat here due to a discrepancy with the service, I returned. The food is consistently excellent as always, I have been a customer since Ijaz first opened the restaurant. Ijaz is a dear man who poured his heart, soul, and labor into the building of this business. If there is one thing which saddens me is that I do not find him here as much as many years ago. It is true that perhaps he made the restaurant into a very well made machine, however, the presence of Ijaz adds the owner’s character, charm and persona. Only the one man who built the establishment from scratch with his perseverance, sacrifice, and the initial risk of founding a restaurant can have such influence. I am also glad to find the same two cooks in the kitchen who remember me. But most importantly they are the backbone of providing a delicious menu of very tasty dishes.

Excellent Mexican restaurant located on a side street off Viale Millo, just a short distance from the Chiavari alley. The owner greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. Mexican chips and salsa were already on the table. The menu is varied and reasonably priced. The dishes are plentiful. We ate very well and were served impeccable service. Worth a visit.

Excellent Mexican cuisine, abundant and well-prepared, with fast and attentive service, for an undoubtedly positive experience. If you want to indulge in a meal of meat and guacamole accompanied by a delicious margarita, this is the place to be. Prices are reasonable for the setting.

Mexican restaurant. Everything is excellent and very fresh, even the meat is good, tender, and cooked to perfection. The drinks are also delicious, from the mojito to the sangria, and finally the Mexican coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.

The traditional Mexican food is very juicy and tasty. Most customers are Italian, ask for extra spices if you like it hot.

Buon ristorante, qualità dei piatti e del servizio indiscutibile. Sangria e drink alla brocca buoni ma migliorabili. Prezzo complessivo adeguato. Unico appunto non c'è molta varietà di menù. Comunque molto consigliato.

Non ci venivo da un po di tempo, ne conservavo un buon ricordo, ma sononrimasto un po deluso. Qualità del cibo da distribuzione, non ho trovato nei piatti quella ricerca tipica dei ristorantinetnici di qualità, ma più la sensazione di ingredienti e ricette pensate per essere rapide e a buon mercato. Se volete fare un pasto veloce e senza fronzoli può anche andare bene, ma se cercate un posto dove trovare tradizione meglio provare altrove

Buon ristorante messicano vicino al centro di Chiavari con portate abbondanti. Devo tuttavia segnalare l'ultima esperienza avuta a cena con la mia ragazza, che mi ha lasciato un pó con l'amaro in bocca. Sebbene fossimo stati i primi a sederci, abbiamo mangiato per ultimi, con 1 ora e un quarto di attesa. Una volta arrivato il cibo, a causa di un mio errore di comunicazione di un'intolleranza della mia ragazza, abbiamo dovuto rimandare indietro il suo piatto (non ce lo hanno fatto pagare). É stato molto spiacevole vedere i camerieri sparlare poco distante da noi; comprendo appieno il loro disappunto, ma queste cose possono capitare e io e la mia ragazza non siamo affatto stati scortesi (almeno potevano non farsi vedere). Dopo aver ordinato un altro piatto, e aver atteso per altri 40 minuti, i pezzi di carne alla piastra sono arrivati pressoché crudi (il cameriere non ci ha chiesto come volessimo la cottura). Mi sento di consigliare questo ristorante, essendoci venuto molte volte con diverse compagnie e avendo mangiato bene, tuttavia questa volta sono rimasto abbastanza deluso.

Could be improved. Not bad overall, located in the middle of Chiavari's narrow streets, nice to dine outside in the summer... For someone who's never been there, it's a bit difficult to know what to order, and even when you order, you don't know (precisely) what you're getting. The waitress, although kind, didn't really know how to explain the dishes to us. I recommend photos of the menu, especially for those like me who were trying it for the first time. The dishes were standard and plentiful.

Not good My daughter is lactose intolerant, and despite our comments, there was cheese on her plate. I recommend you reconsider your vegetarian option because it was inedible, a thousand ingredients thrown into the piadina, tasteless and lacking any flavor. Impeccable service.
