It's absolutely delicious. The pink sauce is amazing, and the café has a very cozy atmosphere. The milkshakes are fantastic too! It has a great view of the Zócalo. I highly recommend it.

The first thing is sometimes a sign, "We don't have facturas." Another sign says "No, separate facturas accepted." I ordered enfrijoladas and asked for a little more bean sauce, and almost as I finished my plate, they brought me a portion of salsa, obviously at an additional cost... I didn't like it. I didn't like the music; it could have been a bit more pleasant for breakfast; fortunately, the volume is moderate.

The place is nice. They're pet-friendly. But I went for breakfast, and they didn't have any orange juice, so they served me food on a broken plate. It's a cafe, not a restaurant, but it's fine.

The staff is very friendly. We only ordered coffee and desserts; the coffee was very weak, so we had to get an espresso. The corn cake and apple strudel are highly recommended.

Well, what can I say about this place? The most wannabe in Chignahuapan? Dishes that barely manage to taste good, just good. The waiters are terrible, slow, snarky, and unwilling to work. They don't have any typical Puebla dishes, and honestly, if I'm going to eat the same thing I eat here in the capital, I'd rather not go. Where's the mole or the semitas? Their only joke is that everything is pink, but it's a bad idea, as if Strawberry Shortcake and the Pink Panther had vomited all over the place. I don't recommend it and I'll never return.

It's a pleasant place, with good music, some decent drinks, and some of the waiters are very helpful and attentive, but the food honestly leaves much to be desired. The management is quite poor; there's no organization, and it shows. If the place wants to succeed, it needs better management. 👎👎
