La verdad es difícil por dónde empezar. La comida es muy buena, a lo mejor los precios son un poco altos pero en realidad está muy buena la comida, y ahora vamos a la mejor parte, el servicio la señora que está encargada de caja en la tarde es de verdad, de las mejores personas al servicio al cliente que me han tocado, la verdad todas las ocasiones que he ido siempre se ha portado muy amable y sugeriendo cosas del menú, en realidad tienen excelente servicio gracias a ese elemento, felicitaciones a los de RH por contratarla. Por último el lugar es un poco vacío para comer en el establecimiento, por qué lo que resulta cómodo para comer en este mismo.

The burgers are great, just a bit pricey to be honest. The atmosphere is fantastic, although they sometimes play strange music. The service is super friendly in the dining area. The only downside is that they take a while to deliver the food when it's busy, and sometimes the food is cold, but other than that, it's really cool.

First time eating at this place, I really liked the smashed bacon burger. Plus, since it was Tuesday, they gave me two free Taco Bell-style tacos—terrible, but the burger was a 10 out of 10. Excellent service and attention. It was the 31st, and I was alone, but the place is great. I have to go back to try other dishes.

Great service and delicious food. The staff was very friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. The food was piping hot, the meat was very tasty, and the fries weren't overly salty like they are at most other fast-food places. In conclusion, it's a place worth visiting, and I would definitely go back.

Esta rico, el servicio es aceptable pero el ambiente no me gustó, quiero pensar que fue cosa de ese día y que en general no es así, y me refiero al ambiente creado por los mismos clientes y no por parte de los empleados con los cuales no hay ninguna queja ni inconveniente.

Todo muy bien en cantidad de comida, solo que compre unos aros de cebolla a $70-80 pesos por ese rango de precio y solo me dieron 5 aros de cebolla pequeños jaja. Lo demás estaba bien 👍

On Friday, October 25th, at 3:35 PM, I went to the branch, without having previously visited it, just to satisfy my curiosity. The completely new products, for someone who had never experienced the franchise, turned out to be more varied than expected. It has ample parking, an extensive menu that includes burgers, tacos, burritos, salads, breakfast, among others. The food was generally good! A variety of different foods, or with different combinations than what I'd previously known, and I have to say, I don't know if they made an effort with the hiring... or if they just treat their employees very well! I saw friendly, smiling employees, dedicated to service, with their shirts on, but really, on! Everyone was friendly and all wearing caps during busy work hours! Congratulations to that entire shift; they were really friendly, what's next?

For the 4th time, they've given me the wrong order. The first few times, they made a mistake about the drink or left it out. Now, they simply didn't include one of the meals! A whole thing is missing! It feels aggressive when they ask you if it's okay, as if they expect you to say yes. It's not reassuring to complain about the food being wrong, since they might do something to it.

Terrible service from that half-manager they have. I haven't finished ordering, and when I wanted to make a change, he told me it wasn't possible, that he'd already prepared everything, even though I hadn't finished ordering. On top of that, he made me wait an extra 15 minutes at the drive-thru window because of his annoyance. Don't they say they prepare food very quickly? And to top it off, he slammed the window in my face. Good luck with the molcajete pies they have there.
