I visit this Subway 3-4 times a week, and it’s always a great experience! The employees are amazing—welcoming, friendly, and always providing excellent service. The restaurant is spotless, one of the cleanest and most hygienic places I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is inviting. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, making this my go-to spot. Bob and Chetna cheers. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best subway I’ve ever been to! The store is always clean and Chetna is extremely kind and friendly! She’s super attentive and always remembers my order :) highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great subway!!!

This Subway is great! Our entire soccer team(30ish guys) came here for lunch and they made our food very fast! The workers were kind and considerate. They even gave us extra cookies for free!

I had a great experience at this Subway location! As a vegetarian, I was delighted by the variety of fresh, delicious options available. The veggie patty and numerous topping choices made it easy to customize a satisfying meal. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The woman name Chetna working behind the counter was not only friendly and efficient but also knowledgeable about the vegetarian options. She took the time to ensure my sandwich was prepared just the way I wanted and even offered helpful suggestions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced my visit. Highly recommend this Subway for both its quality vegetarian options and its fantastic staff!

I come here often, they're very friendly here and fast. I will go out of my way to come to this location because they always get the orders correct as well, and it's always good and consistent. I frequently see staff cleaning. It's rare to see clean bathrooms but the one time I used it here, it was very clean. I like how the seating is arranged and I feel comfortable.

I went to pick up my mobile order. An older guy didn’t believe I ordered so I showed my name on the app. He gave me a hard time plus he was cranky and upset. I don’t recommend their customer service at this location. Visit a different location.

I've been a Subway customer for years. Their subs are great. I stopped into this Lombard Subway for lunch this week and the portions of lettuce and other toppings were minimal at best. There was hardly any lettuce in the sandwich and the sandwich didn't look like their pictures. This reminds me of the lawsuit I read about where they are being sued for the same lack of ingredients. I will not be back to this location. I've been there many times. I feel I'm paying a premium price for a good product but receiving a substandard product. Beware of this location. They are generating more profit at the expense of customer satisfaction. Sorry Subway, I'll try another location next time.

Incredibly long wait for a single Philly cheese steak. Only one person working. They should have two people working at least during peak hours. At the very minimum update the app for online orders to reflect how long it will take for the order to be ready. If it’ll take 20 minutes instead of 5 to prepare the order, take the 2-3 seconds of your time to update that on the tablet rather than have the customer come in 20 minutes early. Thank you!

We don’t normally come to this location, but we stopped in getting off the highway. I legit laughed out loud at the amount of onion and black olives on my sandwich when I got home, so we will just go to another nearby location in the future.

Subway runs a coupon scam. They mail them to your house then either don’t accept them at all in the store or only for half the offered sandwiches. I remember when a foot long cost $5. Now it costs $15. Two expensive and a big bunch of liars and coupon scammers —- 01/14/23 - update WHY DOES SUBWAY CORPORATE KEEP SENDING ME COUPONS THAT WILL CAUSE THE FRANCHISE TO GO OUT OF FREAKING BUSINESS IF THEY HONOR. ARG

This subway is shady as hell. Mobile ordered a sandwich and they claim they didn’t have any order for my friend even when we showed the woman the order confirmation. She accused us of being scammers over a cheap sandwich when she could have easily rectified the issue by just making the sandwich and apologizing for the inconvenience. The woman’s name was chetna and has zero business working in customer service!
