We ordered 11 large, variety pizzas, requested special cuts for young children, with delivery to our hotel. The food was delivered exactly on time, hot and delicious! The young man, who is the manager, was especially helpful and professional with his dealings. We enjoyed every part of our transaction and would go there again. July 9, 2021

Food was good! But the app didn’t work after several times. We tried a gift card and a birthday code I got for a discount. Neither worked. We tried many different variations even trying to switch up our order. An app just refused to work. Called and gave them my order they didn’t put in the special deal. Called again to fix issue they were able to fix it. My husband went to pick up order they weren’t aware of how to even use a gift card. After calling several people and even a manager being there. None knew how to use gift card. They were kind and patient though through the process. But could use updated machines and better training. They finally got gift card to work.

So I'm kinda wondering if it's a company thing but Everytime I order extra of something no matter what it is, I never get it but get charged for it. Like either they are totally disregarding what the screen says or just flat out not paying attention, or nowadays hiring people who can't read.

Avoid if possible Update 11/14/25 the manager gave themselves a tip, everyone that works here either need to be properly trained or fired the quality of food and service is garbage!!Update 8-15-25 make sure you check your receipts and cash if that's how you pay, the manager is tipping herself, and will call you a liar and thief of your own money, if you call and try to figure out what happened to the rest of your change.

I wish they had something simple like a margarita. The pizza we had came with raw bell pepper, raw mushrooms, and raw onions. It would have been way better if those were pre-cooked in a pan with some oil. It was quite difficult to finish... unfortunately one of the worst pizza I've ever had.

Ordered pizza on the mobile app. Paid for my pizza in full. When my pizza was delivered they charged me an additional $8. When I called the store Shannon was very rude and said I was yelling. She then proceeded to talk over me. Very unprofessional.

I'm sure it wasn't the stores fault but whomever answered the phone dud not understand English or what i wanted. It sounded like it went to a call center. I got some cracker thick trash pizza it's definitely not what I asked for. Tried calling right back and they were closed. No dinner tonight after traveling for 9 hours.

I’d like to let the OWNER know their staff are turning away customers before closing time. All I asked for was a small pizza with 12 minutes before the closing hours. I’ve worked many service jobs and never told a customer to go away before closing time. The manager couldn’t stay 5 minutes late he said. I told them I drove 12 hours today and just wanted a basic pizza. I asked as nice as I could but nope, they couldn’t be bothered.

Took an hour to get my order & got burned pizza. I didn't want to wait another hour for them to remake it. They were very disorganized.
