The drinks and food are very good. It's a little confusing that downstairs is called María Bonita and upstairs 11:Once, but it's actually the same place. However, they have different menus, and sometimes they only give you the menu for one of the two. I went upstairs, but since it was full, they sent me downstairs. There, they showed me a menu of only stews (from María Bonita) and didn't bring me the cafe menu, which is what I wanted. That's why I went upstairs from the beginning. I finally asked them to bring me the 11:Once cafe menu. Another thing is that I don't know who plays the music. I was there for about an hour, and Bad Bunny was playing the whole time. Regardless of the fact that I detest that guy, I don't think it's appropriate music for a family place, neither in the cafe area nor in the restaurant area (which is where I was). Aside from that, everything was great, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The restrooms were clean, with water, soap, and toilet paper. The servers were attentive.

I went to Café Once for breakfast because I thought it had a very nice decor. At first, I was confused between this place and the one below; they look like identical places. The breakfast menu doesn't list everything they sell. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know they sold café de olla, and the waiter didn't offer it to me either. Chilaquiles aren't listed on the menu either, and if they do, I'm giving it 4 stars. If they don't update the menu, it would be great if the waiters would mention these dishes. A 10-star coffee is the only option I'd add, but I would add milk instead of creamer, but they kindly provided it at the bar. I would definitely go back, and the prices were very affordable. I paid $90 for the plate and the large coffee.

I really like going to this place, I recommend it. I really like the food they sell. Just one small observation: the waiters are very slow and never bring napkins until you ask for them.

The place is good to eat very delicious, friendly staff and clean place, the only problem is that if you come short of time it is not advisable to eat quickly. (The time was taken from when the order was taken until the drinks were delivered)

Slower than the justice system in Mexico. Even if the place is empty and they only have to serve you a glass of milk, it will take at least 35 minutes. The waiters have long faces and the food isn't that great.

I went because the presentation of the drinks on their social media caught my attention, but honestly, they take forever to serve even though they weren't very busy. The tapioca in the drinks we ordered was lumpy 😖 and the taro frappé had zero flavor. We also ordered an Oreo one and it was the same. The mocha was super strong, the coffee and the chocolate were very sweet.

It was a completely unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like the staff wasn't interested in serving me. The servers seemed more concerned with tables with customers who appeared to have more money, and it took them ages to bring the food. I'd been eating for about 10 minutes when they brought me the check without asking. They didn't ask me if I wanted anything else; they just handed me the check and told me to leave. This lack of attention and respect completely ruined my visit. I won't return and I won't recommend it to anyone looking for a good experience.

The waiters are incredibly slow. They start chatting instead of serving you. I ordered hibiscus water, and it took them almost 40 minutes to get it, so I had to ask for it again. It turns out the waitress had forgotten. And they don't do anything; they have too many staff. Some guy there just pretended to be working, just cleaning the cafe's things over and over again! They should hire more serious people.
