Super professional jake took care of an order we had a mistake on and went above and beyond to take care of us. Great people working here.

First off, very Clean place and the staff are very nice and quick. The food is a bit pricey but its a once in awhile place for me. The morning staff makes it worth it.

Really good for lunch. We don't eat fast food much anymore, and had food with us as we were on an extended trip. But it hit the spot.

I drove thru and was greeted by a young man, I was using coupons... But I didn't realize I needed to put it on my phone app, the young man was able to help me and process my order without the app. He was terrific 👍💯 thx to him!!!!

Service was 10/10. BEST spicy chicken sandwich my husband and I have had from Carls Jr. will be back.

Super clean place👍 Great food👍I had the Santa Fe Chicken combo and my hubby had the Famous Star with cheese. Of course we shared the fries. I'll be coming back this way again❤️👍🥰

I do not like the new ordering robot. It doesn't seem like I can make substitutions and takes away from the customer service component. Please let me order with a real person. I believe AJ is who I normally see at the window, and he is always so pleasant.

5 stars to manager and crew asked for a nice lettuce wrap burger and got On of The best, manager made sure of it. I write this 5 min after leaving. That manger she deserves a raise.

I don’t visit this location much because I live outside the area. The two times that I have had the pleasure of visiting here, it was a pleasurable experience. Both times were in the morning for breakfast. I don’t recall the two names of the employees that help me but, one was a young Hispanic girl that looked like my niece, the other was a fairly young Caucasian gentleman with brown curly hair. They were both very personable and extremely friendly and helpful. It wasn’t very busy that more and I had some time to converse with them. They made my visit a real pleasure. It sure is nice to have those two employees working at this location. They are the face of customer service and should be rewarded for it. Thanks

The new AI that takes your order is pretty good, very accurate both times I used it. Food is pretty good, but the loaded fries are a ripoff.

Love Carl's Jr. I used to work at this location back in the late eighties. Fun times! I went to try the El Diablito. It was ok. It was spicy. I had to take off the bacon. Did not know it can with bacon on it. It was a lot.

Good location. One of the few still serving green burrito menu items. Gets pretty busy even before the pandemic, so you'll need a little extra time and patience. Most of the staff is courteous and friendly. Had a problem of orders incorrect and items missing but haven't had any issues in over a year.

This food pretty cheap and good dont recomend the onion rings tho they prety expensive i only use coupons. Recomend the chicken sandwich. 2 dorar and prety good. This my daily meal. Eveyday, 2 dorar chicken sandwich. And drive thru man prety nice too. He said to have a good day. That made my day.

I tried calling the store, but apparently the number doesn’t work. There’s no way I was gonna go drive back there after spending $11 to be honest I’m beat from work and it’s not worth my time. I’m pretty frustrated but at the end of the day, what can you do just give me my patty next time and put the fries in the bag. Smh

Open 24 hrs over the holidays?! It shows how much you care about your employees, instead of letting them have the night off to be with family. Horrible chain restaurant!!!!
