This is a positive review for Ramiro an employee at KFC who assisted me in an order. He was polite and demonstrated good work ethic. Also would like to add that I was treated just the same as a customer even though I was not; I was a driver for a pick up order and he still treated me polite. The reason why this is so important, is because sometimes employees do not treat us the same just because we are a driver. Nonetheless, Ramiro is a good example of an employee that understands that we are potential customers that may come back simply because of how we felt we were treated when we visited the restaurant. So Ramiro, I gave you a positive review because you deserve it. And I encourage anyone reading this that if you see good in people, take the time to thank them and appreciate them. That is how we can help each other grow and improve. Also, just remember when you think no one is watching, always put your best and you never know if one day someone puts in a good word and that could be your next opportunity for a recommendation, promotion, or a great opportunity!
Great service, best manager there. A young Homeless man came in to ask for any food that will be thrown out. But manager went beyond with out asking questions or getting mad and gave him a meal that was nice it hot.I will always pick up food here.
Nice lady today Feb 8th. Between 1145 and 1215pm today. She was the tall one with glasses. Very sweet and really great with service
The Chino Calif. location is the best. Friendly caring and fast working employees. Food is always hot and fresh. Even if there is a long line it moves at pretty quick pace. I can not vouch for other KFC locations.

The young man at the counter was great.. Friendly.& fun.. & really knowledgeable If I remember right he had a hat on. There was like 5 of us & we got a $20 box

Never had any serious issues with their food & I have been going here for years. Staff are very polite & helpful. Restaurant is clean everytime I have visited inside the dining area & restroom.
My Mom's fav food. Drive thru was a lil headache , thick girl with Cactus Tattoo on arm couldn't hear me and kept telling me can't hear you Listen I was so Loud I think I woke Up the deceased person from Mortuary down the block. I strain my neck after ordering here. Fix speaker pls that wasn't comfortable or funny seriously. Other than that quality of food was great based on what my fam said. Reasonable wait. Price a lil on the higher side for drinks . Customer Service at window she was nice but when I was at Speaker it was a different story. Have a good day hope my review helps.

I've lived in Chino for 30 years and have gone to this location many times. The food has always been very tasty and fresh too. The only thing negative I have to say is I love Chicken Pot Pies and when they first came out it was filled with white chicken breast meat. I've ordered it now and all dark meat....not good!

This KFC was good, I had the chicken tenders with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. The customer service could be a bit better the cashier was too serious thru need to smile more! Also the soda in the machine was flat no flavor they always need to check the quality of the sodas.
The staff in the drive through were like factory workers in a production line interacting with clogs and not people. They gave us our food and were like the Stormtroopers in Starwars, "move along, move along." They actually did not say that though, that would have been too much interaction with their clogs.
Great food; however, their evening/night shift staff always seem lost. They always forget items whenever I order... Not once have I gotten my order complete at KFC in the evening shift, and by the time I noticed it, I'm already home so it is not even worth wasting my gas...I'm not sure if the drive thru process is more complicated but most times there are no cars in front or behind me to even say it has to due to with the heavy traffic/volume... I'm hoping their management team understands it is not always our responsibility to be triple checking the order when it is repeated & confirmed at least twice through the speaker before heading to the window...

My Dad had the $7 special but with an extra crispy breast, biscuit, mash potatoes, gravy, and a drink. He said his meat was very dry, and gravy was very thick, too. My sister ordered the $6 meal and got an extra crisy thigh, leg, mash potatoes plain, and biscuit. She said her thigh was moist...however she doesn't like the gravy.

I've only been to this location about 3 - 4 times and for good reason. Every single time I've come here my order had been messed, every time. Food was fine in taste, nothing special & the service was only decent about 2 of the 4 times. I've given up on this location, not worth the food.
I arrived at 9:20PM, today to place my order, only to be told that the last chicken, had been sold... why does it say that they close at 10PM, if befit 9:30PM, they won't serve anymore? It's a waits of gas at time, to go all they way over there, only to be sent away without food... they could just change the closing time than.

I ordered the saucy nuggets and if I could post the picture they were far from saucy. Biscuit was good and the Cole slaw was excellent but the sauce must have been on a lunch break when I came

I don't know what happen to excellent customer service but the responsibility is on the mangers to teach it and let individuals go if they don't learn and deliver it. Without customers, a business cannot exist.

The food was horrible. The chicken was old and dried out. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The food was not edible we had to throw the whole box away. We will never eat from this location again.
Went to buy the $20 special so me and my baby's could go to the park and have a nice little picnic. Opened up the bag and no forks, no napkins, no nothing to eat the mash potatoes with. Will never buy there again.
How do you mess up a large mash & gravy! So disappointed. This is the main thing I get and they couldn't get it right! Mash potatoes were cold and the container wasn't even full. The gravy was room temperature and tasted watered down.
Last night visit was terrible, at around 8:30 pm they told me on the DT they were sorry but only had crispy chicken available nothing else, like bread for sandwiches or fries, I replied with ok I just want a bucket and a guy cut off the conversation I was initially having with a girl and said “We only have chicken” at this point I asked so no mashed potato or cole slaw either? He replied “no” no need to say I just left with no dinner from this location. How much of a bad manager do you need to be to allow your store to run out of everything and on top of that get rude with customers?? At this point your better off closing early and saying there were difficulties in your kitchen, don’t give your customers a bad experience and act like you don’t care. Btw female order taker seemed ashamed about having to say they were out of everything , male guy that cut into the conversation was just careless...
We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. So we left and went back thru and still waited another 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. They were rude and messed up our order. They were all high school kids just messing around using foul language. Very unprofessional.
Order pot pie, took 20 minutes. Ask for senior discount, lady said your order is only $5.00. A soft drink, and cookie comes with my order. I ask for any thing DIET, was told the Pepsi machine was broke. Still got charged, like it my fault that machine was broke, or I wouldn't drink a regular pepsi.
I waited up at the front for about 5 minutes and decided to look over the counter and flag down an employee chit chatting with another employee in a room to the left of the register. At that point she comes over and takes my order.... I then washed my hands and came to look for a table... Do these tables ever get cleaned? In the 45 minutes I've spent here not one table has been cleaned and aside from myself two other people have wiped their own tables with wet napkins. In the time I have taken to write this one more group of people have had to wipe down their own table. I don't frequent kfc and this honestly serves a reminder as to why I shouldn't. I’ve been here twice and both times I had Bad service (very rude) , super slow lines inside or thru drive through. First time I was their only customer and I was waiting for over 15 mins to get any help , they just looked up at me and looked down like if I wasn’t even there.
Over an hour just for the order to be wrong. Had to drive back and wait another 10 minutes
Negative stars. I went for a walk with my husband, decided to stop and get KFC, mind you I LOVE KFC in fact I used to work at a KFC a few years ago I've never had such bad service here before today, I walked in 12/11/17 at 7:40 pm there were MANY people working NO customers at the drive through yet NO customers other than I and my husband inside. There was a younger female employee in a black shirt sweeping the floor in the eating area (who clearly saw me and I know this because she looked me dead in the face did not greet us or say a word just kept sweeping), a young woman in a blue shirt blowing her nose into a brown napkin, and a guy employee eating a chicken thigh off a brown napkin on the counter behind the packing station, I waited at the register counter for someone behind the counter to notice me or for the girl sweeping the floor a few feet away from me to walk behind the counter to help or to take my order. A few minutes go by, they see but continue ignoring The fact I'm there till The girl who blew her nose hears a drive through customer come up and immediately starts packing an order without washing her hands, the girl sweeping the floor springs to action to take down the drive through customers order at the register, also with out washing her hands while the guy blissfully eatings his chicken thigh just stands there eating while I'm still waiting. About 9 minutes pass till a very nice older man in a red shirt who I'm assuming is the manager whom ive seen before and have only had good sometimes slow but always good service from, he looks like he just got off his break he hurrily walks up to the counter and asks if I need help, and after seeing what I just saw, there was no way I was eating food packed by employees who pretend like I'm invisible, clearly dont care and have never heard of sanitation. I tell him "sorry but I'm going somewhere else the service here is implorable. Thank you though." I will be wary of going to eat here when I see these certain employess with complete lack of customer service and no notion or knowledge of the sanitation laws working..
I get off work I go through drive-through I order a 12 piece family meal I ordered mashed potatoes, coleslaw extra coleslaw I was supposed to have 12 pieces of chicken. I receive 10 pieces of chicken. I receive two things of corn which is far from being coleslaw, you give me biscuits I could throw at the wall and probably put a hole in the cement, so $43 down the drain I will never eat here again , and you should remember me you had me leave the drive-through line go park in the front and wait because you said you had to make fresh chicken and then you came to my car with all this heavy stuff in a tan little bag and I asked you to double Debec you did that quite well, but you screwed up my whole entire order I don’t eat brick biscuits I don’t appreciate getting 10 pieces of chicken. I don’t appreciate getting corn instead of coleslaw.
Horrible management. orders are always missing something and drinks often blend. (Taste only carbonation) they never answer the phone and coleslaw often taste old and sour. Never again going back there. Corporate had to get involved. I hope they straighten them out.
I have given these guys more than enough chances to prove that their famous bowls that I have always loved are great but they are definitely not at this location! Over and over again the popcorn chicken has tasted like it has been reheated in a microwave more than once and is cold enough to where the cheese on top doesnt melt..
I walked in without a line at 5:41p Therefore, I was next. I was greeted and told they'll be right with me. They had 4 employees but no one at the register. I've gone to KFC locations that had fewer employees on site, and worked more efficiently. At 5:49p, still no help. So, I walked out. 8 minutes is an extremely long time to wait.
I placed my order, they close at 22:00, I arrived at 21:16 and they told me they were closed, but I saw my order was ready and the staff refused to give it to me. I want a refund and a complaint against the staff who broke the opening hours and was arrogant.
Ordered a fill up deal and a "go cup" with tenders at the drive thru. They handed me a bag and said "here you go", so I left. Got around the corner and checked the bag and was missing the tenders go cup. Turned around and back through drive thru letting them know I was missing tenders. "Oh ok, it'll be three minutes to cook the tenders". So they just didn't have them cooked and didn't let me know when I was there - just figured I'd drive away without them? Instead, how about letting the customer service show a little and tell me before I drive away the first time! And before they bag the hot mashed potatoes next to the coleslaw and have me wait for another few minutes while you cook chicken just let me know you're not ready. Simple. And an "I'm sorry" would be really, really nice. It's part of customer service - something wasn't right and you are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you caused.

Drive thru order disappointed i ordered 10 pc meal thigh & drums w/ sides mash n gravy and 4 biscuits. Got home its an 8pc mix over cooked w/ 1 mash n gravy and coleslaw and 4 biscuits. Talk about being shorted. Worse kfc ive been to!
Absolutely don’t come here if you want to protect your stomach and health. Came here last night with bf to pick up food for our date night and first red flag was it took 30 mins longer to get my order than my bf who ordered at the register ten minutes after I place my order. Second red flag was the fries in both our boxes were stale. I didn’t even order fries though. So after I threw those away, I discovered that the chicken was also stale so it was really hard to eat more than two pieces before I got grossed out. Never never never coming here again. Furious oh yea and they had my order ready on the side but were taking forever to hand it out
Every time I go there I sit in line and then get up to order and get the strips meal and they say oh you will need to wait 5-10 minutes. How is it that every time I go there it’s the same results. So if I don’t want to wait then I have to because there are people in the line and I can’t just pull out. Such a joke and this is the 4th time this has happened.
Run down store with incompetent workers. Totally messed up multiple orders. Unable to communicate in english, total disaster. Will not go back. Better off going to chino hills.
If you come here always check your Order. Everytime I come here they always mess up and don’t add the sauce or forget an item. And when you tell them they act like it’s our fault and gets attitude.
I was waiting for couple mins then i spoken two different languages on phone then they spoke to me after their heard i do reviews, I showed at 635pm check cameras so you don't think I'm lying get it together train rite lost my business I just came here for some apple turn overs she said 5mins no one got time for that have it ready disappoint!!!
I made an online order around 9pm for a Chicken & Tenders feast for $30. When my husband got there they told him they didn't have enough food to cover our order. They gave us a few pieces of chicken that looked like they had been sitting there for awhile. They also said to cancel the order on the app to get a refund. By the time he got home maybe 5-10 minutes later the order had been completed already and I couldn't get a refund. I've called and got no answer. I've used their virtual assistant and it couldn't do anything for me either. I don't understand why they didn't have enough food to begin with. They say they are open til 10pm so why wouldn't they have enough to cover their customers orders? It's not the first time that I ordered something and they said they had no more of the item for the night. I don't recommend this place at all.
