This place is so good, clean friendly...yes it takes a bit to get your food but at least its freshly made to order, come with time or call ahead. Its worth every penny.

Wok & Grill is located in the shopping center with Fedex and Cafe 86. The shopping center has plenty of parking. Was craving some Hawaiian BBQ this past long weekend and stopped by Wok & Grill and it was AMAZING! This not like any other Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. They offer the standard Hawaiian BBQ dishes plus chinese food. We only tried the Hawaiian BBQ dishes because that what were craving. We ordered the seafood combo, bbq combo and the spam musubi. They are very generous with their portions, the meat is cooked to perfection and the prices are much better than other places. My favorite part was the steamed cabbage that comes underneath the meat. It was soft and flavorful. The spam musubi was also amazing, the slice of spam was not too thin and not over seasoned. They are also very good at following the COVID protocols. They are only offering take out and you wait outside the establishment while the food is being prepared. We appreciate the fact that they installed speakers so you are able to hear them call your number when the food is ready and they have a microphone installed at the ordering station so you can hear the worker can hear you order to avoid any confusion. If you are ever in the Chino area, I highly recommend Wok & Grill. I can't wait to go back and try their chinese food.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The Food is delicious, and fresh. I am from LA and was used to an infinite variety of good Chinese restaurants so finding this place out here was great 👍.

I always order carryout. It's not a cozy dining place. The service was quick and friendly. The food was really yummy and made fresh to order.

Has such a great taste. You dont even have to ask whats good here because everything is. Reasonable price. Good portions. And its made when u order so it hasnt been sitting there for hours. And no they dont take long unless theres a lot of ppl or someone put in a huge order.

Hidden gem of Chinese food. You're probably used to walking in the fast Chinese food place where you pick from premade food to take home or eat in, but not here. The food is made when you order it, you will wait roughly 10-20 minutes but trust me it will be worth it. If you have the time to wait I'd say you go for this over any other Chinese food nearby.

Service is wonderful, you get a lot for your buck here and the food always taste fresh and good. It's a favorite for my office to order for lunch.

This is the way Chinese food should taste. It's fresh, cooked to order. Moreover, you feel better after the meal, not that weighed down feeling after eating most pre made Chinese food...

Been coming to this place since moving to Chino eight years ago. The offering is the typical Chinese fast food except that this is so incredibly fresh and delicious as it is prepared when ordered. Definitely recommend it, specially for a Friday movie night at home with the family.

I've been coming to this place to eat for many years and I can say that I have never seen a decrease in quality. The food has always been excellent. All food is cooked to order so there's a small wait but its always worth waiting for the food here. The inside is always clean, the employees are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. There is nothing on their menu that isn't great.

My #1 go to for Chinese fast food! Never disappoints. The orange chicken & chow mein is top notch, and the Hawaiian fried rice is a big hit. Big portions at a very reasonable price. Haven't tried much else there bc I can't resist those favorites, but I imagine the rest of the menu is just as great.

Love Love Love this place. I go every week. Made to order and always piping hot. Never had anything bad here yet. And yes the portions are huge but the prices are not.

Update 10/25. Came by for my favorite Chinese American dishes. The jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken. Both still were very tender and flavorful, though they had a bit more soy sauce than before. See the two pictures maybe a year apart. Pretty sure the elderly chef wasn’t the one who cooked my lunch that day. The price remained reasonable, and now there’s a small surcharge for beef options. For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. As noted by others, this place stands apart from other Chinese American food places because they cook everything to order. So every meal here is fresh and hot. Highly recommended.

One thing I found interesting is that the Crispy Shrimp is in the shape of a ring. Their BBQ Beef and BBQ Chicken entrees are served on top of cooked cabbage. The Macaroni Salad isn’t my favorite thing here, but the entrees that can be included in the Family Meal make up for it.

How can I miss this place. This plate can feed 2 adults or 3 kids for $10.30 including tax. Food taste fresh and yummy even before closing. Definitely will go there again. Best price to portion in town.

For example, The beef noodle soup was made even better because they made it spicy just for me. The noodles are a little plain for the chow mein, but the combo choices are all great. My kid just scarfed down all the beef and still had some orange chicken. He's not a rice or noodles guy, so we could use a different option for sides. Looks like the value meal or bowl is ideal for this. They don't have a lot of different options to overwhelm you (no Kalua pork or any pork) but they do a good job on what's available. Overall we were very happy as we got good quick food after 8 pm. And we weren't the only ones...

The fact that there are 2 types of food to choose from in rolled into on is pretty awesome. Hawaiian and chinese. From the Chinese menu the Orange chicken stood out the most. But overall good food, good options and the customer service was good & attentive.

only docking 1 star because the food isnt done well "sometimes." namely the katsu. sometimes its cooked just right, sometimes its overcooked. other than that, the food is pretty excellent for the price. portions are large. they keep the place fairly clean, even the bathroom. they serve the typical hawaiian bbq/simple chinese dishes yould expect. selection is pretty good. food comes out pretty quick, even though its cook to order.

Their food are made fresh to order and the flavor of their food is better than most chinese fast food place. Their prices are reasonable and portions are pretty big. Highly recommended to get food here if you don't have time to cook. I ordered 2 large order from their chef special and that could feed 4 of us for 2 meals.

It is a small dining area. The food tasted good. I ordered the Kung pao chicken. It had a good flavor but a small variety of veggies, too much celery.

Order the pepper steak got more onion and pepper than steak. Wish I can upload the picture to show much onions and pepper was served vs how little meat is mixed in. 60% onions, 25% pepper, 15% meat. Not acceptable in my opinion.

I wasn’t impressed with the beef broccoli bowl the texture was not very good and the meat was very fatty. The dumplings came with no sauce and I have been at many restaurants and I have ordered dumplings they come with a teriyaki type of dipping sauce not sweet and sour. I also ordered cream cheese wontons those were okay. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl for my boyfriend he liked. The cashier taking my order was rude and no help what so ever it was my first time there. I will not be returning back to this restaurant.

Love the food here but this time very disappointed. Arrived at 5:27 pm and waited 30 minutes for my food. After 30 mins of waiting I go up to the girl at the register and ask how much longer she explains there's a big order before mine. I get it it's Friday and people order take out but all she had to do before I order and waited was give me a heads up and notify me that there's a big order that's it's going to be a wait but no I waited and at the end asked for a refund. Please make sure this doesn't happen with another customer.
