An elegant, refined, and unique venue, as is the selection, quality, and variety of its products. The staff is friendly, helpful, and so tidy and dignified that they all wear the same uniform, which changes from time to time. I don't know the schedule because I don't go daily! The girls are young, but polite and knowledgeable, even on those rare occasions when they aren't under the watchful eye of the owner. We also choose it because they serve promptly in the morning, allowing us to indulge in a quick and delicious break. The restrooms are clean. I really like the upper terrace overlooking Piazza d'Armi for aperitifs in the warmer months. The price is in line with the quality and location.

We chose this bar randomly because of its lovely rooftop terrace. Once seated, we ordered two Martinis. The waitress brought a tray of food to the table. Surprised, we told her we hadn't ordered that. She replied that it was included in our order 😍 When it came time to pay, we were pleasantly surprised to find it only came to €11!

Just steps from the pedestrian area, Bar Borsa stands out for its elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Upon first entering, it seems like a hole-in-the-wall, but combined with the mezzanine and the outdoor terrace, the space is more than adequate. The display cases, both for sweet and savory items, are always well-stocked with a wide selection of high-quality products. The bar's management is impeccable, with high levels of professionalism and excellent organization. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast at this café is a guaranteed success. Two display cases brimming with delicious croissants of all kinds and fillings offer a wide selection, and if that's not enough, there are also other sweet treats, as well as focaccias, sandwiches, and piadinas. The coffee shop doesn't disappoint, either, and everything is accompanied by friendly service and an elegant, welcoming atmosphere. The aperitif is also excellent, and during the summer months, it can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace upstairs.

Locale davvero molto bello e curato. Ottima scelta tra aperitivi e piatti pronti , noi in 4 abbiamo fatto pausa pranzo, abbiamo scelto la terrazza che è spaziosa e ventilata, tutto molto buono , prezzi nella norma . Consigliato .

Location molto bella, sia la terrazza (come tutti i luoghi all'aperto con cibo c'è la presenza dei piccioni che cercano cibo) che l'ambiente interno, personale molto gentile, non sono rimasta soddisfatta del cibo x aperitivo, i piccoli tranci di pizzette e salatini erano freddi(erano di panetteria, va bene, ma dal mattino? Boh!) fossero stati caldi avrebbero avuto un altro effetto all' occhio e al palato. I crostini di baguette(abbinati in ciotolina di salsa di pomodoro cruda condita) erano troppo cotti, quindi difficili da mangiare... Ma ho notato che negli altri tavoli questi crostini sono stati avanzati quando i clienti hanno lasciato il tavolo. Mi aspettavo più cura, essendo un locale rinomato.

Excellent place, very attentive to detail and welcoming. In the summer, it offers a lovely, quiet terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a break. My only suggestion: make the aperitivo appetizers a little more varied, to round out an already very pleasant experience.

Perhaps the fact that it was August played a part. The place was packed. We waited a really long time for the aperitif, which was good, but the food... well, I was honestly expecting something different. But overall, considering it's August, there's definitely a shortage of staff. Overall, it's a good experience.

Questa mattina ci siamo recati in questa caffetteria con amici per una colazione, il locale molto ristretto si presenta con dei tavolini sul lato destro del locale con panche verso il muro e delle sedie dalla parte del passaggio…essendo in sei stavamo cercando di organizzarci per sederci Tutti insieme alcuni sulle panche e altri nelle sedie quando è arrivato il barista con modi molto sgarbati a farci spostare dicendo che avremmo occupato tutto il passaggio e le ragazze non sarebbero riuscite a passare, tra l’altro spostando il tavolino contro mia madre in un modo davvero brusco e dicendoci guardate che non è così complicato eh!!! Oltre a questo mentre ci stavamo per accomodare come lui aveva deciso e attendevamo le altre due persone io personalmente ho sentito sempre lo stesso barista esclamare alla collega “ma questi proprio non possono farcela”. Adesso io posso capire che tutti noi possiamo avere una giornata storta ma tu stai lavorando e non ti permetti di trattare i clienti in questo modo e se vuoi criticare almeno fallo in modo furbo da non farti sentire perché oltre a fare una pessima figura a livello di essere umano a fatto fare anche una brutta figura al locale perdendo 6 clienti non uno. Grazie a Dio non siamo così stupidi da non riuscire a sederci in delle sedie e se vogliamo dirla proprio tutta fino in fondo sarei davvero curiosa di capire che utilità hanno le sedie messe lato passaggio se poi aggredite le persone dicendo che non possono sedersi perché poi non si passa più… veramente assurdo il tutto esperienza pessima e infatti ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via senza consumare perché una cafonaggine del genere non è accettabile.

A friend took me here for an aperitivo. Let's start by saying that the location is really very, very nice, small but very nice. The service was impeccable, the girls going up and down the stairs were really nice and kind, even the girl at the counter. The bathroom was fairly clean. The only flaw was the most important part: the aperitivo. There were spicy olives... they weren't added, or at most they were added in addition to the regular ones. There are people who don't eat spicy food, and that was the case with all the platters (I looked as they passed). In fact, I didn't eat any. That's already a star off. Another flaw: you bring the platter and you don't bring napkins?!?!? Yes, there were coffee napkins, but they're not good if you're eating. The other flaw: there was... I don't even know what to call it (marked in the photo), tomato sauce. Not sauce, actually sauce that was supposed to be some sort of accompaniment to the chips and croutons, but it was a shame it was really crappy!!! It was like they opened a bottle of sauce and poured it out; sauce needs to be cooked to become sauce, not served like that. So another star less. I can understand everything, that there were a lot of people, but at this point don't serve it, you'll make a better impression, doing so will only lose credibility. Another star less: the other reviews, even from one and two years earlier, report the same platters, they don't change: chips, spicy olives, croutons, sandwiches, pizza and SAUCE... oh well I'm speechless!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ But you can!?!? The spritz and the non-alcoholic drink may be good, but the platter really leaves much to be desired, and I'm paying for it!!! I don't recommend this place for an aperitif.
