Ordered our first pizza since moving to Mexico in July. One large chorizo pizza. The thing we love about being in Mexico is that we get to try new things. I'm hoping that it was accident that Domino's Pizza that made the chorizo pizza taste like I should never order it again, but we will give it a try once again because we love chorizo and eggs. Hopefully, it was a error while cooking or the box or they cooked the box and gave it to us as pizza. Who knows... you got to love it!

This is a new place in the area, the location is very convenient for this part of the city. In this Domino's there are tables and you can eat your pizza. As it is a new facility everything is in good shape. I suggest to order the Honolulu pizza with cheese in the edge, you will love the flavor. Excellent, I recommend this place.

They aren't updated with the offers. They had some prices in the glasses of the store but they are different when ordering directly in the store. Better call first to know the menu and prices and promotions

Pareciera que salen sin energía para trabajar, muy lentos, la cajera no conocía bien el menú, tuve que venir porque por teléfono me atendieron peor.

Pasable la atención, sus instalaciones si están limpias, el tiempo de espera es desventaja ya que te hacen esperar aunque pidas con anticipación tanto por llamada como por aplicación deben mejorar ese punto...

Unfortunately, they don't honor the promotions that appear on their in-store screens, arguing that I need to download the app and order through that method to make it valid, when it clearly says COUNTER ONLY. I ordered a $150 large pan pizza and they charged me $209. Oh, and they wouldn't give me my credit card payment voucher, and I only got it by scanning the QR code. I hope they can review these simple issues and avoid issues with PROFECO for not fulfilling their promises. There are too many flies in the store.

Buen servicio de los empleados pero el lugar Se está inundano. Goteras por todos lados. Del foco caía agua. Mientras haces fila para ordenar caía agua. Deberían hacer bien los establecimientos porque es relativamente nueva esa construcción. En otra ocasión el el repartidor nunca llegó y dijo que pasó 2 veces a la casa 🙄 hasta en la calle lo estaba esperando. Me dejaron sin cenar.

Pésimo servicio en mostrador me negaron la promoción de la pizza de sartén que en mostrador te debe salir en $159 me lo cobraron en $209 exigí mi nota de compra y no me los dieron esperó hagan algo al respecto ya que se que Domino's tiene sus valores y la regla de oro es que siempre el cliente tiene la razón

Es increíble lo pedante que se ha vuelto esta sucursal. Mas de una hora esperando la orden, al momento de comunicarme de plano se pasan bola alegando qué no recibieron la orden cuando la realicé por llamada. Y ojo que ahora cobran $19.00 por la supuesta atención telefónica.

Se que no hay personal , pero su sistema actualizó los datos según me dijeron y borraron mi dirección . Las 2 personas que me contestaron incapaces de encontrar mi domicilio que está a 5 min , no tienen idea de su zona , no tiene idea como buscar , no tienen idea donde viven . Capacítenlas su solución rs contestar no tenemos cobertura hasta alla 😳 siendo que me ha traído Pizzas por 5 años .

Si compras a través de rappi con ellos, el pedido no llega y lo marcan como entregado. No te dan solución porque te piden que lo atiendas vía la app de Rappi, pero en la app Rappi te canaliza al número de teléfono del Dominos. Borran los registros del pedido y así es como pierdes tu dinero. NO soliciten sus servicios vía Rappi.

We ordered delivery, and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes. We thought it wouldn't arrive because the order showed up as delivered on the app, and during the hour we spent trying to contact the establishment, we didn't get a response, so we had to prepare dinner. To our surprise, the pizzas finally arrived, after more than an hour and a half of waiting and no news from the restaurant, leaving us halfway through our dinner. When the delivery person arrived, he apologized for the number of orders they'd received. If they're not going to be able to deliver that many orders, they shouldn't accept them. And if it's going to take that long, at least let us know or answer the phone.

DO NOT EVER order delivery from this Domino’s!!! This is the 2nd time we’ve tried to order delivery from this place & it’s been a disaster! The first time it took them an hour & 10 minutes to deliver ONE pizza & by the time it arrived it was cold & hard! Today we tried ordering & they went to a completely WRONG address even though I entered & confirmed the address on their website & specified the neighborhood & house number again in the delivery instructions & the tracker shows the guy at the wrong house, so we called the store to tell them & they just gave us an answer of “don’t worry he’ll be there” 😐😐😐 The Domino’s across the street from our neighborhood can’t open fast enough b/c this location is horrible

Zero consistency on quality. Often items are unavailable, ham, mushrooms, pepsi or even crust, what kind of pizza restuarant doesn't keep pizza crust in stock? One day they delivery, the next no. One day the pizza has too much sauce the next it is dry. And the price can be very high. One day two pizzas with 3-4 toppings cost us over 500 pesos. That's crazy.
