Terrible service from Mr. Luis García. He left me hanging for a service despite confirming hours beforehand that he would actually do it. First, he started changing my time, then he didn't answer my WhatsApp or phone calls, and in a final attempt, and finally, after four hours of waiting, he hung up on me, without an apology, without anything.

Terrible service. They stood me up at an event. I reminded them the day before, and they told me they would bring the tables and chairs. On the day of the event, they told me they would arrive in 20 minutes, then they stopped answering and never showed up. Complete lack of professionalism from this company. Look for other options. Not reliable at all.

Super bad!!!, they didn't work for me for an event I had and the deposit was made and it still didn't happen, they came up with excuses, and to this day they haven't returned the $400 that was given in advance, never hire them really!! Don't do it, I did it because I was in a hurry and unfortunately they are not honest or trustworthy people, they steal your money and still get angry saying that they won't keep those cents but they still don't return the money, I hope more people don't fall for dishonest people like them

Terrible service. I made the rental agreement and deposited the money a month before the event, and even then they weren't organized enough to deliver what we agreed on. They changed the delivery date and time three times and were unpunctual. They brought the wrong items. They hung the old, dirty tent tarps incorrectly and unsecured them. They left my things in the yard because they were in a hurry and said they would come back to set up the tent properly and bring me what they forgot! They didn't return at the time they said, and my New Year's Eve event was delayed for hours. When they arrived, they just put another tarp on the tent and said they would come back to bring some cups they forgot. They never returned, and they didn't bring me the heater I rented or the cups. They brought me fewer cups than I asked for, they didn't bring the serving spoons either... and the dishes they did bring were dirty, and I had to wash them with my guests. It was so cold, and we couldn't even stay inside the tent because we didn't have a heater, and the tent's tarps didn't reach the ground... they left them with gaps, not properly closed, and air got in. What I ordered was incomplete, and I had to buy disposable ones in the end... I kept trying to reach out to them by texting and calling, but they never answered until the next day when I picked up my things. I tried to talk to them and tell them what was wrong with their service, and when I told them I wouldn't pay them what I agreed to, but less money for their terrible service, they told me it was just an excuse and threatened me, saying there would be consequences. Honestly, never hire them. Pity their workers, because they're the ones affected...

Terrible service. We only requested two tables, 20 chairs, and a tent for one day. The tent was dirty, old, and infested with cockroaches; the tables and chairs were outdated and filthy. In short, they brought us all their old gear. To top it all off, we had to call them to come and collect their belongings, and it took them four days to do so. Deplorable service.

Terrible service. I hired them a year ago and they arrived later than planned. Today they confirmed they were going to deliver chairs to another event and didn't even have the decency to let me know they weren't coming. Very expensive service and incompetent people.

Terrible service. The appointment to deliver the chairs was at 7 p.m., and they arrived at 11 a.m.! The planks were very old, the chair cushions were dirty, and the rest of the order didn't arrive on the day of my event. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL.

Never hire him! He took $400 and we signed a contract, but he didn't send me the tent I rented. He delivered incomplete tables without tablecloths. Plus, he's rude... never hire him!! I gave him one star because I don't think it's fair to give him less.
