Excelente servicio y el sabor único de sus pizzas.. ahora mejor servicio 😊 atención rápida.

Las pizzas son buenas y aún mejores para comer en sucursal; el espaguetti a la bolognesa está delicioso. Estaría excelente tuviesen una pequeña carta de postres y aumentar las opciones de bebidas. El ambiente es muy bueno, hay juegos para los pequeños y la música tiene un volumen adecuado para el espacio, a pesar de estar sobre carretera es muy tranquilo el lugar. Como recomendación diría que coloquen algún material antiderrapante en la zona de juegos y una zapatera para mejorar el orden. Y para estacionarse recomiendo dentro de lo posible acceder de reversa pues el orden es en pila y no se puede maniobrar para salir de frente.

Super thin and crispy pizza. If you want to try a more homemade pizza, this is the place. It has a small side parking lot. And it's not too crowded, so you can enjoy it. There's a children's play area if you have kids.

It's like stepping into a childhood Angelotti; they still have the same great taste! You can park in the next aisle without any problem. The two people who work there are very friendly. They just need to modernize and join Rappi or Uber Eats, since the cook is the same one who does the deliveries.

The pizzas are delicious; they retain the flavor and concept that Angelotti had years ago in the state of Veracruz. The staff there are very friendly and quick to prepare orders. They have excellent delivery service in the Cholula area. I highly recommend them; you won't regret it. 👌

I came to buy a pizza and wings. Upon entering the store, there was a very strong smell of gas, but the front desk told me it was normal. However, it smells like there's a leak. They also didn't accept card payments. Very bad experience.

The customer service over the phone and from the delivery driver was good, however, the pizza left much to be desired. It arrived cold, and the crust was incredibly hard and dry; it was impossible to even get a slice without it breaking. I called to mention it, and all they said was, "Thank you for your feedback."

I ordered the pizza by phone, the service was good, very attentive. But the pizza was the worst I've ever tasted, and it was expensive for tasting so bad. If I could, I'd give it -1000 stars. Don't eat there, save yourself the trouble. In the end, we wanted to give the pizza away, but it would have been rude to whoever we gave it to.

Terrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and it took an hour to arrive. They don't have a delivery person. Their delivery service is terrible. I don't go to the branch because it smells strongly of gas and you leave with a headache. But delivery is worse. They should improve their branch and image. The food is good, but lately it's been arriving cold. I don't think I'll order again. They should update their processes.

I love the food here, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience last time and I don't plan on ordering again, no matter how much I like it. I ordered two orders of fries, and they called to tell me they didn't have enough for that order and that I should place another order for just one, as they would reject the first one. I did so, and my second order arrived fine. However, not only did they not cancel the first order, but they sent whatever they felt like: two individual pizzas. I called the next day to get a refund, and they said they hadn't sent it. So I think two boxes of pizza were stolen, because that's what happened. It's a shame they don't take responsibility; the manager should be able to find solutions for these kinds of things. Anyway, a sad experience for me.
