Honestly the food here is so delicious and worth the drive/wait. What's frustrating is that every time I order a dessert they charge me for it and forget to give it to me so I get everything else minus my dessert. Today I ordered a burrito, a quesadilla, quesbirria combo and flan and again they forgot the flan. I'm pregnant and literally was so excited for the flan just to find out I didn't get it....

Carne asada fries were the worst I've ever had ANYWHERE. Tastes like it had been sitting in its own grease, refrigerated 2 days, reheated, and thrown on soggy greasy cold fries. I tried putting their hit sauce on it but even that wouldn't cover the horrible aftertaste. I am not a picky eater and usually I love filibertos...but this was the most disgusting flavor. Inky 2 stars because my bf said his chicken fries were OK. Cold, but ok flavor. Disappointing. Lost faith in Filibertos. 30 bucks and it was a really nasty dinner that I won't touch. Long wait made us think it would be fresh.. nope

Burritos and the Pollo Asado plate are good. Carne Asada and Adobada plates not so good, meat is usually over cooked on these ones. No flavor for the adobada. Rolled tacos are good.

We ordered Conor Asada tortoise and we got a slice of skirt steak not cut up with just lettuce. I will never eat here again and I don't recommend anyone to eat here. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Now I see why I stop eating here. I Used to come to Filiberto’s all the time. The rice was hard the meat tastes like it’s been sitting awhile. The lady that took my order acted like I was an inconvenience. I don’t recommend this place wast of money stay away.

Very very poor customer service. They got my order wrong. They didn’t fill my drink up all the way. They had no manners what so ever. Won’t be coming here again, ever.

Order 5 rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese. Only got two and the rest was just guacamole and cheese!!!!! Are you kidding me I didn’t ask for a bowl of guacamole and cheese with a splash of sour cream. I won’t even bother to call them or go back bc fast food restaurants like them are usually always rude and don’t care. Make sure to always always always check your food in front of them before you drive away.

I waited 35min at the drive thru window just now for quesabirria tacos and they came very soggy and they should never be soggy. They need to be crunchy so you can dip them in. This is disgusting.

La comida sabe a cartón. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 The food tastes like cardboard. You will NOT find Real Mexican Food here. This is CHEAP carnival food and is like eating cardboard with hot sauce on it. This is the worst "Mexican" food I have ever eaten in my lifetime. It is an embarrassment and is NOT authentic. All the food is very bland. The cheapest ingredients they could find at a grocery store. Tortillas are stale and hard to cut through. The churro's are also stale, hard and flakey trash. The enchilada was dripping with pools of grease, it was disgusting, I took one bite. The bean and cheese burrito was very hard to cut through, I can't imagine digesting this garbage. They also thought I ordered an extra single burrito which I did not. It looked like a burrito but was actually just strips of tortilla's rolled up to look like a burrito. Take a look at the photos, it's bizarre. So they are basically a failed establishment that is hurting and clearly trying to rip people off for extra money. I hope they go out of business so we can replace it with Authentic, real food. La comida sabe a cartón. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 The food tastes like cardboard.

This is their expensive California burrito... very any cheese, I asked them to add sour cream and lay off the Pico but they left the Pico and didn't add the sour cream.

I usually love this place, I went this morning and was so disappointed. I ordered carne asada fries. When I arrived home, the inside of the bag was covered in oil. Once I opened my food, I see pools of oi. I knew I should've gone to jack in the box. Down the street
