My family comes here all the time and this is the 1st time this has happened. A sharp piece of plastic was found in my daughters drink , glad she didnt swallow it but pretty weird and they couldnt find what it broke off from... so idk if it was something scooped from the ingredients or if a piece of the blender broke off but they said they checked and found nothing. Be careful everyone

Ordered mild but got very spicy chicken combo.

Didn't have boba, Didn't want to take my debt card. Ended up leaving with nothing.

Customer service here is terrible. Ordered crispy chicken and rice combo. The food took about 15 minutes. My son picked up the food and did hear the lady call out crispy chicken and rice. Grabbed the food and drove home only to find the wrong order. Called back to complain and the lady claimed they called out longanisa fries. Both of my sons heard crispy chicken and rice called out. They need to have a better system so their orders do not get mixed up. To top it off, the lady over the phone was super rude! She said “if you want the crispy chicken you’re going to have to come back here and pay for it” No thanks! I’ll take my business elsewhere where they train their employees a thing or two about customer service! Food isn’t even great, drinks are way too sweet, and their boba isn’t fresh.

I asked the girl there for recommendations on what would extra boba I could get for a matcha and I heard her say something red. I came to find red beans in my drink.

I was there today around 6pm...employee was very rude,didn't greet me and didn't say nothing just grab my bag and drop it by table.... Not going back there.

Rang the bell for 2 mins, and no one ever came to the register. Poor serivce

Employee was very rude and unprofessional. I was a first time customer. As I approached the counter, she didn't greet me she just simply said what do you want!! I ask for a iced mocha coffee and she said with an attitude what size? I kindly asked her what sizes do you have this is my first time here. With an attitude she said regular or large? I told her regular. She handed me a hot mocha and spun the register screen around so I could choose the tip amount she would receive. Guess what lady you do not get to treat people poorly and receive money for your bad service. Make the trip to another coffee shop that appreciates people.
