I went through drivethru earlier. The employee was friendly and had excellent communication, and I left happy! I tried the jalapeño poppers with the bronco sauce and I’ll definitely be back for more! Originally went for a buffalo sandwich, curly fries and a chocolate shake, which were fire as always😋 thanks so much you guys!
I recently visited Arby's and was thoroughly impressed by the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was fresh, and the variety of sandwiches was fantastic. I especially loved their signature roast beef—juicy and full of flavor. The curly fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, adding the perfect touch to my meal. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite or a casual lunch. I've wanted to try the King hawaiians bourbon brown sugar turkey BLT. It was just as good as it looks in the commercials. Always love the jalapeno poppers with Bronco sauce! One of my favs. That andis candies shake was sooo very good. Best mint chocolate shake out there. Everything was hot, cold and delish.

When the manager is not on duty the staff seem to not respect the customers or keeping the restaurant clean ,especially when it comes to restocking the paper napkin dispenser and also there was stickiness all over on the soda dispenser. The new manager took over a few months ago he's been busting his butt in training these people and I've seen it when I've been there. What is disheartening is I see the staff at least the other day that I was there a few days ago, appear to disregard what he was teaching them. Tim who I place an order with apparently has forgot about military discounts and senior discounts he needs to be re-educated. He told me that he's better for 3 and a half months and he's never had to deal with that. How big the difference because I remember seeing him when I was there in December and I do not remember if he took my order back then but I know he was working today I was there so ignorance is bliss... Not. I will tell you that the manager does a great job and the staff will step up but when the manager is not there they seem to just blow everything off especially when it comes to restocking the napkins or general cleaning of the area. Are realized that days get busy I sometimes see that there are only three people working in the store however so many things could have been done when there was a slow time with very few customers they could have been motivated enough to take care of those items. I applaud the manager Steve because he has a lot of work to do to straighten the staff out and I know he's working his butt off. So I give kudos to Steve.
Look, I get you get bonus for good drive-thru times. But pulling absolutely everyone ahead for no reason is annoying. And then you wind up having trouble, like forgetting my shake. And after I remind you, I get a medium instead of the large I paid for. Which is not worth coming all the way back to correct. A store is only as good as it's service. Your bonus won't matter if nobody wants to come to the store anymore.
I'm not huge on reviewing fast food places, but this is necessary. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. The prices seem to have gone up more here than at other fast food chains but they've also reduced the portion size. A need and cheddar used to be a good sized sandwich, now it seems to be down to just a couple ounces of meat...
I ordered 61.12 of food and was told all 4 sandwiches were in the bag I got home and only had 3 sandwiches in the bag. I did not receive the buffalo chicken sandwich I should have checked I'm so tired of people not doing there jobs
Today was the 2nd time in less than 14 days I got a bad meal from arby's .Last week it was a reuben, the bread was sogging, the sandwich was not fresh. Today the fish was the same way. I have bought meals there for decades, why is the food no longer fresh?
I placed an order on the app. I couldn't figure out how to order cheese sauce. So I placed my order. I went inside and ordered my cheese sauce and grabbed my sandwich which was waiting for me. The cashier accused me of stealing. I will never again come here.
Stopped in today for two beef and cheddars, a medium curly fry and two 6-piece mac n cheese bites. After waiting for 15 minutes for our food, I finally went inside. I was handed my food at the 17 minute mark on the ticket and got two cold, messy as hell, sandwiches and a total of 9 mac n cheese bites.
I passed through the town of Ciocrea today around 12 pm, on Rt 81 S, in a snowy whiteout,slippery icy roads, needed to do an emergency pit stop, had a handicaped person along, nothing was open (plowed or shoveled),the inside of the establismet(floors) were a mess very wet unmopped slippery floors, staff stood around doing nothing, had to park to make easy entry for the handicap person then the staff was very rude, telling us to move our vechile. Very disappointing experience at this Arbys.
Drive past this place everyday for 35 years. Today I decided to stop in and give it a try. I stood there at he counter and was promptly ignored by all the employees until I left. Never again
This location used to be my go to because they always did a great job on my family’s orders. The past two years things are constantly missing and I have to go into the store or contact customer service (and that’s a joke too) it’s more of a headache than a convenience at this point. The food is always good when I finally get what I ordered but maybe it’s time to “make it at home” ***and to add they over charged my credit card a day after my order was placed
I had a very disappointing experience at Arby's recently due to the behavior of an associate named Tim. From the moment I approached the counter, Tim was unprofessional and noticeably rude. His tone was dismissive, and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by simply placing an order. When I asked a clarifying question about the menu, he responded with visible irritation and impatience. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a national brand like Arby's. The food may have been fine, but the experience was soured by how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken. seriously and that proper training and accountability measures are put in place to ensure respectful treatment of customers in the future.
We had to wait for our food and it wasn't hot or even warm when we received it. I'll never stop there again. I'd fire them all and start over with new employees
Stopped for dinner the other night. The cashier was new but courteous. He seemed rather unhappy in his job though. 🤪. The roast beef sandwiches were a bit grisly. Fries weren't fresh.
