Last few times I've been to this Taco Bell, the food has been amazing. It can be hit and miss, depending on the time of day, but when they are hitting on all cylinders, the food is fantastic.

The line was short, moved at a good speed, and my order was correct. I placed my order ahead of time on the website and it was ready by the time I got there. The person taking the orders at the drive through was also very pleasant.

I'm not sure if every Taco Bell does this but I ordered the wrong food by mistake. They refunded my money then let me reorder the right meal. I was very pleased with this since I was the one that messed up not them.

Good Breakfast Boritto's ! I get them off the $1 menu ! They have Potato, bacon & sausage with egg and cheese. The potato borrito is the most filling but bacon and sausage is still good adding mild sauce is a must in my book.

Frequent eaters at the bell we like the service and the food. I get the chicken power bowl when I go always good. My wife gets the steak casitas grilled 3 times they have no problem getting it done rite. My only problem is they got rid of the apple empanadas we got them all the time but that was a corporate thing.

I ordered some food through Doordash tonight and was extremely pleased with my experience!!! Whoever made my food (chz quesadilla, dorito taco Supreme and chzy gordita w jalapeños) did a phenomenal job. The presentation in the packaging was also very tidy and neat and I got a plethora of hot sauce. Thank you so much for your effort, that quesadilla was so good it made my night :') 💖

Received my order and noticed one of my tacos that was supposed to be supreme was missing the sour cream and tomatoes. Went back and spoke with Alex he then made me the taco correctly in a very timely matter. Alex did a great job taking care of me, thanks Alex.

If you wants great tacos for an even better price, this is the place to go! The food was amazing (for fast food standards), and everything was neatly placed in the box it came in. There was a wide array of different drink options, although it can't compare to the local Wendy's. The music added a fun atmosphere to the place, and for sanitization, it was pristine when it comes to fast food restaurants. I didn't see anything on the tables, nor the floor. Lastly, are the employees. They were pleasant, kind, and open to help whenever possible. Overall an amazing experience

I eat at this location frequently after work. The service is fast, friendly and accurate. It's also the cheapest fast food for the size of the meal proportions. Great job! 👍

Always a pleasure doing buisness with this crew. As a delivery driver they are always right on top of the orders i have to pick up. As a regular customer my son and i are always well taken care of. When the 10 y/o thinks Taco Bell is one of the 4 food groups, we frequent the resteraunt. Service is always great.

I've been eating taco bell the majority of my life. I was even a shift manager at this location when I was 18. So this is embarrassing to admit, but in my whole life I have never seen nor made a nacho bell grande as picture perfect beautiful as the one I received today. I wish I had taken a pic of this. It was amazing and had perfect portions. So damn good!!!

Taco bell. What else can you say, one of the best in fast food taco thing's available today. I do miss the taco bell dog tho. Funny thing is that I have a taco bell dog, Yoda. If taco bell ever wants to bring the dog back hit me and Yoda up. The store itself is spotless, they keep it very clean. The wait is usually very minimal. And you just can't beat the 5 dollar taco bell box. Where else can you buy lunch, a taco lunch for 5 dollars and some change? No where. And the late night's the drive thru is open always hits the spot if your hungry. It's convenient location is nice, easy in easy out. Great place. Just miss that taco bell dog.

Takes over an hour to order food to be yelled at that they are short staffed and their system is down .... so another half hour just to get out of the drive thru line because they are so short staffed. *Edit visited recently 2 times and the service was fast food was hot and made perfect. It seems like they finally have a good staff.

So I want to preface this review by saying I ordered from this Taco Bell every single weekend for over eight months, driving out of my way to go to this particular one. I'm also a vegetarian so every large mobile order I placed (usually 2-4 boxes plus items from the cravings menu) had a lot of modifications to substitute for meat. The only reason I don't still go here anymore is because I moved out of state a month ago. Honestly, this Taco Bell is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are all incredibly kind and personable. Even with all the staffing issues they've had over the past year, the worst thing I ever had happen was having to wait longer for my order because there were only two staff members working. (Realistically it's impressive they had gotten my order and everyone else's done as fast as they did!) I rarely had any issues with my order but of course you expect mistakes at times, every so often one or two items would be missing. It was incredibly rare though so I was never upset. If I noticed it and let them know, they'd apologize and get my missing items to me within a few minutes. Definitely the best Taco Bell in the area!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Destini Congdon at the Cicero Taco Bell! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is perfect. Her energy is positive, her customer service is outstanding, and she always makes you feel genuinely welcomed the moment you walk in. Destini is incredibly attentive, quick, and consistent. My order is always correct, fresh, and delivered with a smile. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back!If you’re stopping by the Cicero Taco Bell, I highly recommend visiting when Destini is working—you’ll get some of the best service around. Taco Bell is lucky to have her!

Orders almost always accurate. Nice drive through staff. Often takes a long time in line at the drive through if they're busy, sometimes up to half an hour for 8-10 cars. This location often has better quality than some others nearby.

Soooooo much better than other Taco Bells I have gone to in the past. The service was great, was greeted with a smile (rare to find), food was ready to serve in about 5 minutes. Atmosphere was calming and friendly. Food was on point as far as taste, texture, temperature and consistency (very rare). Only giving 4 stars because the employee training another employee to use the register, kept talking repeatedly about his personal life. Overall, one of the very few nice Taco Bells left, around here anyways.

Update 8-13-22... Setting in line for about 15 minutes because it takes an average fast food about 3 minutes a customer and while the food is pretty good there are inconsistencies when you actually get your food home where you are frequently missing somethings. I love Taco Bell; however, I hate the inability to be consistent and have accurate orders when you leave here

Bought a power bowl with extra rice. They forgot the rice, but the customer service was awesome. They made it right, and I will definitely eat there again!!! The power bowl is fantastic.

I would rate 5 star but the speed of service is sluggish and everyone looks so miserable. They have a few hard workers. They do make your food right right 95% of the time. Maybe a raise could help everything go faster and the workers happier.

Okay this is not a 4 star restaurant-- but this is a 5 star taco bell! It's got great friendly staff and they make everything well here. I personally love taco bell.... and the only reason I'm not saying 5 stars is because it would hurt my credibility. It already does-- I mean, it's fast food. But if you take it for what it is, this is a great Taco Bell, always clean, always friendly, and making my favorite Montezuma Revenge inducing dishes!

Service has been VERY slow lately. Either understaffed or something is broken or out of stock. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast or dinner, drive thru or ordering in, expect to wait 10 minutes+ for your order to be completed.

Hey, it's a Taco Bell. Are you expecting something special? Their drive thru is reasonably quick and the staff seems well trained. It is a stretch that they claim this is anywhere near authentic Mexican food. Rather it's engineered fast food based vaguely on Mexican Cuisine.

This Taco Bell is usually fine, 0 issues with the food but I came here a few weeks ago at around 10pm to pick up my mobile order and asked the drive-thru employee if my boyfriend could start a separate order; They declined and said they were busy fulfulling DoorDash orders. The guy wasn't super rude about it or anything but it was just kind of odd because we were already there and we hadn't ever been turned away because of DoorDashing.

I went thru for breakfast before work, and it took them quite a while to make my one burrito despite the fact that i was the only customer at the time. Then, on top of the wait, my burrito was wrapped horribly, ripped tortilla, food falling out. They did kindly replace it but only with a slightly better wrapped borrito.

I don’t know if it’s the full moon but I’ve never experienced this Taco Bell™️ run like this. My life is centered around the moon cycle, I haven’t been having the best few weeks. My family and I decided it was best to have Taco Bell tonight at our favorite location. The girl in the drive thru’s tone was off and she seemed very impatient. That was very obvious as my order was given extremely fast and this really was the cherry on top for me. I spent over $30 to be given a double chalupa foopa I have no idea what it’s called and a cold quesadilla. No one was willing to help me. Everyone should be looking for signs in the moon because this TacoBell has been warned.

Update: Always check your bag before leaving the window. The quality of food and service has declined. It has been consistently poor quality for long enough that it's the norm now, so I'm compelled to update the review. Orders are frequently wrong, items missing, and they can't even remember to add sauce packets most of the time. Calling them does no good as the majority of the time they don't answer the phone. The food quality isn't good enough to warrant putting up with so much consistent incompetence. 2yrs ago: They've upgraded the restaurant since my previous review 4 yrs ago. It's clean with modern amenities. Service has declined and the Drive-Thru takes a while to get through. Staffing issues have caused them to close early on occasion. Don't be fooled by their signage, it's not always accurate. Their DT menu board has an image of a cup that says "Dr. Pepper" but they don't sell Dr. Pepper.

WOW! Waited over 40 minutes in the drive-through without an explanation or an apology. There were only 7 or 8 cars in front of me. Fast food? That would be a 'no' on both. Actually the burrito was pretty good.

This is an update of a prior review...which was also 2 stars. That one was for consistency in screwing up orders. Good news. They seem to have fixed that. Bad news, the issue may be from higher up. Went in at just after 7PM on Sunday, April 23rd. There was a line at the drive thru. The car at the head seemed to be ordering Thanksgiving dinner. I couldn't hear anything, so I didn't know if it was them or just no staff and they were waiting. Turns out it was both. Every car took longer than usual. When I got to the speaker, I asked how the person was doing. There was an obvious pause. She said "not good" and elaborated. She said they were trying to close (at 7PM????), and that lots of cars keep coming and ordering large orders. Hours away 1AM, so I cannot come to grips with the early closing nonsense. I did sense her frustration. I got to the window and she looked as I assumed; labret, kinda shaggy hair, and a general look of discontent. Normally, this would irritate me. In her case, it didn't. She was at work...unlike the rest of her generation. I do not inherently assume it's because she's got a great work ethic and just wants to look "punk." For all I know, her parents force her to work. Maybe she has no choice, however the welfare state tends to make that a non starter. Considering that truth, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. She isn't taking the lazy way out. Management, however, may be. The Biden stay at home and collect plan has ended. With every one of these kids who is done wrong before they ever finish high school, we end up with exponentially more deadbeats, unwilling to enter the work force. Tell me about the high minimum wage, and I'll tell you, you let it happen. If the largest corporations in the country/world aren't willing to stand up against government regulations, who will? If you have no employees or the food and service suck, you will close. In this economy, it's guaranteed

Just finished my 12 hour shift in one of your local ER's. My order total was around $30. When my debit card was handed back with no receipt, and no mention made of one, I asked for one. The response was, "my printer isn't working, but I can try to reroute it..." I don't expect much from fast food, but I absolutely expect a receipt if I request it without feeling like it's a problem...

My mobile app order took 30 min to complete and when I finally got it, my entire order was cold; Cold shredded Cheese in all items, meat was luke warm in them as well, and the Chalupa holding one of the items together was so cold that it fell apart (These are supposed to be soft and warm). It's one thing if you're understaffed (and openly venting about it to standing customers), but when you're rushing the food to the point where the ingredients aren't at the proper temperature, it doesn't make it worth the wait at all, nor justify the excuses and apologies.

Would strongly recommend you do not come here, classic taco bell food is the only reason I go here. Service staff were not rude, however refused to admit they put mild sauce instead of medium even though it said mild on the large screen and they asked me if it was correct, I replied no I asked for medium sauce and they insisted they put medium, they didnt, then I got no sauce. My family and I have also gone here multiple times over the past few years and every time they have gotten some part of our order wrong (I remember one time a 50+ dollar order was basically 90% wrong we were pretty sure we got someone else's - even tho they handed it to us with our name on a receipt of what should actually be in the order)😭 also long wait even though kitchen was clearly packed

We waited a half hour for our food to go. They were busy, which is totally understandable. I checked the bag and I was missing chips so I went back in. I was ignored for like 10 mins before I said something. They gave me chips and the picture below is what I got, $2.99 for like 6 chips, mainly crumbs. Do yourself a favor and take the 3 minute drive down the road to the Cicero location. You are going to wait at least 10 minutes even if you're the only customer in line and on top of that there's a 90% chance your order will be wrong.

I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande. I got a container full of nacho chips, old and dry refried beans and almost nothing else for toppings. The meat and tomato was perhaps a spoonful. I'm truly disappointed.

Went to this taco bell drive through at about 10:30 tonight. We ordered 2 combos. Plus a cinnamon twists. When we got home we didn't have any cinnamon twists. (One of the combos came with twists also .. so we were short 2 cinnamon twists). We were also short a chips and cheese. They haven't given receipts since covid started(so going back would be a waste of time tonight given the crew would likely either not care or be defensive.. and why would i waste my time?). This isnt the first time they screwed up at the drive thru... but usually its just one item missing or wrong. It wasn't overly busy. It wasn't overly late (they are open until 2am).. so I don't know what the excuse would be. I'm guessing when you pay a kid to work the late shift and there isn't sufficient supervision, the attention to detail goes out the window(?)

You never actually get a "BOX" when you order boxes of the menu. Always out of them or, they have hired someone new and You get aditude for asking about them. Everything is always thrown in bags. Very disorganized.

Orderd food never had a problem with this restaurant up until last week when they forgot 5 items in my order and tonight they forgot 2 tacos that went with our meals, crunchwraps had only lettus and tomatoes nothing else and our steak quesadillas literally had 4 pieces of steak. Prices dont match on website 16.99 versus store menu 22.99, ordered the variety box thats was 24.83 with tax 12 taco supremes the hard tacos were all broken like they droppd the box on the floor! what a 25.00 disapointment!!!!

Onions make me sick. Stopped in tonight after attending a wake, fir a quick meal. We ordered 2 burrito supremes, nacho fries, Baga 0, and 2 bean burritos NO ONIONS- We order that because onions make me violently ill. We git my burritos EXTRA onions instead. Went inside to order at the counter and was not greeted for 5 minutes. A gentleman working behind the counter said," I'll be right with you." Waited another 3 minutes and left. Is the only way to get food at Taco Bell now the drive thru or order at the Kiosk?? Always very slow, don’t expect to get your order inside before they finish an entire lot of cars in the drive through. We ordered 20 minutes ago inside and still haven’t seen our order however have watched about 5 orders get handed out the window. Ontop of that the current manager is clearly sick and coughing as she walks into the back all over the line. She also isn’t wearing gloves and coughing into her hands so this place is clearly very unsanitary. All the tables are dirty we literally had to ask them to give us a clean cloth to wipe off the table we wanted to sit at because it was disgusting, all the tables where covered in food and filth. Don’t eat here.

Night manager sucks. Kicked me out at 10:25 because he decided to only take the customers in front of me and told me to go back in my car and go through the drive thru. Should’ve locked the door then if you were cutting certain people off from coming in.

I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes before anyone took my order. There was only two cars in front of me. It’s not busy. Was at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. No “we’ll be right with you” or anything at all. I literally had to ask if anyone was there. It’s been 15 minutes since I’ve ordered so I’m typing this up. I’ve been waiting almost 40 mins for Taco Bell. Tons of people have backed away and left. I would have too if I knew what I was in for. I’ve worked in the industry for 13 years, so I know how it is. But this is unacceptable. People are beeping in the drive thru. Everyone’s pissed. I don’t get how it can get to this point. I literally don’t expect to get my FAST food within an hour. Good ol Taco Bell.

Hopefully there are some changes made to this establishment. I understand retail and having to hire any warm body who applies,but the first issue of tonight was - Coming to pay at the window, the young guy did not read me my total. I knew what it was from the lady who read it to me after I ordered from the menu. So after he hands his hand out, I give him exact change. My total was 30.09 according to the total given at the digital menu, and I handed him 40.09. He proceeds to hand me back my.09. I said you owe me $10.00 back. He seemed confused and got a manager who did not apologize but asked me what I gave him. Maybe if he had read the total out to me in the first place,and gave me a receipt or if he had any common sense. I got back $10.09. No apology from her. "Here you go." and I didn't even get my drinks at that point when she probably would have liked to have thrown my change at me even though I wasn't rude about it, I just wanted what was clearly mine- my $10.00 after I paid. No receipt, one soda was out of syrup and I have no idea if I was missing any food at this point. Luckily this is my last time going here. At least chick fil a is nice about things. I get mistakes happen or you're having a bad day but there is no need to take it out on someone who did nothing wrong or wasn't acting like a Karen. Take it out on the kid who clearly can't figure out $40.09 - $30.09 is $10 dollars back,even without a calculator. Simple retail or fast food places also say the total before they place their hands out. Huge fail overall.

Worst taco i ever had from taco bell, it only had a thin as a pencil line of taco meat! a little lettuce a barely any cheese . I usually go to the one in Cicero North Syracuse , when I'm working they have a generous amount of taco meat and cheese. Good service too.

This place is normally pretty good, but last night was horrible! Waiting in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes!! 10 mins behind a customer getting one med sized bag of food and then us Waiting for 7 minutes at the window!, never greeted! And Never looked at the despite two employees in the window area, one making herself her own drink! We eventually drove off and went someplace else.

Usually never have a problem with my food here. However I was in yesterday to stop for a quick lunch the manager that took my order and made my food was very rude. I could hear her yelling at her employees and using foul language at this time there were kids inside. This was very upsetting to see. Do y'all just not want my money or something? Every single time I come to taco bell, it's a waste of my gas and time which are both extremely valuable. I don't even know why they sell breakfast. Every time I go the machines are "down", or the power is "out", or they run out of breakfast food by 10 when it's supposed to be til 11. This is literally 4 days in a row I've tried going to this location to get food and I've been turned down every single time. Get your s**t together

Last visit didn't go so well. The girl at the drive-thru dropped some of my change (She said, "Sorry", but didn't replace it.) and I didn't receive the senior discount that I had asked for when I placed my order. When I asked about my senior discount, a young man came to the window and said that I would have to come inside to receive it. I'm disabled and it just wasn't worth the hassle.

This is a terrible taco bell. They're open until 2 am, but if you want food anytime after 10 pm, expect the drive thru to take about 30 minutes per car. This happened to me this weekend. I paid for my food with the taco bell app, then went to the store where the line for the drive thru was at the red light and not moving at all. Taco bell had me hostage after I had already paid. This taco bell needs to get it together. That's not how you treat customers... Take their money then give terrible service, and what is my recourse? None besides a Google review 🙄

it’s ALWAYS something with this place. I’ve *tried* going 4 times in the last month. The first time half of my food was wrong or forgotten. The second time I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up but the doors were locked so I sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes just for them to say they couldn’t complete my order. The third time I went at 11pm when I got off work and they were closed. Lastly today, the fourth time, I got there at 12:45 (hours say open until 2am or later) and when I got up to the speaker they said they ran out of food and were short staffed therefore will be closing. i just want to get a burrito with no hassle. This is getting out of hand.

Says dining room open and then there is a sign saying its closed. Impossible for us to get through the drive thru since we have a trailer on our truck and it's a narrow pathway

Saturday day/Sunday morning around 1:50am. Nightshift do better. Customer service is disgustingly bad. Food was cold. Poorly made. Fr who puts the crumbs of chicken (4 smallest pieces) on a taco man. Everything was cold. Nothing was even wrapped properly. Honestly only thing that came out right was my Baja blast. Sunday February 15th/16th, 2025.

On 11/10/2024 around 9pm, I had the most bizarre experience at this Taco Bell. I pulled in the drive thru, and waited behind a vehicle that waited at the speaker for a bit before driving away. I decided to wait at the speaker too until about 4 cars pulled in behind me. I drove up to the window to let someone know nobody was on the headset where a gentleman was ready to hand me someone’s food. I said, “I didn’t order yet, no one is on the headset,” and a woman ran over to apologize. I told her it’s alright, I’m happy to drive back in line so you can take care of these folks first because they’ve been waiting and people are driving off. I didn’t mind waiting for a bit more and the line went fairly quickly. When I get to the window, I pay and the woman hands me drinks, and I end up waiting for a while now. She hands me a large white plastic bag full of food including nacho fries just thrown on top. I didn’t order those, so I realize this is a completely different order. I have to wave her back to the window to show her this wasn’t mine. She looked at me confused until I showed her the bag had a receipt for “Christopher”. She apologizes again and takes the food back and tosses it back on the counter. I wait again and a couple people come over to say it’ll be out soon. The first lady comes back and hands me a small bag with yet another person’s order in it. When I tell her she loses her cool, tells me something about them having a new system, and while I’m trying to tell her what my actual order is (she asked), she throws off her headset and storms off, leaving the other two workers, another lady and a young guy, to figure it out. I was very patient, and I never raised my voice or did anything to warrant her storming off. I felt like I was in crazyville where I speak a foreign language or something!!! I have to give the young guy my receipt to figure out my order. Turns out they never even made my order so I’m now waiting at the window with a line behind me while my food is completely made. I’m honestly embarrassed at this point as it’s been nearly 25 minutes, so I get the young guy’s attention and ask if there’s any way I can get a refund. He says, “You don’t want the food?” I said, “No I want the food, I’m just wondering if I can get a refund for the trouble.” He says he can’t do that, so ok whatever I’m just done by this point and figure I’ll follow up in some way once I can get out of the drive thru. I’m handed a large white plastic bag with mine and my husband’s food— two tacos, two chalupas, a quesadilla, and sauce cups— thrown inside. They clearly had paper bags (the second wrong order was in one), so why did they serve all these orders in enormous plastic bags, no boxes, where everything laid haphazardly? Of course, I was missing items, so I have to ask once more for the rest of my food, which I’m left WAITING AGAIN for, which I receive in a paper bag. Why did I basically have to beg these kids to do their job? I did call as soon as I could to speak to a manager, which I’ve never had the nerve to do before, but I should have known better that there wasn’t really a manager there. The second female worker answers the phone and says she’s the manager, and while I’m telling her what’s going on, I hear her telling the first female worker what I’m saying. The first female worker absolutely starts FLIPPING OUT in the background about me because I’m the one that drove around (still wondering what I even did wrong!) and the second female worker says something about “let me ask my GM”. The so-called GM was the young guy that helped me at the window. He tells me, “I already told you I couldn’t give you a refund because you took the food,” and said how he gave me coupons. He starts arguing, so I told him to get it together, and hung up. I’m sure they served Christopher and the other customer the food was handled in my car. I called my husband when I pulled into the drive through to get his order, he heard the whole thing, and the phone call was 30 minutes long when I left. Ridiculous experience. The food was gross too.

Avg wait time on the screen says 24 minutes. There are two people making food while the others stand around without direction. Staff this place or shut it down… jeez! People are moving like snails back there. No sense of urgency at all. I could fly to Mexico and get tacos quicker. Canceled my order after waiting 30 minutes. No I don’t want to respond to you through email to your generic response. Let’s see if these reviews are actually read based on the response I get!

waited over a hour in the drive thru!! this used to be the quickest & best taco bell near me but no so much anymore. the workers has attitudes & didn’t get a apology from anyone. this has been this way the past couple times i’ve came, but i just figured it was a one or two time thing. each time the wait is longer & longer. i’m extremely disappointed & most likely will not be returning to this location.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is always amazing here. But recently, the wait has been unacceptable. Once we ordered and got into the drive thru line, we waited for over an hour. There is no way to leave the drive thru, so we were stuck. The staff did not even apologize or make eye contact when we arrived to the window.

Drive thru orders even if you order through the app are consistently 45 minute to an hour long dilemmas now. Something has clearly happened recently as the food is worse than usual and the wait time is abysmal which wasn’t really a problem in the past.

My kids love Taco Bell but I hate that this is the closest location to our home. No matter what time I come here its always a looooonnnnnggggg wait. Even when its not rush hour times for food (i.e. lunch or dinner time) McDonald's is right next door save yourself the time n the headache and go there.

Yesterday I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, today I waited 40 minutes. I literally do not have the time to wait this long for food. I can no longer order from here. Today there was no apology, no coupons offered, and there were about 10 other people waiting with me the entire time while we watched 3 slowpokes and 1 hard-working blonde manager take struggle to make our food. I've never seen a taco bell operate this slowly. I know you're short-staffed and very busy but I kid you not, it took over 5 minutes for every single order to come out. I used to work fast food, it does not take that long to make this stuff. I'll just have to get my food elsewhere from now on.

Waiting over an hour for an order is insane. At that point I don’t want it anymore but there is no way to leave the drive thru. At this point of wait i don’t even want to pay for my order anymore. Fast food isn’t even fast anymore. Might as well have sat in a restaurant would’ve gotten my food quicker.

The service has gone down hill. Its definitely not fast or friendly anymore. Tonight was the last straw. I waited to minutes and only 2 cars got their food. The 3rd was pulling out as I was leaving. Understand there was still 9 cars ahead of me. This never use to happen.

48 minutes…never even got to the window… delivery truck was parked in the drive thru lane going the wrong way… could have got everything from aldi and made it ourself… manager was aggressive and condescending towards staff… McDonald’s looked so warm and inviting across the parking lot 😔

If I could give a very star I would. Don't go here if you want to be in and out, employees are slow, rude and fight with each other. Chances of your food being correct is slim to none

I did go fairly late but online it states the Cicero Taco Bell is open until 2am as I pulled up to the drive through I was the only car the lady came on the speaker asked if I was using the mobile app then went completely mute horrific service place closes before the time it states online

I ordered via the mobile app, chose pickup at drive-thru. After waiting quite some time, I made it to the speaker, only to be told I have to go inside for mobile orders. This location has you literally trapped at this point, there's no way to leave the single lane drive-thru. Waiting, becoming agitated, finally I get to the window. The guy tells me I have to go inside. Mind you, my order is 1 food item & 1 drink. I said please just give me my order, and asked why the drive-thru option wasn't greyed out on the app. He walked away to get help. A young woman at drive-thru asked if there's a problem. I said yes and expressed how insane this is. Im hostage in a drive-thru lane while being told I must go inside. She was nice, she said corporate did it because of large orders via app and Uber. Well, fix your app then. My 2 item order isn't holding up traffic & the drive-thru button wasn't off. If I were traveling with sleeping children I would have gone bonkers. Instead, here I am, wondering why we tolerate rules of inconvenience dictated by corporate greed. No thanks Taco Bell. When enough of us aren't willing to tolerate your complete disregard for customers, maybe then customer satisfaction might matter.

Have to go in to get my mobile order I placed specifically for the drive through. Lady said “due to new company policy you have to come in” so whats the point of a drive through? It takes 2 seconds to hand a mobile order out the window. Makes absolutely no sense.
