Piatti buonissi! A cominciare dalla qualità della carne. La lombata era tenerissima e molto saporita. Ottima cottura. Gnudi ottimi. Contorno di carciofi perfetto. Prezzi giusti e servizio col sorriso. Consigliatissimo.
***Recensione della sola perte del ristorante, ma sappiate che il locale offre anche camere. *** Il ristorante, dal profumo tipicamente toscano, non deve trarre in inganno, soprattutto sulla parte delle carni. Perchè oltre ad un taglio magro di bistecca, come la nazionale, offre anche altre razze a mio avviso ben più pregiate e gustose e, ahimè, sottovalutate soprattutto dai toscani. Nera di prussia, angus americano, scottona irlandese, highlander scozzese.. e tagli "molto coreografici" come la tomahawk (di angus). Carni molto più saporite, alcune di esse con un gusto deciso (anche in base alla frollatura scelta), che garantiscono un sapore persistente. Il tutto, però, in chiave tipicamente toscana, quindi serviti con contorni tipici quali i funghi fritti o la cappella di porcino grigliata e usata a mò di cappello per conservare gusti e aromi della carne nel piatto. Nella foto, una tagliata di irlandese, con cappella di porcino grigliata e una bistecca da 1.1 kg (scelta tra i tagli ancora crudi) di angus americano. La prima molto tenera ma succosa, ha un sapore deciso ma delicato, che ben si sposa con la cappella di porcino come topping, mischiando aromi e sapori in maniera eccelsa. La bistecca di angus, molto saporita e succulenta, deve il suo sapore anche al tipo di grasso che la contraddistingue, non solo al tipico grasso perimuscolare di questa razza, giallognolo e reso croccante dalla grigliatura, che conferisce il tipico sapore erborinato, ma anche al grasso intramuscolare che, sciogliendosi in cottura, rende la carne morbidissima, nonostante il taglio "fiorentina" sia bello spesso! I funghi fritti a contorno, un must tipicamente da "osteria toscana". Una cantina molto ben fornita che vi regalerà viaggi unici nel piacere del buon vino. Lasciatevi consigliare dal personale, che sarpà abbinare pregevolmente il bicchiere alla pietanza che vi appresterete a degustare. La cucina offre anche pizze che, almeno all'aspetto, hanno un certo fascino. Non avendola ancora assaggiata, mi riserverò di modificare la recensione in tal senso. Riguardo la location, l'ambiente è sufficentemente spazioso per accogliere un buon numero di persone, sia all'interno che nella saletta allestita all'esterno. Un gradevole giardino accogli egli ospiti nel verde, e magicamente riesce a farti perdere la cognizione del luogo perchè, ahimè, il ristorante ha una posizione strategica ma non di pregio, essendo vicino al casello autostradale di Incisa-Reggello. Ma, ad onor del vero, all'interno del circondario del locale questa vicinanza all'autostrada è piacevolmente attutita e non crea assolutamente fastidio, tranne che nelle giorante di pioggia dove, inevitabilmente, il rumore autostradale diventa un "commensale non invitato". Da segnalare la presenza di parcheggio rpivato, dotato, per altro, di 2 colonnine di ricarica veloce per i veicoli elettrici. Questo locale, ad ogni modo, deve il suo buon nome soprattutto alla location e alle carni pregiate che offre.
Sabato 7, di ritorno verso Roma, ci siamo fermati presso questa osteria. Avevamo chiamato 2 ore prima, per prenotare, ma non era sicuro ci fosse posto. Giunti sul posto, la Signora alla cassa, accogliente e disponibile, ci ha chiesto di attendere qualche momento; ci avrebbe cmq fatto accomodare quanto prima. Abbiamo degustato degli ottimi crostini misti e costone con largo a dir poco gustoso. I primi si presentano ben impiattati; tutti e tre di gran gusto, tra tortello di patate al ragù, pici all' aglione e le prelibate fettucine alla faraone. Dolci fatti in casa: panna cotta, e uno squisito tiramisu con pavesini. Sicuramente anche la pizza sarà eccezionale, date le variegate pizze profumate che transitavano sotto il nostro naso ed occhi, nel momento dell' attesa di accomodarci. Prezzi nella media del tempo che viviamo. Rinnoviamo la cortesia, gentilezza e attenzione del personale, e dei titolari. Salvatore e i suoi amici.
Ci siamo andati,consigliati da amici,per un pranzo al volo sulla strada del ritorno a casa: ottimo! Ampia scelta di antipasti primi e secondi,piatti tipici cucinati con cura. Abbiamo preso un antipasto toscano con salumi tipici e crostini e poi delle pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale nostrale:tutto eccezionale. Personale gentile e attento. Prezzo ottimo in relazione a quantità e qualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo tornare in zona. Ve lo consiglio anche perché è giusto fuori dall’uscita autostradale e quindi comodissimo. Consiglio la prenotazione perché è molto frequentato
24/02/2026 Siamo venuto a cena per la prima volta , ambiente pulito , personale educato , gentile e sopratutto informato bene sui piatti se avete dubbi o altro ve li spiegano ecc… Abbiamo preso pici al cinghiale , tagliolini alla faraona PAZZESCHI!!! Come secondo due filetti te tenerissimi ! Complimenti alla cucina al personale. Il prezzo varia in base a cosa prendere noi abbiamo speso 100euro ma meritati prezzo giusto.
Siamo stati in questa osteria e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ci avevano avvisato di un’attesa di circa venti minuti e sono stati precisissimi. La pasta al tartufo e la pasta all’aglione erano semplicemente fantastiche, saporite e ben preparate. Ci siamo poi deliziati con dei contorni: bietola saltata aglio, olio e peperoncino, fagioli e carciofini fritti, tutti gustosissimi. Come dolce abbiamo scelto Cantucci e Vinsanto, davvero strepitosi! Personale gentile, ambiente accogliente e cucina di grande qualità. Se passeremo di nuovo per Ciliegi torneremo sicuramente! 🍷🍝
Se si vuole fare una sosta per mangiare quando si è in viaggio sull'A1 questo è il posto. Subito dopo il casello è molto frequentato ed è consigliata la prenotazione. Il menù è tipico toscano sul quale spicca la fiorentina da minimo 1 kg, con disponibilità di diverse qualità di carne. Servizio eccellente: rapido, cortese e disponibile.
Assolutamente spettacolare !!!! In prossimità della chiusura io ed un mio caro amico in viaggio per lavoro abbiamo pensato di chiamare e molto gentilmente hanno accettato di aspettarci . Ovviamente già conoscevamo questa OSTERIA delle meraviglie io una sola volta prima e il mio amico un paio sempre in occasione dei viaggi di lavoro . E così dritti per dritti ci siamo recati con grande entusiasmo in osteria. Hanno dei coltelli magnifici dedicati alle carni eccellentissime che hanno , abbiamo preso , un po di corsa eravamo , una sola fiorentina di carne nostrana . Il prezzo un po ha picchiato soprattutto per colpa del vino della casa , non mi aspettavo un prezzo così alto , mezzo litro quasi al prezzo di una bottiglia. Ma nel complesso la gentilezza , ospitalità, qualità, educazione, servizio , ambiente esterno interno , buono anche il caffè....bhe che dire ci tornerò, ci torneremo , una volta entrati si rientra certamente.
Sempre eccellente!!! Piatti stagionali, prodotti freschi, carne sublime. Locale curato con servizio attento e veloce. La sua posizione ad 1 minuto dal casello autostradale lo rende una tappa obbligata che soddisfa sempre a pieni voti!
IMPECCABILE. Ed è la seconda volta (a distanza di un anno) che torno in questo locale. Dagli antipasti al dolce, passando dai primi e i secondi piatti di livello superlativo. Servizio top e personale super disponibile (un caro saluto alla nostra cameriera palermitana che, nonostante la storica rivalità di tifo, si è anche fermata a scherzare con noi). La speranza è quella di poter tornare anche il prossimo anno (o prima) e rimanere soddisfatti come sempre!
Ottima osteria all'uscita autostradale, anche se il termine osteria sarebbe un diminutivo 😁, visto che è un ottimo ristorante. Ottimi i piatti e spesa nella media. Carne secondo me un pò troppo costosa......

Abbiamo cenato in questa osteria ieri sera ed è stata una bellissima scoperta! Tagliere toscano buonissimo! Il ragù toscano davvero di qualità. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso. Ci hanno anche dato consigli utili su cosa visitare il giorno seguente, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Si percepisce la passione per il lavoro e l'attenzione verso i clienti. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Amazing food, amazing staff, and a semi-casual atmosphere. Honestly, the only ding on the "atmosphere" is that it's right off a main road with little signage (that I can remember). During our week-long visit to Italy, we dined here 3 times. Once was takeout for 15 people (15 dishes came out in about 30 minutes!), second time we sat down just as a group of 3, then last as a group of 6. The first night we ordered takeaway as they could not accommodate our size of party without a reservation (on a Sunday night), but they worked efficiently to get all of our orders in and out in speeds I've never seen with such quality food. 3 pizzas came out to 28 euros!! The Gnocci and Ragu(?) And black truffle fettuccine were absolutely amazing, as were all the pizzas we had. The menu is completely in Italian so either learn the language or get some way to translate it (I personally used my phone's image text translator which mostly worked fine). If I ever make my way back to Florence, I would be eager to eat here again. Wonderfully kind staff and amazing food.
oh my lord. This was the best cacio e pepe i’ve ever had in my life. and i love cacio e pepe. i tried making it at home and its never tasted this good. Add a bit of pepper to your liking, and you have the best warm and filling meal ever. This sauce is dangerous! it is so good. portion was big for me (south east asian diet usually isn’t this size — if you’re from SEA you may want to share this with another person!)
An absolute MUST-VISIT, when in the area. We had the best Steak-Florentine in our life! The tartar and carpaccio was also out of this world! Totally recommend

Extremly friendly and helpful owner and staff. Our car broke down on the highway so we had to book a few nights while we waited for it to be repaired. They even helped us comunicate with the mechanic. The food was really good and the portions are also quite big. The wait time is also minimal, even when the place gets packed. I recommend you book a table în advance as it can get quite busy during Lunch and dinner service. Overall we were quite impressed and thankful for their hospitality. ❤️
The foods are delicious. We order the 1.2 kelo meats, the potatoes, red wine from Chianti, tiramisu and coffee. The services are great! We think the food quality is better than Florence downtown area.
Just Absolutely Great! Highly recommend. Just as you exit the motorway, you arrive at the tavern. Perfect for when you're on the road and would like to experience the traditional world famous cuisine of Tuscany, at very reasonable prices with great service and quality ingredients. Big portions. No need to drive an hour in the country for this experience. The only thing missing, I suppose, would be the view but wouldn't change it for another place further out of our journey and more expensive for the same experience, just for the view... Will be suggesting for all family members in Italy and for anyone reading this, THIS is the place you need to stop for food. Enjoy!
Very nice place, with some good food and a great staff . We only tried the Florence special of fiorentina . However the pasta plates looked appetising. The sweets were not too shabby as well
Taking a dinner here because the resto is besides ciliegi hotel. And surprisingly the taste so good like in this google review says! good atmosphere and the portions so big. The pizza can be for 2-3 people. Wanted to try tiramisu, soon will come back 🌟🤩
Listen here, if you are in Florence, you must go here. This restaurant is perfect. We were on our way home from Florence, we were hungry so we checked some restaurants nearby on google Maps. Now, this restaurant was pretty far from us, but I convinced my father to go here because the food and the reviews looked amazing. It was the best decision ever made. This is definitely the top restaurants I've been to in tuscany, and for sure the best pici con ragu ever! We both ordered 2 pici con ragu toscano, and both were extremely satisfied with those dishes. We than ordered a tiramisu for both of us to divide, and we really loved it. It was very unique, the Pavesini were crispy! The best part, it was really cheap! We played around 40$ for what we ordered + a glass of wine and fanta. That's it, I have no more words, just start driving to this restaurant and enjoy!
Found this place by accident because we missed a freeway exit and we were so hungry. It was such a pleasant mistake and amazing discovery. The food was the best I have ever had and it’s not even an exaggeration. The spaghetti with black truffle mushroom was insanely good. It was the best pasta I have ever had in my life. The tiramisu was beyond amazing. Prices were affordable. We will go back here next week for our last meal in Italy.
One of the best dinner so far in Tuscany. All locals being there was a good sign and no disappointment. Helpful employee too. Highly recommended to anyone near.
Speaking of the food, the restaurant is a true gem. The menu is filled with fresh, seasonal ingredients and local specialties, and the wine list is extensive and well-curated. I had some of the best meals of my entire trip at Osteria De' Giusti, and I looked forward to come back.
A really great experience in this off-the-beaten path osteria. Nice local atmosphere and great dishes - we tried the gnudi, pasta with porcini mushrooms and pasta with truffles as well as fried porcini, all watered down with a wholesome house wine (Syrah). To end the meal a great digestivo. Highly recommended!
Bellissimo ristorante. Ottimi piatti. Gnudi con gli spinaci eccellenti, così come la grigliata 🍗. Leggermente rumoroso nella stanza dove eravamo noi forse per i troppi tavoli ma essendo domenica ci può stare. Personale molto veloce e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente
Semplice e piacevole ristorante subito all'uscita dell'autostrada. Cibo molto buono, servizio ottimo, location carina. Consigliato per un buon pranzo toscano se siete di passaggio.

Locale sito immediatamente dopo il casello autostradale A1 di Incisa. La zona non è il massimo ma il locale si presenta molto bene. Nella veranda fa molto caldo perché esposta al sole nelle ore del pranzo. Cibo ottimo, con bistecche cotte al punto giusto per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche, molto buoni anche i contorni e i dolci. Servizio semplice senza alti o bassi. Prezzi "Giusti".
Nice place with good food. But, please do order EVERY dish EXCEPT for the 'Grande Fritta Toscane' as that is a plate full of deep fried meat, veggies and even bread (soaking of oil). 😜
Tasty food in a cozy setting, very conveniently located near the autostrada. The extensive pizza menu has something for everyone, and the ones we ordered all tasted great.
100% Tuscan! Meat for all tastes! Very close to the entrance to the Incisa Reggello motorway for those with a sweet tooth for the treasures of Tuscany. Fairly large location with large rooms, it also has a Debora. The mise en place is simple but with fabric tablecloths. Rustic location where you immediately feel in the "countryside". Staff very kind and willing to help you in choosing the menu. Traditional Tuscan dishes. We chose a super appetizer with various Tuscan delights (from croutons of various types: wild boar, porcini, liver, spicy, etc. to polenta croutons with meat, knife-cut cured meats accompanied by vegetable and cheese quiches. As a main course meat: sliced tavern and Chianina tartare ... accompanied by chard, baked potatoes and zolfini (the white green beans typical of the area). Finally, Blueberry and coffee cheesecake. Prices in the standard. Marked on the map to be able to return.
Due to the 4,6 out of almost 5000 reviews we expected more. In short: if you are looking for ok food next to the highway for a cheap price it’s a possibility. BUT if you look for fine Italian food go somewhere else. The good: Price The bad: The food, we thought it would’ve been fine Italian food due to the rating. But compared to all other places it is just not good. I would rather pay a few € more for good food that we could actually enjoy. Service was mixed, some were nice others didn’t look so happy or didn’t even look at you when you wanted to pay. The ugly: It’s next to the highway exit, if you sit in the garden you get to enjoy the car & truck fumes. There is one small bush in between that’s it. Too many loud kids It’s very tourist oriented, you can order a pizza with fries as topping.. The food was so fat that we both had a stomach ache for a day after.
Dispiace sempre fare recensioni negative, è la terza volta che torniamo in questo locale e differentemente dalle precedenti volte è stata una pessima esperienza su tutti i punti di vista, l’unica cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è stato il tiramisù.
I've been here with my family and friends each time we come to the Mall and it has always been a favourite dinner joint for us. The food is superb every time, the atmosphere is great and the service impeccable. So, it is with a heavy heart that I have to write this review. Just a few days ago, on 22nd May, our rental car was broken into midway through our dinner. The carpark was supposedly a private carpark but there were no security personnel, no security cameras and basically nothing to remotely protect the customers who parked there. The staff from the restaurant were kind enough to help tape up the window and also cleaned up the glass strewn all over the back seats. The police arrived quite promptly but they couldn't do much except to tell us to make a report at the station in downtown Florence. All our shopping at the Mall was stolen. Apparently a syndicate is responsible for this theft and it has been especially rampant for the past 6 months. I'm sure there were customers arriving or leaving the restaurant when the act was committed but evidently, no one intervened. Also, there is a difference between rental car number plates and local number plates so this is something the thugs used to their advantage. Moral of the story here is be careful when you park at this carpark, take everything and I mean everything with you to the restaurant.
