The flavor is delicious, the salsa is amazing, the handmade tortillas are delicious, the place is cool and the food is really good. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the drinks are excessively expensive. A liter of water is $59, and it's not even the best one. Plus, the $59 price for the liter of water isn't specified. A soda is $42, I don't know, it seems excessive to me. But anyway, the chicken is delicious and I didn't find it expensive.

Overall, acceptable. I ate at the restaurant. Service was prompt. The problem was that I requested an invoice, but it never arrived. I kept insisting, and they just blamed each other and the systems. They need to improve that service.

No lo recomiendo, mal servicio y tiempo de entrega fatal, después de hacer el pedido espere hora y media para que me entregaran. Ademas las personas vas y les preguntas y solo te dicen ya va salir, solo porque estuve insistiendo me lo dieron ya de mala gana y parte me lo iban a entregar incompleto solo porque revise bien lo que pedi! El personal en vez de ser amables y empaticos te contestan con prepotencia. Por cierto atendían primero pedidos que les realizaban después.

Es una burla, nada recomendable medio pollo como para un niño que ya comió, mi pronóstico es que no durara mucho este negocio, aparte muy lentos en despachar, el precio es demasiado elevado para la porción servida. La cajita feliz de McDonald's está más grande. No vayan está muy muy mal servido.

Yesterday, Saturday, July 12th, we went to enjoy some delicious chicken with our family. Unfortunately, it will be the first and last time we go. We were served by a waitress named "Alejandra," and the service was terrible. She served us very reluctantly, and then when we paid by card, she even demanded her tip percentage. Isn't that what they're paid for? It's a shame that they operate like that. Furthermore, it took her ages to bring our order, and the chicken was burnt and very dry. We will never return to that establishment!

We often bought chicken there. It's not bad, but on March 22, 2025, we ordered a quesadilla that smelled like wine. The cheese was spoiled. You have to be careful with the kids and try the cheese first without adding anything that might hide the flavor. We will never buy from them again. Anything that gives you a spoiled product implies that they haven't taken the minimum care or that they don't care just to make more money.
