We fell in love! Not to pick on otherBucks, but you walk in and they act like it is a huge inconvenience if you didn't already just mobile order. Dutch Bros ALWAYS takes time to be courteous and friendly. If you don't like being asked about your day, it might be a bit much. Best visit ever happened and early morning when we rounded the corner and NO cars in line......are they closed I wondered?! Just to slowly creep up and have the entire little shack of 6-8 Broistas excitedly greet us, "Welcome to Dutch Broooooooos!" Oh yes
I’d like to give a big shoutout to Bailey at Dutch Bros for her amazing customer service and positive energy. From the moment we pulled up, she greeted us with a friendly smile and made the whole experience enjoyable. Even when we tried to joke around with her with the “Apple Pay prank,” she handled it like a pro; laughing along with us while still keeping things upbeat and respectful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and knows how to connect with customers in a way that feels real and personal. On top of her great attitude, Bailey also makes an incredible Chocolate Crunch Freeze. It was blended perfectly, creamy, sweet, and full of flavor; one of the best I’ve had from Dutch Bros. You can tell she puts care into what she’s making, not just rushing through the drink. Bailey’s the kind of employee who really represents what Dutch Bros is all about: good vibes, great drinks, and excellent service. She definitely made our day a little better, and we’ll for sure be coming back to her stand again. Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone like her on the team! Thank you Bailey :)

I absolutely love starting my mornings at the Dutch Bros on Madison Avenue! The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming, with big smiles that instantly brighten my day. I usually order ahead on the app, and without fail, my coffee is ready to go when I arrive. They even recognize my car as I pull up and bring my order right out to me with a cheerful greeting! Remembering my name is Jenna and always saying good morning Jenna! It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference in starting my mornings on a positive note. The consistency, the friendliness, and the genuine customer care are what set this team apart. Thank you to the whole crew for your awesome service—you all truly make mornings better!

I wanna say thank you to the awesome customer service that I received front the male employee that worked this morning sometime after 4am who hooked me up with a large mocha and extra shot! I had ordered a medium but he gave me a large since there was extra, but still! Such a life savor as I was working out in the field and desperately needed to wake up! Coffee tasted perfect! Thank you!
I really like dutch bros, after we stopped going to Starbucks for political reasons we needed an alternative. So we started with peets but after trying dutch bros this is our new favorite spot!! Their drinks are amazing tasting and so much more Verity's to choose from!! Love this place
The staff are always so pleasant. After my Dr's appointments, I like to go here to get some silly sugar drink cause I know the vibes are always going to be fairly upbeat while I'm there. The staff will promptly answer questions about the menu if you happen to be confused or need a question answered. They make it very easy to customize their drinks. If the drink looks like swamp water, then it's gonna taste bomb!
I Don’t come here often but I have to say I’m glad I did! 🙂 the line was long but the service was very fast and very friendly! I tried a iced white mocha which was delicious 🤤 along with the orange cranberry muffin top. I would recommend this location even when the line is long, they know how to service customers fast! ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
Tonight (midnight) is my first night ever coming to this Dutch Bros. I have to say the service is amazing; it was fast and easy. Instead of coffee, I decided to order tea. I never had the tea at Dutch Bros, so I asked for the cashier's suggestion (thank you for being such a great help, you deserved the tip. I'm currently enjoying the drink you suggested to me). I'll be looking forward to coming back again.

My First Hot Beverage & Experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I ordered a small white chocolate chai latte and can you believe it? A lemon 🍋 poppyseed Muffin "TOP". I felt like calling up Elaine from Seinfeld and discussing where all the bottoms of the Muffins were cause I don't like to waste food but do love a nice crispy edged muffin top. My friend Olgalydia & I used to go down to the Stanford cafeteria in the mornings @ breakfast time just to get a Mrs. Fields fresh warm blueberry muffin & they were like heaven. 😇 The best part was pulling off the crisp edges of the sugar dusted Muffin tops that melted in our mouths with a slight crisp bite as we devoured every morsel. Lol! This post makes me sound greedy but Kudos to Dutch Bros for selling me a Muffin Top & not wasting a Whole Muffin. It was very good, no crisp edges but, the Chai latte was delectable. my boyfriend picked up coffee this morning for us and i understand being busy and everything else under the sun but this is honestly disgusting. neither of us had time to go back and get it remade so i’m posting this because this isn’t the first time i’ve had grinds at the bottom. simple solution: rinse out the tins after every pull and make sure your tins aren’t right below when emptying out the grinds to pull a new shot. please have your baristas be mindful of this.
Horrible. Managed to get 3 out of 4 drinks wrong- make sure you mention more than once it needs to be hot or cold. Do not order any custom drinks here. They will get it wrong or not include your add ons. Workers eyes were red and they were non coherent, maybe on something.
this Wednesday at the drive-through. I ordered two vanilla latte blended drinks and a vanilla shake for my daughter. When I reached the window, the staff handed me the drinks without straws. When I asked for straws, he responded aggressively, questioning if I really needed them and said people can drink without straws. He was unprofessional, didn’t greet me, and just handed over the drinks. At end The drinks weren’t what we usually get, even though we ordered the same ones. Honestly, this was the worst drink I’ve ever had at Dutch Bros.
