The staff at this branch are always EXCEPTIONAL, very attentive and helpful to customers. The burgers sometimes vary slightly from their traditional flavor; I don't know why, but as regular customers, it's noticeable. If you're looking for something delicious to try for the first time, go for it! Plus, they have a variety of drinks, not just soda, but also hibiscus water and lemonade.

On my last visit, as always, the service was exceptional. The two-piece roasted chicken combo was delicious, served with grilled onions, sausage, roasted chili pepper, salsa, and tortillas. Excellent, fast service, and the place is very fresh and spacious. Highly recommended.

However, it's happened to me twice now, on different days, that the opening time is listed as 11:00 AM, and for one reason or another, they can't serve because they haven't received their supplies. I urge them to pay attention to this, as they don't say anything until you ask. As for the atmosphere, it's fine for families.

La comida es BASTANTE BUENA para el precio, el cual es MUY ACCESIBLE. Las instalaciones regulares, ya que hay algo de eco. Se lleva una estrella porque en cuanto la ATENCIÓN al CLIENTE: La peor que he visto en mucho tiempo. Si hubiera una licenciatura en mal servicio, esta sucursal sería Harvard u Oxford. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a loud buzz that made it hard to carry on a conversation. It felt like everyone was speaking at once, which made the atmosphere really chaotic rather than enjoyable. Finding parking was another huge headache. After driving around the block multiple times, I finally found a spot a good distance away, which added to my frustration before I even stepped inside. I hoped it would be worth it once I tried the food, but sadly, that was the biggest letdown of all. The burgers were not just poorly made; they were downright gross, lacking flavor and freshness. Overall, the combination of the unpleasant ambiance, the parking struggle, and the subpar food left a bitter taste in my mouth. I walked away feeling like I had wasted my time and money on a meal that didn’t even come close to my expectations. It’s a reminder to be more cautious about where I choose to eat in the future.
