Great historic site, should be taken care of and preserved more by the government, but that's my opinion only. Too many street vendors ruining the experience of the intended site experience.

We visited this restaurant during the rush hour on Saturday and the pizza waiting time was around 30mins😵‍💫 Although, the pizza arrived a bit burned from the bottom 😒Also, we ordered a small Margherita and it had way too much olive oil on top. My personal recommendation is either do not visit this place during the rush hour or do not order pizza😅 We had another order of gnocchi and it arrived in 5 minutes, fresh and tasty😋

These stars are solely for the delicious food, because the staff is incredibly forgetful, they don’t check on you for nearly 20 minutes during your meal and it’s constantly slow for the food to come out. This is regardless of how busy it is as well. This is our 5th visit here. If the pizza wasn’t this good we wouldn’t come. If you do come just expect lousy service, but tasty Italian.

Just not great food. The spaghetti was bland the arugula y proscuto pissa was taste but overloaded with arugula. The tomato and burrata salad was the best thing we ate.

The food is just acceptable, I asked for spaghetti al dente, like they didn’t hear nothing. I order burrada y spaghetti, my spaghetti arrived before the burrata. Service below zero and atmosphere, doesn’t exist atmosphere.

I have ordered take away pizza from here twice and both times it took over an hour to arrive a few blocks away and was completely cold- they way it had been left on the counter for at least 30min. Will not give this place another chance.

I had heard about this place and read that the reviews were good, so we decided to visit. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The person at the reception was very rude and unprofessional, which was shocking to me because this is not the kind of behavior I’ve ever experienced in Mexico City. People here are usually welcoming and respectful. This experience completely ruined our visit. Based on how we were treated, I strongly suggest thinking twice before going to this place.

I would have loved to taste the food however after having a confirmation from open table they canceled it and did not even had the education to call me. We arrived and they said we never did a reservation! And the lady very aggressive. Eat close to by at 50 friends no issues great Italian food.

The food was good for the most part. My two friends and I are visiting the city from California and we went this week and the service was terrible. They seated us quickly but didn't take our drink order until 20 minutes later and I'm not exaggerating. One of my friends had sent a message to another friend when we sat down and that’s how we realized how long it had taken. Note that there was only one other group in the same location that had 3 people. The workers seemed annoyed when we tried to order our food with our drinks. We wanted to order everything together because they take a long time. When we tried to flag someone down and they made eye contact with us they continued talking to their coworkers and some even passed us without even acknowledging us . Some of the food was cold and some was hot. It was strange but a group of like 6 workers sat down and started eating and talking loudly while we were there. I understand that they have to eat too, but why was one of them the waiter who took our drink order? The waiters were not consistent every time it was someone different. No one checked on us when we were eating. We wanted to order more drinks once our pitcher was empty but since no one came we went to another bar to get drinks after. Looks like they didn’t want our business. When we finally asked for the check, it took us another 15 to 20 minutes to get it. I honestly didn't want to tip because the service was horrible, but we did it out of courtesy. The waiter seemed bothered by the amount we tipped but maybe they should think about improving the service. When service is good my friends and I usually tip 20-25% but since it was horrible we did much less. Throughout the entire experience we felt them giving us dirty looks. We are all nurses in the United States and we were respectful the entire time yet they treated us like dirt. I used to recommended this place to family and friends visiting CDMX from the United States, but not anymore. This issue was also not due to understaffing. There was about like 8-10 servers throughout the place yet no one was attentive. The food and drinks may be good, but they are not worth it because of the service.
