The first few times I went, I swore they were the best burgers I'd ever had. On my last visit, I have to say that while the meat is still very good, the whole burger leaves much to be desired. I couldn't taste the caramelized onions or the bacon, and the "provolone crust" was such a thin sheet of melted cheese (melted, not a crust at all) that if I hadn't seen the edge, I wouldn't have even noticed it was there. In short, good, but nowhere near the amazing experience of a few years ago.

A good place to try a variety of dishes. Prices are a bit above average, and the taste isn't fantastic enough to warrant paying more. The service was good, and there was live music.

Good burgers. The service could be better. For example, the online prices aren't updated with their menu. In the midst of a pandemic, they don't allow you to call or use WhatsApp to order takeout. You're forced to come, wait 20 minutes, and then wait another 5 minutes to pay.

It's a small place inside a mini-plaza with other types of businesses, like food trucks. The space is small but very lively, with several food options (hamburgers, ceviche, pizza, hot dogs, and cocktails). The ChimiBurger is a hamburger with good meat, but the bun is very ordinary and detracts from the meat. The fries were very dry (reheated). The ceviche option was better.

Aside from their signature item, you'll find salads, sandwiches, and tacos priced under $100. It's worth noting that they also offer cuts of meat that don't exceed $200.00. The burger is a good size, with a generous portion of meat, although the flavor is nothing special. They offer a variety of side dishes, but they're quite basic. As a side, they offer homemade fries or sweet potato fries; the combo portion is 100 grams, and the individual portion is 200 grams. They only use basic dressings. They offer delivery service. They serve Pepsi and flavored water. The service is good and efficient. "Recommended" I don't think I'll return to this franchise.

The photos make them look great, but the burger meat is really bad. It tastes like a plastic-like mixture of those frozen, industrially produced meats you buy. The meat is truly awful.
