When it's not crowded, get a table next to the windows f power a great view of the square while you eat. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and food came at a good pace. The beverages and drinks are good and are at a reasonable price. I had the rib eye with fries and my partner had jumbo shrimp. The restaurant is very clean and modern, so I felt very comfortable eating here, without worrying about the cleanliness of the place/food. I definitely recommend eating here, especially for the view.

We were surprised the pace was not as busy as we thought it would be when we stopped by for lunch on Friday. Perhaps it’s because it’s hard to find (look for an elevator inside the hallways filled with jewelry shops). The place itself is huge and of course, it’s all about the view from the balconies. Prices seemed OK give the central location and the view. Food was very good with generous portions. Definitely try guacamole - made fresh in front of you. Overall - great place to relax, grab a bite and a beer, and enjoy the view of the square.

It's all about the view and the beer. I didn't have the food. We went here to have beer while overlooking the Zocalo. They have a good beer selection; some Mexican Belgian style ales that were very good. Cute and attentive waiter. I was happy.

We arrived here by accident, we were looking for “La Terraza del Conquistador” and when we arrived to the lift and asked to the operator for the place, he took us to this venue, we thought that the operator receives a small commission to take people to this place. When we arrived the staff were friendly and willing to fulfil your needs, they offered us a table with a view to the Zocalo. We must say that the place looked good but not nice, the restrooms were flooded, the water was running on the floor from the sink and the drain was blocked with paper. About the food we think it needs an improvement, we had for breakfast the traditional “Chilaquiles Verdes” and when the waiter brought it to us, we noticed they used Totopos instead of real tortilla and the green sauce was acid but not spicy and missing on coriander and epazote, ingredients that a traditional Mexican green sauce must include. The price of the dishes accordingly to the quality of the ingredients, its preparation and tastiness was expensive, we paid around $250 for a chilaquiles course and a cup of caffe, surely you can have a delicious Chilaquiles dish for less money in another place.

A beautiful view of the plaza with the occasional wind blowing in through the open windows. Food was ok. I got the breaded chicken with fries. The fries were peppery and very lemony, which I didn't like. Bathroom was a bit unique with a toilet paper dispenser in the hallway, outside of the restrooms.

Absolutely awful place. We had a dish with tortillas and chicken. Tortillas were absolutely solid and uneatable, they smelled like street food for locals, which is absolutely not normal for non-Mexican tourists! The tortillas were cooked in very old oil to taste. The chicken was absolutely dry and not fresh. I have acid reflux and that's awful. Never go here. Also the waiters absolutely don't speak English! There were terrible stains on the avocados, they were very loose and smelled rotten
