Tengan cuidado con este empresa, les di un anticipo de cientos de pesos, el proyecto no se realizó y pactamos una compensación del 20%, sin embargo nunca me devolvieron la diferencia, tiene más de un año que les estoy rogando para que me devuelvan mi dinero. CUIDE SU DINERO Y MEJOR COMPRE EN OTRO LADO.

The lady who quotes terrible service looks at you as if she's doing you a favor. If I really hadn't needed my staples, pff, I wouldn't have come back. The receptionist is very friendly. They give you unnecessary and absurd explanations, and then, apart from the fact that she raised the price to double, she calls me to say they gave me two pieces for free.

I went to the store twice to request a quote. It took them almost two weeks to give me the estimate, sending me messages saying they'd have it soon, but they never sent it. They emailed me (and still haven't sent it) to "confirm" my request. I explained that I was no longer interested, that I had already bought and installed it, and they had the nerve to call me... interrupting my work, to explain something I'm no longer interested in. What a mess.

The person serving seemed unwilling to help. Terrible, I don't recommend it. They should hire competent staff with a service-oriented attitude. They're losing sales.
