I went to Papa John's and, overall, had a good experience. The pizza was good (hot, well-prepared, and tasty), and the delivery times felt reasonable, with no long waits or strange delays. Something I really liked about this branch is the upstairs area with tables: it's comfortable, with a good place to sit and eat calmly, chat, or even just relax without feeling crowded. It's appreciated that there's an area like that because not all branches have a pleasant space to eat in. The only thing that left something to be desired was the service at the register. Even though it wasn't crowded and the place didn't look busy, the cashier served us in a bad mood. He wasn't rude or insulting or anything like that, but you could see that "not wanting to" attitude, as if he was annoyed at having to serve customers. And honestly, those kinds of details detract from the experience, because you go there to enjoy a meal and at least receive friendly service. In summary: the pizza and timing were good, the seating area was very comfortable and I recommend eating there, but I wish they would improve their customer service, because with a slightly more friendly attitude it would be a perfect experience.

I went yesterday. I liked the service from the counter lady. My order came out within the 15 minutes she indicated. They give you plates and glasses. If you order, you'll do so at the store. Their facilities are clean. They don't serve cappuccino, but I personally don't feel it's necessary since the base sauce is more than necessary. Their pizza is delicious!

We went for lunch, and from the start the staff was friendly and attentive. They took our order quickly and offered us a promotion. The atmosphere was quiet because of the time of day. The pizza arrived at our table within 15 minutes. The service was fast, the pizza tasted good, and had a nice texture. They served it with a garlic dip and a chili sauce that we found delicious. In our opinion, the crust was just right—not too thick or too thin. We definitely recommend it and will return.
