I've been going occasionally for over 20 years. The food is very good. The only bad thing is the way the owner seems to treat her employees and customers, and these practices are very common in Querétaro. I don't know if the business owners feel safe with their customers, and that's why they treat each other this way instead of providing excellent customer service as it should be.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. If they're not going to be in a good mood, they shouldn't rent the place. They don't give you extra salsa because they say they don't get the tomatoes and chiles for free. I ordered a quesadilla, and they told me, "We don't have time for quesadillas right now," and literally, "Eat what we already have: gorditas and huaraches." My daughter, who has a terrible temper, has found her ideal job.
