Perfect place for a good healthier food option in Insurgentes. I was looking for a place to grab dinner after my workout when I came across Green Grass. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Mango Salad with tofu. The salad and bread were delicious and the staff was really friendly. They also have sandwiches and a few hot bowl options.

Excellent service and food quality. It's not a cheap salad; expect to spend between 180 and 260 pesos per person. The extended menu is good, and the sandwiches are good. It's usually not very crowded on weekends, so it's worth checking out.

Me gustó el lugar, me recomendaron los grain bowls y tú los puedes diseñar, con proteína y toppings que elijas. También tienen las clásicas ensaladas y ciabattas. Yo pedí por su página y me dieron un cupón y agua de regalo, puedes sumer puntos y en un futuro ordenar y al llegar ya estará listo. El personal es rápido y te explican el menú y los cambios que puedes hacer. El lugar es agradable, en especial la música suena muy bien, tienen bocinas BOSE. Pero no es accesible para personas en silla de ruedas.

La comida sabrosas, ensalada frescas, bebidas sin exceso de azúcar. La verdad es que muy sabrosos. La atención es muy buena, demasiado buena. El ambiente es limpio, bien iluminado y acogedor con respecto al frio de afueram Pero llamó la atención los precios, que fueran mas altos con respecto a lo esta empresa te ofrece en los centros comerciales. La verdad se me hicieron altos porque al final fue una ensalada.

This branch is great. Very spacious and quiet. They made a small mistake—my salad was missing an ingredient. Judging from reviews, it seems to happen often, so even though it was minor for me, I wanted to mention it because they definitely need to improve in that area.

Because life isn't all about tacos and garnachas. I was surprised by this place; I'd only seen it in small places in the fast food section of shopping malls. The place was quite nice, spacious, well-lit, and had a calm atmosphere. The service was friendly, fast, and always answered any questions that arose. The food surprised me (I'm not a big fan of salads). It was really good, with fresh ingredients and you choose the portion. We ordered the largest one and it was enough for two people without a problem. We ordered the corn soup, which was 9/10, and the tortilla soup, which was 8/10. A plus (given the area), is that it has valet parking, so you'll have to struggle to find parking. Overall, the experience was quite good, and it will definitely be a place I would return to. You know, if you go, get a treat 🤘🏻🦁

I came here today for a very early lunch, and thankfully they were open at 10:45am. I had an idea about the type of salad that I wanted and I went for the Mexican Jalapeno Cesar salad. It included lemon chicken, a special type of cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and too many other vegatables to even mention. They had table service which was even better. My salad was prepared perfectly, and the Jalapeno peppers were thankfully not oversaturated in the salad.

I went in alone because they ran out of options for me, since I don't eat meat. I didn't like it and wouldn't go back. The prices are high for what you get. The worst was the falafel, the worst I've ever eaten. It didn't taste like chickpeas and was super dry. The rest of the salad was okay, nothing special. The water and bread were good. The service from the girl who served me was very good, very friendly.

They told me they didn't accept card payments, only bank transfers. When I asked to try to make the payment, they told me they couldn't even try because none of the terminals were working (I thought that was odd), and they made me transfer to a BBVA account. I really doubt it's true, since they didn't even give me a receipt! It's hard to believe that a place like this doesn't accept card payments, and all of them are broken, even though I only have three.

I'd had good experiences at this place until today. They gave me lettuce that smelled bad and didn't look fresh. It looked old and very soggy. I told them so. They didn't offer any solutions. They just explained that it was because the lettuce was purple. But it didn't look that color. I asked for a plate to separate that type of lettuce, and they gave it to me. However, I realized it was a large part of the plate, and I didn't enjoy my salad at all. Plus, I had asked for the dressing on the side, and they didn't serve it that way. In the end, I insisted on my bad experience, and the manager just told me to ask for my lettuce separately next time. They didn't offer a solution, and I didn't eat anything appetizing. I won't be back. 😞

Tengan cuidado con lo que pagan. Esta sucursal tiene una banda de timadores alentados nada menos que por el gerente. Ayer compré para llevar una ensalada básica. En la barra, seleccioné el número de ingredientes que en cada paso me indicaban y cuando llegué a la caja, me cobraban más de lo que estaba EXHIBIDO en el local con letras gigantes. El cajero me argumenta —con la aprobación de quien me atendió, nada menos que el gerente— que la proteína tiene un costo extra; yo le explico que no pedí nada fuera de lo indicado por el cartel, voltea a ver al gerente y me dice “no hay problema, le cobramos lo que ahí dice”. Entonces, si yo no advierto el engaño, me cobran un monto mayor. Lo más indignante es que el cajero, cuando le subrayé que de principio quienes estaban cometiendo una falta eran ellos, se empezó a reír de mí. Todo fue una situación muy desagradable. Por supuesto que no volveré a comprar en este lugar que engaña y maltrata a la par.

They discriminate against app-based delivery drivers and make them wait a long time. And if they try to ask about their order, they're reprimanded and kicked out of the restaurant. I find this discriminatory and rude behavior on the part of the staff.

I went yesterday at 12 noon with no people and they made me feel super uncomfortable even paying. The annoyed "waiter" went to help the girl who served me because I asked for the ticket, I sat down with my salad to go because they never offered me to eat there despite me sitting down to look at the menu, I insist there were no people and next to me sat an employee with his plate all pretty. The girl who served me seemed desperate for me to ask what each ingredient was and didn't even know what she sold or how to charge, I get the impression that I could have changed an ingredient instead of paying extra (50 more), I share my ticket so they hopefully improve, the girl was not trained and the male colleague was not only annoyed to help me, he also the others, and I insist, there weren't even people for terrible service.

This this the worst salad place ever. I asked for a greek salad and they "forgot" to add some ingredients. I had to send my food back. Look at this horrible mess!!! The manager didn't even bother.
