El toks tiene muy buena ubicación. La comida es rica y Supongo que por el horario al que fuimos estaba muy relajado el ambiente y nuestra comida llegó rápido, también siguieron las indicaciones especiales y todo bien, el servicio por parte de la mesera también excelente 👌

It's located inside the plaza, which means they have plenty of parking, free for two hours. It's upstairs, but there's an elevator. The place is spacious and clean, though it's not very busy during the week. Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food. They offer breakfast packages and free refills on certain drinks. The only issue we had was that some dishes arrived cold; a few had to be reheated. I suspect this was because we were a table of 13.

Pros: A very nice place, pleasant to spend time with the family, not too noisy, and the service was very friendly. The fruit, chilaquiles, and grilled vegetables were delicious. Cons: I was surprised that the burger lacked a bit of flavor. I imagined it would look very good, but everything else overwhelmed it. But judge for yourself and go try it.

Terrible service. You arrive, they don't attend to you, they leave you waiting. They brought us the soup, we finished it, wait again, then the main course. You ask for something extra like ketchup for the hamburger, wait again. The food itself was very good.

The food was delicious and their daily drinks were amazing, but the service was terrible—slow, and if you get a table in the back or on the terrace, they forget about you. It took half an hour to get the bill.

Toks, una de las cadenas de comida más grande en México me dejó con un mal sabor de boca esta vez. La comida llego fría a pesar de que el lugar se veía relativamente vacío. El servicio, por ende, fue pésimo, tardaban más de 20 minutos en atender una mesa sólo para servir los jugos del desayuno, 40 o más minutos tardo la comida en llegar a la mesa. La atención, precaria. Apenas y veías una mesera atender a todos los comenzales y en la caja cada 15 minutos aparecía alguien para ver si se necesitaba cobrar a un cliente que ya llevaba 10 minutos esperando poder irse y pagar su cuenta. Pésimo atención. Poco recomendable. A menos de que no tengas nada que hacer puedes venir y perder medio día esperando por comer un plato frío.

Mal servicio, muy mala actitud del personal, tardaron mucho en atendernos y lo hicieron de mala gana. Fuera de eso el sabor de la comida es bueno

The truth is, it's very expensive for the quality and portion size of the food. A (pretty bad) cake, roughly meant to be shared, costs $143 pesos. Is it really Toks? I understand they're in Juriquilla, they're in the plaza, they're next to Sonora Grill, but honestly, if they're going to charge such high prices, at least the quality of the food is worth it. Their staff, always friendly and attentive, saved the experience from being so bad after the poor quality of the food.

La señorita Xcaret supongo que es hoster mala atención actitud poca partidaria espero y puedan hablar con ella y pues si tiene una larga jornada laboral recortarse la haber si Hasi puede y cambie la actitud el tiempo que estube esperando el pedido que ya tenía un largo tiempo solo se la paso en su teléfono y creo que eso no es muy bien visto y de igual forma antihigiénico

Ok, to start we asked for lemonada natural and they brought us carbonated. I told them, they brought it again, still carbonated. They brought the natural ones with our kids meal so they do exist. Next my sons small kids pizza was 95 pesos. You can buy a large one from domino's for that price. Plus his pizza was cooked on top but raw on the bottom. Finally, my pasta that came with shrimp had shrimp that were super small and looked like they were already chewed up. Pasta was gross. Chicken that came with it was average. We were still charged the $110 pesos for the drinks that we left on the table and didn't have. So ridiculous and poor service. The waitress and the greeter both seemed miserable. Overpriced and not good.
