El lugar es excelente, en la parte de arriba están las mesas teppanyaki y en la parte de abajo mesas normales. La atención es muy buena, rápida y amable. El sabor de la comida también es muy bueno, los precios accesibles, todo está recién preparado pero no por eso los tiempos de espera excesivos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Existe desde hace muchos años este lugar, conserva el ambiente tradicional. Me encanto la comida, hacus tiempo no comía un Yakimeshi tan sabroso. Regreso por el shabu shabu. Además ofrecen opción vegetariana 🥗

Me decidí visitar este restaurante y me llevé una grata sorpresa. La comida rica, los precios accesibles, probé el pescado Saba a la sal y estuvo delicioso, la relación precio- calidad bastante bien. La atención del mesero y sus sugerencias, excelente. Regresaré… 😋

Excelente lugar, TODO ESTÁ RIQUÍSIMO! De precio se me hace muy adecuado, entre dos personas el gasto fue de 1k y el servicio muy profesional. Definitivamente es para regresar.

El lugar es pequeño y cálido, el servicio es bueno, los meseros amables, te hacen sugerencias sobre el menú y te orientan bien. La comida es deliciosa y las veces que he ido siempre salgo muy satisfecha en sabor y calidad. Si van por el teppanyaki recomiendo el de filete o pescado, la yakisoba frita es lo más delicioso y cualquier rollo de maki es riquísimo, ingredientes frescos y de calidad. Mi única sugerencia es que cambien los menús físicos

Mikado Restaurant on Reforma Ave. is a good place to visit if you are in the mood for Japanese cuisine while in Mexico City. Their menu includes all of the staples you would expect, including some made with imported items from Japan. The upper floor is mostly used for teppanyaki, and the downstairs area is equipped with tables equipped with gas stoves for shabu shabu, sukiyaki, oden, etc. This is a very cozy restaurant, always busy at lunchtime, especially. Service is attentive and courteous. Prices competitive. Recommend highly!

Great authentic Japanese restaurant serving sushi and other Asian food. The interior looks run down and is in need of an overhaul but the quality of food makes up for it. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s great value and I’d definitely return.

We must go there". And really the taste of all the dishes is like in Japan and prices are a lot lower than in many japanese restaurants.

Un lugar con comida rica, servicio excelente y bastante amplio aunque por fuera sólo se vea el Teppanyaki adentro podrás acceder a la parte de abajo del lugar con mucho más espacio. El lugar es bastante clásico, no esperes algo muy fancy, no quiere decir que no valga la pena visitarlo, al contrario es una opción rica, accesible y con un menú muy variado, sólo comento porque a mucha gente no le agrada lo viejo, para mí es un clásico, es un viaje al pasado, definitivamente seguiré asistiendo, sólo comento por si a ti tu buscas algo más moderno. La atención es excelente, ten la libertad de preguntar, el mesero que no atendió era una persona mayor pero muy amable y atenta, otro aspecto importante es que los platillos los traen muy rápido y calientes, las porciones son vastas, mucha gente busca que el servicio sea rápido y aquí lo es. Yo pedí un Ramen, una cerveza Pacífico, un teriyaki y un Sushi, el aspecto del teriyaki era como muy casero pero wow, la verdad un excelente sabor, toda la comida estaba increíble. Los baños están limpios pero como te digo es un lugar clásico, definitivamente nada de pretensión aquí, es un lugar aceptable y lo mejor que no quedarás decepcionado, ve con confianza.

En Twitter vi que lo recomendaban mucho por su yakimeshi y pues ahí vamos! Y les puedo confirmar que sí...está muy bueno, mejor que en Murakami de Polanco, también pedí un cono de salmón y estaba muy rico y para amarrar pues una sopa udón que también estaba deliciosa. El mesero muy atento. Del lugar y por eso le dejo 4 estrellas pues ya se ve un poco viejo, requiere una manita de gato, fuimos a la parte de abajo y olía demasiado a humedad así que fuera de eso, todo riquísimo, 100% recomendable.

Another hidden gem for Japanese food in CDMX. The sushi comes in this place are superb; especially, the spicy hamachi and spicy tuna. The donburi is an extremely generous portion and the Udon has great flavour even though the noodle was a bit al dente.

Tenía mucho antojo de teppanyaki y acudí a este lugar por las reseñas. Pedí el de arrachera pero desafortunadamente no cumplió completamente con mis espectativas :( solo venía la carne con brócoli,cebolla y calabacita, en otros lugares me lo sirven con champiñones , pimientos y germen de trigo y a un precio más accesible. El platillo lo prepara un chef enfrente de ti en la plancha lo cual hace muy amena la visita, y aunque el sabor no era malo, no pediria este platillo aquí nuevamente, quizá le daría la oportunidad a otros platillos. Los meseros muy atentos y verificando continuamente que no te haga falta nada. Eso si, el Menú es muy variado

Vegetable and shrimp tempura was very good. Sushi rolls were disappointing. Considering the higher price of everything I expected sophisticated structures with amazing taste but it was an average.

Very long wait for food. Dishes came out sporadically despite being told appetizers were first and entrees second. One person at our table asked to have their order cancelled (it then magically appeared after being last to receive food after an hour wait). Still cancelled the dish and we noticed it was given to another patron: we know this because it had unique items requested in it for the dish. Server only gave us one menu despite 4 people at the table, despite multiple requests. QR menu code didn’t work either. Had to ask wait staff multiple times for everything: refills, extra utensils, the check…all that badgering for mediocre food. It wasn’t that busy when we arrived either. Felt like witnessing a “kitchen nightmare” episode.
