Great food, in fact a very pleasant surprise. Been to several Toks restaurants before, but this particular one is definitely the best (hence the four stars in stead of three.) Very attentive waiters and good service. Absolutely recommended even though it's not the easiest to find.

It's a functional place for those looking for something reliable and familiar. An interesting fact is that Toks, since its founding in the 1970s in Mexico City, has positioned itself as a chain focused on traditional Mexican food with a homemade touch, in addition to promoting responsible social programs with local producers. In conclusion, it's a comfortable place with good service, but there's a significant area for improvement in service speed. It's an acceptable option if you're looking for a quiet spot, although it would be ideal if they optimized their service times to offer a more complete experience.

I specifically asked for the eggs to be cooked to perfection, but they brought them raw, as seen in the photo. Due to time constraints, I was unable to eat anything for breakfast... I hope they can be more attentive, especially if they are given advance notice.

Comfortable and a good-sized place to eat. The food is generally decent. However, a few days ago we ordered a kids' pizza, my son refused to eat it when we ordered it to go, and when I tried a slice, the pepperoni was overcooked. The waitress was excellent, but the food service was incredibly slow.

We've known this place for over five years; we're occasional customers, only going out of necessity because the Echegaray location is usually much more crowded, and we don't like such busy places. The food is okay, nothing special, but the service is TERRIBLE. Our waitress left our food and never came back. In fact, there was no one in the restaurant for quite a while to serve any tables. Some people who were going to pay had to go into the kitchen and yell to get someone to come and take their payment. That's when we took the opportunity to ask for the bill. They desperately need more training and a better customer service attitude.

The food was served cold, the service was terrible, I think they should replace their staff. The waiter, a guy named Marco, I think that's his name, was a real clown when it came to serving customers. He acted like he was better than everyone else. He was awful. I'm definitely not going back to that Toks!
