Me gusta mucho la comida, pero la verdad atienden súper feo. Las personas que toman la orden por teléfono son muy groseras, y hay una mesera que también es súper grosera. He visto personas que se van sin comer simplemente por el mal servicio, ojalá lo puedan mejorar, porque hay muchas personas que sólo por el buen sabor no estamos dispuestas a soportar que nos traten como si nos hicieran un favor.

Más de 10 años siendo cliente fiel, pero ya no vuelvo a ir. La mesera del día de hoy fue súper grosera conmigo. Le pedí la contraseña wifi de manera cordial, si me hubiera respondido que no, lo hubiera entendido, pero de manera grosera me dijo que la pidiera en otro lado. La pedi y todo normal, pedí dos tortas de pechuga empanizada con queso, me trajo dos de milanesa. Decidí no reclamar, al momento de pedir que me las pusiera para llevar solo se fue diciendo "permíteme" como enojada, me trajo mi producto y pague, nunca fue por mi pago así que me pare a pagar directamente. Entiendo que hay días difíciles para todos, pero como clientes no es grato ir a un lugar donde parece que me hicieran un favor por venderme un producto.

They've gone from strength to strength. Currently, the sandwiches are very small in relation to the price. The savory portions, especially the baked leg, are sometimes unsalted, which makes me think they prepare enough for many days. The staff is always rude. They used to charge a commission for card payments; now that they've learned it's illegal, they try to get you to tip them for preparing takeout food. I go more because it's close by and there's no variety nearby, but I'm considering going somewhere else.

They take too long to serve you. They take online orders more into account than in-house diners. The cakes are of very poor quality and very expensive for what you get.

Very slow service (there weren't even people there), hair in the food. I ordered to eat in and they gave me everything to go. And on top of that, they ask for a tip without offering any solution. I hope they can improve these aspects, but for now, I'm leaving 1 star.

Terrible service. They used to be good. It took them almost two hours to make me two sandwiches, a salad, and two drinks. The staff's organization is awful, even though there are so many of them.

Terrible service. We won't be going back. Today we decided to go. We arrived at the restaurant, took a seat, and no one approached us until we went to the counter, where a guy with a TERRIBLE attitude "served" us. We said hello, but what he responded very rudely was, "What are you going to order?" He didn't even reply to us saying "good afternoon." While we were ordering, he twisted his mouth and eyes twice, and when it was time to give us our order, he left it on the counter after giving us his name and walked away. He didn't deliver it to us, or say goodbye, or anything. The food is good, but based on the service, we wouldn't go back. 👎

The customer service is terrible. The waitress serves you with a sour face and seems to be bothered about bringing you the food. In addition, we had to wait more than 40 minutes for the food. There weren't even many people there. It's worth noting that they started giving food to people who arrived much later than us (friends, for sure). This is our second time here, and both times they did the same thing. The food is good, and it's understandable when there are people there, but it's not fair that they leave you waiting for your food and then send someone else to the restaurant before you. The terrible service isn't worth going back for. If you want to wait hours for your food and be treated poorly and given faces, congratulations, this is your place.

I used to eat here quite often. Most of the time they'd forget something, or when I specifically ordered chilaquiles without cream, they'd end up adding it anyway. I always let it slide because the food was good, but this was the last straw. I ordered two salads, waited almost an hour for them, and when I got home to eat, I found a pubic hair. I told them about it, and they said they'd give me a refund, but it wasn't even a refund. I didn't have time to eat that day, and it's disgusting to have to go through that. I can't understand how a pubic hair can get into a kitchen. I hope they can be more careful and that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'M DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.
