From the moment you arrive, the place is fresh and clean overall. The music is at a good volume, and the tables are spotless. The pizzas are the quality you'd expect from the brand. They might occasionally be missing an ingredient, but with so much variety, it's not a big deal. The service is good; they give you plenty of time to choose your pizza without making faces or anything, and they always offer recommendations if you ask. They also offer promotions or extras without fail. The parking lot is a bit small, but you can always find a spot there or in nearby businesses. It takes between 15 and 25 minutes for your order to arrive, but you won't be bored because they have free Wi-Fi.

Please check the pizza dough. Twice now it's come out chewy, like it was reheated or stale, with very little cheese and toppings. I should mention that I'm a big fan of your pizzas and buy them frequently, but these last two pizzas I ordered were like this. The price is very high compared to the competition.

I am already very disappointed with the establishment, the air conditioning never works and it is super hot inside, the men's bathroom does not have a urinal and therefore the toilet is very dirty, and the terminal to pay by card never works, really Pizza Hut has lowered its service and quality a lot.

To eat there, it's what we all know: it's relatively good, and they have variety. But this is the second time I've ordered through the app, and honestly, it's nothing but complications and problems. It doesn't allow card payments or doesn't process them, there's no real way to track the order, and it always takes longer than usual. In my case, I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for the pizza. The only response you get when you call customer service is that you can wait or cancel the order, but the service itself doesn't offer any real solution. Also, when you call and press to place an order, you're immediately connected to someone, but when you call customer service to check your order, it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to get through to a person. Even if someone is already helping you and you didn't press 2 (the one that connects you to customer service), they tell you they can't help you; they only take orders. Definitely, if you want to buy food there for pickup or eat in, the delivery service is bad, and the app is even worse.

The Uber Eats app doesn't honor the stated price, and in the end, they add more to the delivery charge, and we ended up paying over 50 pesos for that... I don't recommend ordering through the app... It's a total scam and it's not worth what it says. It arrived cold, and after almost an hour and a half, and the price was almost $400, it's not worth it...
