Unfortunately, today they sent me tortillas that smelled bad and they disguised them by ironing them; they were even sticky. The food was cold, and the chicken was very dry because it was from another day and not fresh. They were missing a thigh; they only sent a leg, a wing, and half a breast. 😞

Very bad home delivery service, I ordered my chickens and they never arrived, they contacted me apologizing and saying they would give me the order free of charge if I went to get it, but then they told me not to move from where I was yet that the owner would call me on the phone and what do you think, I'm still waiting, I called her and my chickens, this was already a week ago... So far the owner hasn't called and they haven't even fulfilled the chickens, it's worth mentioning that I buy quite a few chickens from them and I already bring crews of workers from different parts of the city and well, I buy chicken from them at the closest branch to where we are doing the work, obviously I haven't bought chickens from them since that day...

Terrible service at the San Lorenzo branch. We went for the carne asada special and were ripped off. We spoke to a manager because they had let us down the previous week. The following weekend, we called the manager directly to ensure we received the correct service, and we paid for 4 kilos of meat. They gave us a total of 8 chops, burnt and in pieces. I asked if it was the complete order (4 kg) and they assured me it was.
