As with every other Burger King you find them in the prime locations of each town and city. I do like the meal deals and I think the burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 taste really good. Given that the food is cooked on an industrial scale, the burgers 🍔 still taste as though they have been prepared individually, similar to a gourmet burger from a high ranking establishment. Plenty to choose from off the menu. 👍👍👍👍😀

En Ciudad Real los Burguer king no tienen buena puntuación y tuve que venir a este porque era de lo mejorcito. Pedí King ahorro y sé que es pequeño. Pero he ido a otros sitios en Navarra y es delicioso y te dan caliente. La hamburguesa aquí estaba como caliente por debajo, no me gustó nada. En la parte inferior de la hamburguesa no tenía ninguna salsa, estaba hecha como de mala gana. Las patatas estaban muy buenas. El helado está bueno! Los baños tiene un olor horrible, como si nunca ventilar que asco🤮🤮🤢🤢

Estábamos de paso en Ciudad Real y hemos comido en este burger. Estábamos solo dos mesas, en total 5 personas, bueno pues aún así, han tardado en servirnos como 20 minutos, el pedido estaba hecho un desastre, las patatas frías, la hamburguesa de carne fría y como si la hubiesen tirado de un quinto, toda desarmada y el long chicken spice no picaba nada de nada ( anteriormente lo habíamos probado y tenía un buen picor). Aparte de la comida y el servicio, había dos empleados como arreglando la maquina de bebidas, gritandose unos a otros, y ya para rematar uno de los empleados ha querido limpiar el frontal de dicha máquina y lo ha dejado de pena y de llorar parecía más sucio que antes de limpiarlo. En fin toda una odisea, nosotros seguro no volveremos pero vaya que no lo recomendamos.

Around two days before I had been there. The food was okay but I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Though being situated in a prime location of the town, the standard is not upto the level that is expected by the brand name and in general. Even the local food points display better and cleaned places to eat. I were so upset with the untidyness of the restaurant that I did not really cherish my food. 😥. Burger King please be responsible and hire some staff to have this done. Thanks

Fatal. Las patatas cheddar la última vez que las pido, siempre las ordenó con bacon y queso y cada vez tienen menos, además varias veces han venido sin nada de ellas. Encima la caja aplastada. La hamburguesa ya podeis ver como ha venido..... Última vez que pido al burguer.

He pedido dos hamburguesas originals de 13 euros cada una, y no venían ni con el tomate ni queso ni nada. Solo dos hamburguesas con un poca salsa y poco más. Es vergonzoso que una hamburguesa de 13 euros se le olviden las mitad de los ingredientes. Dos hamburguesas con un poco pan y salsa. He pedido muchísimas veces y esta vez ha sido vergonzoso.

Una auténtica VERGÜENZA SIEMPRE la atención .evito siempre ir a este burger King ya nisiquiera por la comida siempre por el personal son unas mal educadas a más no poder la última vez el sábado 4 octubre alas 5 de la tarde la sala vacía y nadie en cocina tarde 5 minutos esperando que alguien apareciera, no pasa nada con ello pero una mujer colombiana rubia compre un King fusión de conguitos y pague un extra de chocolate blanco me ha puesto los helados de malas maneras me los ha tirado me ha puesto 3 bolas de conguitos y nisiquiera me ha puesto el crumbl de galleta le he dicho que el helado llevaba otra galleta y me lo ha agarrado y dicho no sé si llevaba pero ahí se lo dejo y me lo ha tirado de malas maneras me ha puesto un batido de pena una agua con leche estaría mejor… y del extra por ningún lado en los helados siempre este burger es una pena la atención ni por qué te estuvieran regalando las cosas.

An hour after placing my order, I called and they had no idea about it, claiming they were overwhelmed and the manager wouldn't let them close orders. It arrived an hour and a half later, and to my surprise, my burger with egg only had one patty and cheese... I called again, but they'd disconnected the phone and it went straight to voicemail. A terrible experience; I won't be ordering again.

Carmen served me, but she didn't even bother to look me in the face when I was explaining my doubts about what to order. I just wanted an ice cream and a milkshake; she was in too much of a hurry to leave. The girl in red, on the other hand, was very nice! I don't think I'll ever go back, especially if I see Carmen's face from outside.

On Sunday, September 28, I placed an order online for delivery in Miguelturra and they forgot to add a hamburger. They contacted me to resolve the issue. However, we had already had dinner and they gave us two ice creams that were either spoiled or had something in them because we were vomiting all over the place all Monday. I am calling on people who experienced the same thing between Saturday, Sunday, and Monday to speak out. Thank you, goodbye. When the ice cream arrived, my daughters were sleeping because it was for them. SHAMELESS. I will contact the health authorities and the franchise. I have an ice cream stored away.

On Sunday 9/29 I ordered home delivery menus and they forgot two hamburgers after I called and it didn't sit well with me they wanted to send them again but the girls had already eaten our dinner and they gave us 2 ice creams, I don't know if it's accurate or a coincidence on the part of the people there or the driver, yesterday my husband and I who were the ones who ate what they brought as seconds (the ice creams) because the girls were already asleep, ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning. Because I have nothing to prove if not a good complaint would be filed.

I put 1 for not putting 0 it turns out that we made an online order through the Burger King website (they have my phone number) we ordered 2 Wednesday menus when the order arrived it was a cheeseburger in the Wednesday box practically with bacon is the only difference I called and they told me that the manager could not change it and say that there were no more, which is why we had to eat them at the Wednesday menu price, they could not call to say that they had run out and ask us if we wanted another one, they arrive cold, cold potatoes, € 33 for dinner for everything to arrive in poor condition I hope someone gets in touch with me because the only solution they give me is to return my money and return the burgers at 10:00 at night without dinner, a real shame

What a mess of a burger!!! Hot drinks and a machine with no ice!!! They gave us fries without salt!! We were missing BBQ sauce! The table service is AWFUL!! If you don't complain about the hot drinks, it's like nothing's wrong!!! If you complain, excuse me, they'll give you a cold drink from a fridge they have hidden inside, and they're very rude!! The place has a hole in the floor right when you walk in 🕳️ where you can fall!!! The bathrooms are disgusting!!! 🤮 THIS BURGER IS AWFUL

I'm giving one star because it can't be given any less... The truth is, I'm totally disgusted with the staff's service. I ordered a delivery and after waiting almost two hours, it never arrived. I proceeded to call the restaurant to receive the worst customer service ever. I find everything wrong with this restaurant disrespectful. I know it's not the entire franchise, but it's truly embarrassing.
