Excellent customer service. The food is delicious and varied, catering for all tastes. The music is a bit loud. The restrooms are excellent, clean, and air-conditioned. The decor is pleasing to the eye. . . . Some menu items include vegetarian dishes, such as pizza, as well as a good variety of delicious salads, among others. The strawberry mineral water lemonade is delicious! . Due to its location, it is not wheelchair-accessible. Access requires stairs, and the space is limited for wheelchairs. Parking is paid on the street, so there is sometimes some traffic.

I tried the Pollo Toscane. The chicken was soft and tender, the sauce was creamy and packed full of flavour. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and the salad accompanied the dish well. The waiter was welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly recommended 😊

The place is great for a romantic date or a meal with friends. I recommend going at night, as the place has a bit more charm thanks to the decor. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help if you need anything. What I didn't like was the cinnamon roll glaze. It tastes like pure cream, and instead of enhancing the flavor, it overpowers it. The cinnamon roll itself is delicious. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Very good restaurant with amazing tacos, frappes, and smoothies. Very good service and the atmosphere is good at night with your family, friends, or a date with your lover.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere... I really liked the style of the lampshade-style lighting! The service was so-so; when it came time to get change, the waiter was taking a long time to come, but thankfully their ringtone worked! The pasta was the best! I wouldn't recommend the fries; they're expensive and not very good. The Arrachera steak was also delicious! The pizza was okay!

The food was delicious, but the waiters seemed clueless, serving food from the wrong side and practically stepping over you. There's no private parking, but it's easy to find a spot outside. Just be careful with the parking meter, as they can easily immobilize your car if your time runs out.

It's a great restaurant; I really like the atmosphere, very calm, and they even had a violinist! The menu is varied and there's something for everyone. The food is delicious. The only downside was that I would order something and have to ask for it several times because they wouldn't bring it 😥, like a cookie or a cake. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I recommend visiting 11:11.

I really liked the serving size, the price, and the flavor. Honestly, the vanilla latte really surprised me. I highly recommend it. The only thing I didn't like, really, is that it's not accessible in any way. There are no ramps or elevators or anything like that. Only people who can move 100% can access the establishment. I wanted to bring my dad, but it's definitely not an option. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The customer service was good and the place is nice, but unfortunately the food is very bad and not worth the price. We ordered mezcal, and it tasted like hibiscus tea with salt, and you could barely taste the alcohol. The "serrano ham" was mediocre, and the breaded sirloin was equally tasteless; the meat tasted like steak. The fries were from an air fryer (you can tell), and several were burnt (not golden brown).
