At the moment i arrived their lobby was full and as a result i was told it would be a short wait for my order to be ready. Unfortunately, during my visit the crew working that night had to deal with several annoying customers in front of me because they weren't as understanding. Did not mind at all because Melissa, the person on register was still extremely nice and apologized about the wait, even though i know it was because they were so busy at the time I went. Hope to see her again during my next visit, best part of my experience. She repeatedly updated me on the status of my order until it was finally ready. Seems to me that most of the other reviews are just impatient customers and don't seem to understand that these things happen. Great customer service and food was great for the price!

I came in today to get some pizzas for my son’s school. I was helped by Chris and his customer service was great. I had ordered six pizzas and I definitely couldn’t carry them all to my car. Without hesitation he offered to help me take them to my car. I’m so grateful for his help, not many places I’ve gone to are helpful in that way. Great job Chris!

Pizza was very good. Service was excellent but as any little Caesars always packed with nowhere to sit or stand on the day and time that I went and per usual panhandlers.

What do you expect for a $5 pizza? Overall, it is a great price for a decent pizza. They need to do a better job on having Hot & Rrady pizzas, actually being ready. Young staff and they try.

I've never been able to differentiate the taste from one Little Caesars to another. Only the some location seem a little bit nicer to go into. This little Caesars is a pretty good one. Not The fastest of services but still pretty good overall

What can I say about little Caesars pizza? Just simply very delicious. Tasty pizza. I always get four larges for my whole family and everyone enjoys it. Plus it is not extremely expensive for the affordable price. You get a nice warm delicious pizza. Don’t have to wait. 20 minutes walk in in less than five minutes. I have my pizza in the kitchen table and less than 15 minutes. Can’t lose with that great price great pizza, my favorite.

The food was great and the service was fine except for the fact that I would have appreciated the mentioning there was a deal similar to what I was ordering. I guess they don't suggest so that way customers pay more money.

Great tasty pizza. I always call ahead becomes wait times can be long. They tell you 5 minutes but it's more of 30 to 40 minutes

This store is ok if you order in advance. 'Hot & Ready' stopped to exist when they created the $1 extra pizza. Yet, still the best low price pizza in town.

I tried the new crazy puffs and I was just not impressed. Really over cooked and dry. I did not even taste pepperoni and pepperoni was about 50% of each puff.

Everything here is awesome except that they don't load your pickup order into the pickup "portal" so you have to make line to get your order.

The wings are really good. I picked up a pizza the other day and I wanted some wings also. Funny I was told I could only order them online. So Went to my car opened the app and ordered the wings. They were ready in 10 minutes.

I called place an order for 5 different pizzas 🍕. The guy on the phone sounded annoyed af. He said pick it up in 25 minutes. I show up 35 minutes he f’ed up the order. It’s not the first time either. There is at least 7 in her waiting for pizzas.

We've used them a lot in the course of 2 years but we've learned how to order from them. You must order very early because they take forever. Nothing is EVER ready-to-go so don't try to just pop in and grab a pepperoni. It will not be ready. On the plus side, when it finally comes out (correctly - cuz they botch up orders a lot) it is always delicious.

Lackluster customer service. Specifically from the people wearing black attire. They were very rude and seemed to pretend I was not there until I called for them to which an employee in black yelled back angrily that they will be with me soon. I was the only customer there. They just seemed to be hanging out telling stories instead of tending to the customer's needs. No longer coming to this location. I will go somewhere else

Nothing is ever hot and ready here, was told to wait 15-20 minutes to cook pizzas came in and pizza was never cooked. 2nd incident pizza was given to another individual that came in two customers thereafter me. I'm overly confused about the service is displayed here at this location not sure if it's just the service workers or just the lack of knowledge on how to provide customer service but it's not a great feeling to have to experience this more than once

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. Gave me and my family food poisoning and I’m 22 weeks pregnant right now. Definitely would not eat this pizza unless you want to get sick :/

Worst place to get pizza from. After a 13 hour work shift I stopped by to order two pizzas and crazy combo with my kids, turns out after 45 minutes and me constantly asking for my order, they supposedly gave my order to another customer. The best they could do is say we could refund your money or you could wait until we make your order again. After 45 minutes of me waiting and other customers even telling me that something doesn't seem right with my order, I decided to get my refund. I called their supervisor and it went straight to voicemail. I'm still waiting for a return phone call. Avoid going to this location, the place gets crowded and the staff is not able to handle the fast volume of customers. I would give this place negative stars if it was an available option.

We arrived and ordered today at 5:40, the young man told the wife 20 min for two “hot & ready” pizzas. We left to dollar tree for drinks and took them back to the car. At 6:09 I checked in once again with Raul (he went to the back to the prep table and packed some hot wings after he was at the fron handling money and the cashier) comes back, to tell me it will be 10 more minutes since the guy preparing the pizzas had forgot to do my no sauce pizza, Ok. At 6:20 I did another order status check with Raul to which he replied "7 more minutes" after he went to the back yet again to do circles and look confused. There was at least 10 people there that waited for a long time for their order besides me, some people had even ordered online and when they retrieved their order from the "self help" station their order was incomplete. I had my family waiting in the car for almost an hour and when I asked for some of the wings or bread sticks which were boxed and ready to go they said no. That I needed to wait another 15 minutes if wanted them! Hahaha! No customer appreciation or respect. Horrible. So we took off, when we sat to eat the pizza there was a sliceI of bell pepper cooked into the crust!! Ha!Ha! I can go on and on about this really bad experience. I do not recommend this place at all. The owner of this place should be ashamed of having this business running as it is. No pride or love for their stuff. People should go to Piara Pizza or Round Table down the street and don't give this dumpster your business any longer.

Horrible customer service, the girl who literally just served me 2 minutes ago was extremely rude. After I was already at the counter she didn’t even greet me and she was extremely unpleasant. She was counting money for like 5 minutes and then finally said hi. Not polite at all. Idk why you’d hire a 16 year old girl with zero personality or customer service. Horrible experience. Also my hot n ready was expired.

Really it's the second time they mess up with my pizza, they should be more focused on their job, come on the cheese is not even melted!!! I asked extra pineapple and here comes with 8 pieces of pineapple this is a f. Joke they get paid for doing quality hope the manager read this and know that he or she is doing a very bad job with his or her employees!!!

I went in and waited an hour and asked where her order was and they lost my order. The staff look around at each other like they were completely clueless. The assistant manager Dakota stated from the back of the room you guys help her I'm not dealing with her. That is not customer service! I work in customer service and I would never give this kind of service to my customers.

An overall horrible experience... called to place my order (Hawaian Deep Dish and an Extra Most Bestest- both well done.) and was told 15 minutes. I arrived as instructed, paid and proceeded to wait another 17 minutes before the order was ready. Had I not already paid I would have walked out because the place is a disorganized mess. As for the Pizza... the EMB was as expected and good, but the deep dish was inedible!!! I have to imagine the didn't even use a pan because what I got was an undercooked, chewy piece of dough with sause and toppings... wouldn't feed it to my dogs. This place is not deserving of the one star I had to give in order to place the review. Steer clear of this place.

Not really one to give bad reviews, but this place, just wow. Beyond slow. Well beyond suggested wait time for pizza. When I asked if the order was ready, employee went in the back to check, came out front and pretended like I didnt even ask. Then I waited even longer. Idk if it is lack of employees, bad equipment or what, but this business is embarrassing.

Alright i show up at 9:35 P.M on a saturday June 27th and i get out by 10:15. The person who helped me was a girl. i ordered BBQ wings and their pretzel pizza. after waiting a while they hand me a pizza saying it was done for a while. i tell them i ordered wings too and they tell me they gave those wings to another customer that came in ten minutes after me. So now i have to wait more for them to make the wings. at this point i work with the public so i understand mistakes happen but i will not accept multipl mistakes to happen. after those wings are finally ready they give me them and a pizza and im on my way frustrated. i open the pizza to realize it was a NORMAL CHEESE pizza even though i was charged for the other one. so theres my experience i advise you to double check your order so you do not get cheated out of your money and time.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Wait time is ridiculous for a pizza place based around "hot and ready". The girl with the glasses who was my cashier looked like she hates life and wanted to melt through the floor. Overall terrible experience.

Second time I've ordered something here and they left out something important. I fired back at Doordash, not their fault. Then I realized...forget it, they'll piss on my food for complaining or something. They won't get your order right!!!!

My pizza was cold. I told the girl at the counter my order name, she said she would check and never came back out and was just flirting with the guy boxing the pizzas. Other customers had to remind her to check on their order as well. When I asked a second time my pizza was ready. The box was soggy because it had been sitting out on the counter

The employees took about 22 min to make my order of 2 regular pizzas and I understand If they are busy then it takes longer but it wasn't that. There was about 3 customers and the employees were just goofing around and talking to each other and talking to friends who visited them. I only saw 2 pizzas being made and 1 of the pizzas was for one of the employee's mom who by the way, ordered 10 min after me and the other pizza that was made by another employee was for himself to take home. Seeing them prepare 2 pizza's in 20 minutes only for them to take them home made me want to never go back to that location.

That girl was so rude over the phone. this young African American girl beautiful but jas the worst customer service. You can’t treat people poorly. When I asked for a bag, the employee acted annoyed and simply tossed the bag, expecting that I bag it myself while she spoke to the customer behind me. She was annoyed that I was bagging the items at the counter. This is now the second time its happened. This is extremely disappointing, as customer service should be a top priority for any business. The dismissive attitude of the employees makes me feel undervalued as a customer, and I do not appreciate being treated this way. I hope that Little Caesars can take steps to improve their customer service, so that all customers can feel valued and appreciated.

Since I walked in The Lady there Gave me Bad Customer Service. She was taking my order Wrong just like whatever When I came back to Pick up nobody care to Help me.
