I went to this location at around 8:30pm on 12/4/22. The two employees who helped me (I didn’t catch their names!) were SO NICE to me. My sandwich was made perfectly and they had raspberry cheesecake cookies! I have such a hard time finding those cookies I was overjoyed. I’m only in town for work but if every employee is like the two I met, I’ll come back every single time I’m in town. Thank you!
This Subway has the quickest most efficient staff of any location I have ever visited. The dining area is always spotless and the staff is always friendly. Great management and employees! The food is always fresh and delicious. I even get coupons frequently in the local weekly newspaper. Hats off to this location in Clarksville.
This small town subway has the friendliest owner and staff! I always feel like I’m getting food from friends when I visit here. Also, ordering through their app is super easy if you’re in a hurry as you can get your meal brought curbside to go

I met her tonight .. she knew exactly what I wanted and may I add I NEVER MET HER A DAY IN MY LIFE ...I was trying to order something I seen on Tik Tok and she was like I got you !!! Not only did she fix it the exact way BUT IT WAS AMAZING !!!!! YOU GO GIRL !!!!!!!
Ordered a personalized veggie pizza. It was delicious! Social distancing was used and the employees were ready and professional. I didn't eat in, but from looking around it looked pretty clean in there from where I was standing.

The Clarksville Virginia subway is absolutely the best subway franchise I've ever visited. Last week two friends and I rolled up just about two hours before they closed on a Sunday night. The place was spotless fully staffed with four of the most friendliest, helpful and patient employees I've ran across in a very long time. The women working this night went above and beyond great customer service for my two friends and I. We had intentions of getting our subs to go since we were tired and had a long day on the lake in the sun,but ended up eating in we enjoyed the great service and friendliness so much. Yes, at a subway! I've dined at plenty of fine restaurants before and never had any better service than at this subway...yes subway! Everything was so fresh, and the work station where the subs are made was well stocked and impeccably clean. I'd give more than 5 stars if allowed just because after we left and made it down to the market my friend realized she'd left her purse inside. Before we could even get out of the car, a subway employee was running down the sidewalk waving us down to return my friends purse. During such crazy times when good employees are sometimes hard to find and customer service lacks so much, I hope subway Clarksville Virginia recognizes these particular employees as the best around.I really wish I'd have gotten these ladies names. Great job subway Clarksville, you're doing it right!

The girl who waited on us was very nice, efficient, and fixed all 3 footlong subs by herself including checking us out, she never got upset or anything . We got them in a timely manner. She was great and we really appreciated it.

Normally really good but lacking tonight. Bread was not fresh but dry and stale. Meatballs had apparently been cooking all day because they were literlly burned on one side and dry. Not to mention on a footlong there were only 6. Definitely not the food quality we are used to from this location. Hope it was just an off night.

Placed my order on the app at 4:12 pm. The app says order is loading loading loading. I went into the store just to validate it went through because the app is continuously loading. I’m not an impatient person, I work at a restaurant , I could wait 30 minutes and will still be respectful and patient. All I wanted to make sure of is that it went through because even as I type this, the app is still saying processing. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude to my son and myself all because the app didn’t provide my name it provided my phone number. And when all I was trying to do was see if they received it he was very argumentative, sarcastic, and not helpful at all. Wouldn’t say yes or no just kept asking my why I didn’t put a name. Wasn’t trying to let me finish talking or anything. I understand being busy, which it wasn’t, or if I was being rude getting impatient with me, but all I wanted to know was did my order go through. Don’t work behind a counter to interact with people if you have a problem with interacting with people and can’t hide your impatience. The woman there did nothing wrong at all this has nothing to do with her.

There were two gentlemen working and they appeared to be assisting one customer from inside. When the worker saw us pull up he turned the sign that was lit off. When we walked in to ask if they were open, they told us they were closed and all the food had been put away. I understand that the business closed at 10. I understand that coming in 30 minutes before close was pushing it. If my employees closed my store down thirty minutes before close, I would not be happy. This was the busiest weekend in town. Not to mention they had limited food options and food vendors this year so Subway was what we settled for. I was highly disappointed in the service. I’ve always loved coming to Subway in Clarksville. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.

kefest 2025 this past weekend for the first time since my fiance is from there and wanted me to come check it out. Just so happened im also on a fast. Noticing not too many places have healthy options that align with my fast i was happy to see per the google app that subway was open until 10pm. As you know the fireworks ended sat around 920 so i was able to get there at 930 because of where we parked. There were two workers inside and a customer.. As my family and i pulled up one worked turned to lobby lights off on one side however the open sign was still on (since it wasnt 10pm) and so i walked in. I noticed all the food was put away already and the customer at the register was paying. The employee mopping the floor shared that they are already closed. How so if its 30mins before closing AND the open sign is on. I wish there was a place i can load the pic taken from the car to show its sign was open still yet tried to make it “look closed” on one half of the restaurant. Guess its hard to get good help that wants to maximize on the fact some people eat healthy so couldnt eat from the vendors at the lakefest event. Dissatisfaction to the max!!
I always thought we had the best subway around but not anymore. Not happy with the quality of food we got the steak an cheese tasted like something out of a can. The bread was half cooked. Not a happy consumer and want be back no time soon. 😕
I went into this store. The gentlemen behind the counter answered his cell phone with his gloves on while touching the countertop. He then asked how can he help me I asked if he could change his gloves. He did. I ordered my sandwich he proceeds to put it in the toaster. I immediately asked if he could add onions. He stopped while his back was turned towards me and made a movement with his head indicating he was upset. I asked him what was the problem and he actually argued with me while in front of customers. I asked him his name he stated Zach. I then ask who is his manger he says he is the manger (like he’s untouchable). I proceed to walk out and he states go ahead and leave. He was very, very rude and unprofessional! Note I’m on lunch break. Coming to this subway was definitely a waste of my time and gas!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. First off they have never figured out what the purpose of a mask is or how to wear one, even with their effort to have it as a chin strap. Sandwiches sat 5 minutes out on the counter after having been toasted because the person behind us was being helped. It smelled funky and was uncomfortably warm/stagnant in the location on a cooler day. The employee offered to wrap a foot long separately, as two people were going to split it, then proceeded to charge for them separately. We were told our order could not be added to our account for points. When we finally had paid, we were handed two cups stacked, but the employee quickly took them back, unstacked them, grabbed the lids on either side to put one in each cup, and handed them back. In our frustration and effort to get out of there faster than Burt Reynolds sped away in the Trans Am, we forgot to grab our bags of chips, which added to the frustration halfway home.
