I ordered via the app. The line was very long but I was surprised how quickly it moved. Now the reason for the two stars….they messed up my breakfast sandwich. I ordered the black pepper croissant sandwich. Not only did it come with 2 SMALL pieces of bacon, it didn’t come with any of the peppered bacon…which is the only reason I order that specific sandwich. Not to mention this sandwich is more expensive because of the bacon. It wasn’t worth driving back to complain as I had already driven 10 minutes away. Also, there were no napkins in the bag. So. Annoyed.

I just witnessed that they treated a male customer who was verbally assaulted by an older Karen and told him to leave. The short guy behind the counter with dark hair was incredibly rude and should’ve kept his opinion to himself.

This Dunkin is the epitome of ineffective management and complete dysfunction. Like so many have said, and remains true today, the service is slow and sloppy. The wait times are horrendous and orders are routinely screwed up. While the drive thru line waits are awful, don't bother going inside. You end up waiting longer even with less people inside. They also seem to frequently run out of various product. In fact, we are willing to triple the drive and go to the Cicero one on Rt. 31 - we still save time and our orders are correct. This Dunkin is an absolute train wreck. Avoid at all costs.

Just the worst people serving. Every time we go there the drive through line is insane and if you go inside the people are so rude. I am not usually a person that writes negative reviews but this is the third time I had someone treat me like garbage at this location. If someone says can I please have a -whatever the thing is, you probably shouldn’t say “No” and then not follow up with any more information. Also to not be greeted, no “Hi what can I get for you or “How can I help you”, or sorry for the wait after standing there for 10 minutes, just “Yeah”. Just unbelievably rude in this place.

Why is the coffee brewed wrong? I ask employees and I get the same response no matter who I ask. Which means that there is a problem that has not been fixed yet, but yall act like everythingis ok. Either someone specifically is brewing it wrong or over doing it with the coffee ground ratio, or your coffee equipment needs replacement. I barely ever have a problem with my Latte it's the Original Blend Coffee. We can't be the only ones noticing this and I spend a great amount of money at this location weekly. Until this is fixed I'll be going elsewhere.

WORST dunkin I have ever been to, I try to avoid this location but on the rare occasion I HAVE to stop here it is an awful experience EVERY time. Always a line of cars going completely around the building; any other dunkin can handle it, this dunkin seems incapable of performing basic tasks in a timely manner, no clue how it is still open. 0/10 A

Girl with piercing on her cheek, very rude and refused to take my order after sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins. Pulled to the window hoping someone could just make me a coffee and she started arguing with me about it. Hire people that know how to speak to people. Will not spend my money at this Dunkin again

I have been avoiding this location as they have had continued poor service and beverages since reopening. Despite my better judgement I decided to give this location another chance after avoiding for the last 9 months. Put in a mobile order 15 minutes before arrival and still waited for it in store for 10 minutes while I listed to the members debate if they should call another person in (assuming they are short staffed), or lock the door. My beverage was lukewarm when I got it, caffeine is supposed to be an enjoyable time in the morning not stress frustrating and ultimately leading to anger and disappointment.

Soooo slowwww, omg they take forever at this location. This is the only Dunkin you'll spend at least a half hour in line. Drive through or inside it doesn't matter. It's been like this for years where the line wraps around the building and crawls forward.

Slowest service all around drive through and walk in, they consistently get orders wrong and lately the coffee has tasted worse than Starbucks burnt chemical coffee. The guy that’s like 5‘2“ behind the counter also can’t seem to keep his opinion to himself and thinks he’s some CEO telling people what to do

AVOID THIS LOCATION absolutely the worst drive thru. At any time or day if they have more than 1 customer they cant handle it. you will sit and wait before the line even moves . Then when you eventually get to the take out kiosk you get to sit for another 5-10 min before they take your order. Oh and they are still working on the first order that was placed as you approached the line to start this debacle you then can sit until the 3 cars in front of you wait there 3-5 wait time at the window with limited to zero interaction with the staff other than to take your money. eventually when you get to the window you get to be ignored until like me you get frusterated and drive off. it shouldn't be this hard to get a donut

How is this dunkin even open?? I did a pick up order then proceeded to wait 15 minutes while the workers blasted music and singing to it. They thought doing this was more important than assisting the line of customers waiting. No wonder why the drive thru line is always backed up. Hold your workers accountable it was ridiculous I worked at a dunkin before and that wasn't ever an issue because we were held accountable.
