One of my favorite places to eat. Very rarely do they make a mistake on an order. Their coffee is the greatest.
It's an updated McDonald's so you order by yourself. Which can be tricky at times 😬 especially when the menu changes or you want to add or take away something. But overall, it's a clean and enjoyable environment 😁 P.S Play place is kept clean for the most part, unless you show up after parents who let their kids eat in it🙄
Great place buy it was cold inside might want to bring a sweater unless you like it cold then this is definitely the place for you.
As long as they can make me an iced Carmel macchiato everything's cool 😎🆒
I want to give a shoutout to Minh. That is THE sweetest girl and so adorable! She is a hard worker, I don’t see her stop moving. She was sweeping up and mopping but still taking the time to check on us. She was helpful and generous when dealing with our rowdy children. She’s an ideal employee that deserves recognition.
I stop by most mornings for a mocha frappe. Their Frapps are better and less expensive than Starbucks.
Lisa is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit this McDonald’s, she greets me with the friendliest smile and such a positive attitude. She’s fast, efficient, and always makes sure my order is correct. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find someone in fast food who goes above and beyond, but Lisa does exactly that. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of her great service!
The McDouble was a nice lunch sized burger with two patties, cheese, pickles and onions, mustard and ketchup. The fries were a bit on the chilled side by the time I got back to work less than half a mile away but not too bad. The tea was great as always when I get it. Window attendants were awesome and patient. Their iced coffee is a great morning pick-me-up. Most likely will be back.
Ordered my usual but they forgot my burger but fries were fresh! The drink was not cold at all. It's my experience that to expect something to go wrong every other time I visit so if you feel the same don't be in a rush check your order & don't be afraid to let them know if it's incorrect!
Always have a good griddle when I get off work at 6am. I eat there a couple times a week and it's always good. Service is great. Expecially the gentlemen who usually takes the order and money. Always smiling asking how I am, and asking bout the last time I was there like we just pick up where we left off, so good to have that.
This place is busy. For how busy it is I think they do great. Usually good customer service. Any mistake made was fixed for me through phone call or returning. The quality is typically excellent. The coffees are made too sweet but if you tell them lightly sweet they will do it. However when I try and order on mobile application the iced coffee is almost always mostly cream and sugar. It is so annoying that I simply do not get iced coffee anymore. Please train employees to make iced coffee correctly! Please see photo of basically cream with sugar as iced coffee. So far unless I ask I get it this way every time from different people.
Playground needs a deep clean but otherwise good. Order was as we expected. Kids meals were solid. Service was good
I rarely come to Cleburne, but I needed a quick meal, so I stopped at this McDonald's for a burger. I asked for extra pickles. I received two pickles. I guess you only get one pickle with a regular order?
At nights need more staff 2 people McDonald's is McDonald's every where you go.. I would suggest making it fresh every time and not reused grease listen to orders of the specialty of one's likings..
I love McDonalds, but buns and cheese are always cold. There is Much needed hand washing, the need of gloves for serving, especially ice cream(and the changing of gloves when wiping your brow of sweat or scratching your head), appearance, and some management could very well improve on managing w/patience for new employees.
It's fast, fast food. OK food. Atmosphere is exactly what you would expect. Except for a couple of employees most are not friendly and act as though they are doing you a favor to serve you. Often get orders wrong.
Service to curbside was fast and coffee was decent, however the food was dry and obviously kept under a heat lamp for way too long. The griddle buns were so hard that it made the sandwich pretty much unedible. I recommend customizing whatever you order here to at least ensure the food you get isn't hours old already. I personally do not plan on visiting this particular location again in the future.
Took 20 minutes to get our food while being 3rd in line. I'm unsure what was going on.
This McDonald's always has issues..Daily! My Big Mac was dry, tea was totally unsweet today.. Service was great...used kiosk and served pretty fast. Staff is all hanging out together....maybe, clean, straight up things.
Someone needs to teach the young women running the drive-thru some customer service skills. The gal with the colored braids has been the one at the payment window a few times when I've ordered. All I get is,"Do you want your receipt?" When I reply, "No", the window promptly gets shut in my face while I'm attempting to say, "Thank you." How hard is it to say, "Thank you in return?"
Really felt bad for the staff, they seemed so over whelmed, they clearly had lost control. I waited for over 30 min. for a pancake breakfast, and in that time no less than three people came in to complain about not getting what they had ordered. They also ran out of plastic forks and knifes. We did not have anything tl eat our pancakes with but our hands. Hope their day got better, but I cannot in good conscience say it was a pleasant experience.
Why is McDonalds the ONLY place NOT to give free refills during dine-in visits.? Chick-filet does, even if they cant afford a refill station. ;)

I just don't understand why it is so difficult to get what you order! We ordered 1 McChicken mayo only, 1 McChicken ketchup only, 2 medium fries & a 4 piece chicken nugget. We got the map only sandwich, the ketchup only sandwich came with extra pickles & we only got 1 order of fries. Very frustrating & not worth driving back up there to have them remake it...
Ordered on mobile app. Curbside pickup. The girl who brought the food out was super nice and wish I would’ve gotten her name. One of the items I got was a large iced caramel mocha. It tasted so bad and just like water with caramel sauce in it so I went in and told them. The gentleman that remade it was super nice. I got a new coffee and it tasted like watered down milk with caramel in it this time so I told him and he asked for a manager. The manager and didn’t say hi or I’m sorry or anything, just “so what’s the problem with it”. I told her and just asked if I could get a refund but I let her know how I ordered. She scoffed and gave me cash back. I thanked her multiple times and even apologized (which I didn’t need to). I get back in my car and realize she didn’t even give me the right amount back and it was short… Rude manager (female, blonde, bright eye makeup) but really nice employees.
If I ever go to our local McDonald's and they got the order right, I would probably faint. I don't have to worry about that because they are incapable of getting an order right. The last time I went there, I refused to move up until I got the fries to my combo meals. to get my fries. They told me that french fies don't go with the combo meals, only the drink. I explained they were wrong. I told them if that's how they wanted to do this, that's fine, but I'm not moving my car until I receive my fries. The manager finally came to the window and she too told me that fries don't come with combo meals, only the drink, but they were going to go ahead and give me the fries. Total incompetent 6th
The service late at night has become down right crap!! It takes a minimum of 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you're there. The employees aren't very friendly nor helpful. Typically the food isn't hot it's barely warm and the burgers were extremely salty. Literally every table was dirty and no one seemed to care. They stayed behind the counter playing around, goofing off over some foul odor.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff (kids) were rude and disrespectful. They made our burger wrong and put it back up in the ready line for the next person. Then we noticed them drop sandwich on the floor picked it up and served it.
I like McDonald's this one sucks. Food cold, waited forever to get food. Order placed at 714. Didn't get food until 730 with no one in line. Went inside. Expected to get food delivered to table since I had the number and it states will bring to table. And there isn't any place to refill your own drink. The atmosphere was good and the flowers on the table was cute
Literally the worst experience . They do NOT care about what they are doing or serving you . I ask for an ice coffee , I see the screen does not look right so I confirm and they still give me a hot coffee . No big deal . They give me a “Ice coffee” and it tastes like someone took a few ice cubes over hot coffee with zero vanilla flavor , then they forgot the kids drinks .
2 separate families 6 meals total. Buns were stale and barely any warmth to the sandwiches. I ordered french fries my 1st order was cold and asked for a fresh order, cold again. Asked for water and was brought carbinated water. All this food ordered and no napkins brought to us (there were 2 kids too). Dirty women's restroom, no paper towels in the men's and 2 full trashcans in the lobby. Total mess. I told the manager in charge and she told an employee to take out the trash. Why am I having to bring it to her attention?? Might need more training. Will not be returning to this location.
yall just genuinely suck all the way around… every time i go it’s horrible, so annoying. I have to tell them in order how to do there job. food sucks.
Went through the line and waited over an hour. Watched the car ahead of me receive food and hand it back threw the window. They then handed us the wrong food and received it back threw the window as well. Finally upon receiving our proper order, the fries were ice cold and the burgers looked as if wrapped, unwrapped and wrapped again. We ended up not touching any part of our meals and it went straight into the trash can. That has been BY FAR our worse experience with any fast food.
Ordered a smoothie in the drive-through. They acknowledged, repeated the order, and told me to pay at the next window. I paid at the first window, move to the second window, and they hand me a milkshake. They acknowledged that I asked for a smoothie, but tell me the machine was broken so they again try to hand me a milkshake. I take the milkshake, take a sip and it's SOUR. I go inside and the manager is less than pleasant while issuing my refund. They clearly don't maintain or clean their machines, or else they wouldn't be broken and pumping out SOUR milkshakes.
Service is absolutely atrocious. Wait at the counter 15 minutes for a refill after being stared at and walked past a half dozen times. Kids standing aound in the kitchen socializing taking priority over customer service. Finally got my refill only after a doordasher behind me scolded a kid that walked past us for the 6th time. No smile, no "sorry for your wait", just slammed dowm the cup before disappearing back into the kitchen again. Definitely won't be going back to that horrible location again.
An employee that looked like a teenage gang member was being rude while at the drive through. I informed the manager, who looked like Momma June, and she showed no interest in addressing the matter. As others have said, this location consistently makes orders incorrectly. This problem has been going on at this location for years. I normally go to the location on North Main where I know the employees and they provide excellent service.
I didn't think they could get my order wrong that many times in a row. At this point, I feel like they're doing it on purpose! You can't possibly be that absent-minded or inconsiderate of people's orders. They forgot my fries, I asked for no onions(got onions), then after they remade the burger they forgot the pickles. Then I asked for sprite, I got water...maybe it's the weekend crew. I had to go back in for my wife's Frappe because they filed it up only half way and just put extra whip cream. Ridiculous
Service sucks. Managment and mouthy employees don't like taking accountability for their mistakes. I have returned food very few times in my life, but when I went here specifically because I wanted a cold orange juice (I ordered 2), what i got was a large orange tinted water. I didn't get my second one from the kid at the first widow and had to request it at the second. He had given me 2 straws. I know looking back that he realized that the bag was gone, and decided to just serve it to me anyway and hope i didn't notice one was missing(?). I know this because when I did get my second orange juice, it was great. I made a point to return to the store out of principle, and politely asked to trade my water for an actual orange juice. I was told that unfortunately we don't do refills here. When I pressed the issue and he got his managers reluctant approval, I tried to show him the stark difference in color. He rolled his eyes and said he didn't see it. He might need an eye exam, but I didn't appreciate the attitude or lack of apology from this store. The food was good. The store was nice. It may just need some service training or a change in managment.
Absolutely awful food can't get the order correct EVER food is always cold!
This McDonald’s just sucks always dirty and slow, I have been there a few times because I don’t expect the best service from McDonald’s but this time will be my last. Not only did I get rude service there was probably mold in my Dr Pepper. It had this nasty dirty taste and my best guess is mold because a lot of places clean there drink dispensers ONCE A MONTH! DISGUSTING! I took a sip and felt sick to my stomach and then threw up. Never coming back again.
The employees working in the kitchen are working so hard while the manager is in the dining room bragging about his money putting stickers on the table rather than helping his overwhelmed team
I’m extremely upset.. Honestly, the staff didn’t seem to care at all and refused to help with basic things like organizing the event or making it special. I went there expecting at least some support, but it felt like they didn’t want to bother helping us at all. They told me to go to indeed to ask for birthday information . They just don’t care to give me info For celebrating the birthday of my daughter
Waited for 45 minutes for fries and a hot and spicy while having to listen to obscene jokes cursing and otherwise adult humor coming from the back. Didn't see one person with a hairnet. Terrible experience overall!! Never got my food!
They served us two old Mc Griddles and we had them remade. My hsbands coffee tasted burnt. Wiow, 22 cents for syrup that is crazy.
I placed a mobile order at 4:49 am and arrived at the store around 04:58. Upon arrival, they had me pull forward to the secondary because my order was not ready - 10 minutes after I placed it. I was the only customer at the location. At 05:07, they asked me to pull into a parking spot because my order was still not ready, 19 minutes after I placed the order, and they had several cars in the drive thru. I explained to the employee that I would not move, that I had waited nearly 20 minutes for my order and, because of their inability to serve my order in a timely manner, I was going to be late for work then asked for a refund. The employee went back to get his manager to refund my money and I waited an additional 5 minutes but he never returned to give my refund so I had no option but to leave lest I be late for work. I was a manager with McDonalds in the 90s and maybe its different now but, back then, the standard for drive thru speed of service was 90 seconds, not 90 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and if this location is unable to serve customers in a timely manner, perhaps they should not be open 24 hours. This is the second time Ive had this problem with this particular location and I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.
I ordered breakfast through the app in the parking lot. Thought I'd run to the post office, less than a few minutes away. Got caught up in a phone call and I was about 20 minutes from the time I ordered. The app no longer showed the order. So I go inside and tell the manager what happened. She informs me that since it wasn't picked up the money would be refunded. So I order something else. When it's ready and they call me, she says that actually, since I checked in on the app with the original, I would be charged. I told her if you order through the app in the parking lot, it knows through GPS you're there and automatically submits the order. She argued with me that it wasn't true but it is.
This McDonald's location is absolutely TRASH! The staff thinks they don't actually have to work. I mostly use curbside pickup because I hate fighting with the drive thru line. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been here in the last year, they have completely messed up my order, REFUSED to bring it out to the assigned curbside number. They FORCE you to order through the kiosk, even when they know to alter/substitute items it has to be done through the cash register! They will argue for 25 minutes to make you order through the kiosk and then bring the receipt so they can make changes. They don't even include TOYS in the happy meals! Have you ever dealt with a cranky toddler who wanted a happy meal, gets happy when they see it and then melts completely because they didn't give them a toy?!?!? When eating in so my child can play, I order for HERE not to go. I get a table tent number and proceed to sit in the play area. THEY REFUSE TO GET OFF THEIR PHONES AND DO THEIR JOB! I watched and waited for 15 minutes while they stood around joking and jaw jacking while MULTIPLE orders sat on the counter! They don't even call out order numbers or table tent numbers, personally, when you FAIL to do your job especially when you work in fast food, YOU GET FIRED! ALL THE WORKERS HERE NEED TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED WITH PEOPLE WHO WILL DO THEIR JOBS!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, i don't see how they think they deserve $15 an hour when all they do is jaw jack and force customers to get STALE, COLD, DISGUSTING FOOD!
They took out self service drinks so you have to wait for someone at the counter. Ketchup is in nasty packets i stead of dispenser. . They give your eat-in orders in to go bags. The burgers are dry, buns are cold, cheese is cold, fries were cold. Avoid this location and go to the North Main Location. I stopped going here because this is typical for them. I only went to this location because I was in a hurry.
visited around 7ish. the girl who took my order laughed after I ordered a sprite, the girl at the first window didnt even speak to me (just stared for a second and gestured for my card). girl at the second window initially just handed me my drinks and shut the window then a couple minutes later opened the window to ask me if i ordered two burgers but she started laughing with someone else and i realized i was getting clowned. got home and the sprite was just carbonation water. just a really bad experience lol
This McDonalds is absolutely awful. I have gone here several times with no change at the drive thru. They use one box even though two work and every-time you’re in line for your food they have you scoot up. Once you scoot up or are sent to a curbside spot they then forget whose food is whose or what people have. My food has been given away, not made and incorrect everytime I’ve come to this location. I have waited 25 minutes to get breakfast. I have waited 20 minutes just for them to give me a coke. They have given away my frappe to another car behind me that didn’t even order one. They never fix their espresso machine so they are incapable of fixing things even though they have the contacts to do so. This location is truly horrendous and should have multiple employees fired and a new manager come in ASAP!!
Should have gone to the drive through..... Mobile Ordered a coffee. When I arrived, the drive through was wrapped around the building. No big deal of course, so I decided to pick it up inside and save everyone a bit of time and trouble. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes (a fast food eternity). Several employees looked my way but no one so much as said hi. Finally I gave up and left. I don't use the word incompetent lightly, but in this case the shoe fits. Maybe the coffee I paid for went to a good home.
Coldest burgers in town no matter what. If that's what your looking for then this McDonald's is for you.
After placing a large group order via the mobile app, our order was lost. Told that the order would be reconciled I waited in the store for over 20 minutes before receiving a phone message stating that the order was cancelled. Management could care less and did not offer to even fill a new order. I went to Braums and received excellent service.
i got to the drive thru the girl was laughing the whole time, i ordered 2 hot and spicy mc chickens with no lettuce, i got home and they gave me regular mc chickens with lettuce on it one of the sandwiches bun was folded in half like it was thrown together i didn’t even eat it. this is by far the worst mc donald’s i’ve been to. not going back.
I don't know what the night crew here is doing, but they really should be re-evaluated and then fired. Almost every time I order from this place they mess something up. If they don't forget something entirely, they manage to mess up what they can get in the bag. Do yourself a favor and just eat somewhere else.
Very unorganized and unprofessional. We waited 15-20 mins for our order and several cars including two cars that were asked to pull up and wait after us, received their orders before ours. There were two people confused as to who ordered what. One boy brought out three bags that didn't belong to any of the cars waiting in the reserved spots. The girl helping with orders seemed just as confused and then picked her nose on the way back inside.. My husband had to go inside and ask about our order. We only ordered two sausage and egg biscuits... Nothing complicated. He also said they looked fully staffed so there's absolutely no reason they should have been that unorganized. Had they followed up with us and let us know what was going on and apologized for the long wait we wouldn't have been as frustrated... If you're in a rush, I don't recommend going to this location.
Ordered curbside at this location by accident. When I called to ask for a refund so I could place the order at the right location (while sitting in the parking lot) she refused with a great deal of attitude. She also told me I should have “checked my app location better” and that my only option was to come pick up the food despite the fact it would have been sitting for well over 30 minutes by the time I would have gotten home to my son to eat. When I asked for her name, she {again very rudely} refused to tell me even her first name, but did clarify she is a supervisor there. I realize you don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but they could have simply refunded our measly $9 order and we wouldn’t be here. I have yet to resolve this issue - I’m still kind of floored she had the audacity to act in such a manner. P.S. the other location in this town is 10000000x better. Excellent service and the food is always great and delicious.
Everything is fine, but our order was incomplete. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and they didn't give it to me.
Ordered 5 ahead waited 15 minutes in the store for 1 sandwich. Watched 2 other people who came in after me and order get their food brought to their table. I just left without my order
Worst mcdonalds, I've ever been to, food is half cold half hot and they put barely any sauce on my spicy deluxe for the 3rd time thought it would be diffrent after a couple weeks after the 2nd one but nope and horrible customer service and watched them not even set but throw my fries in the bag and it's been like this for a month so far.
Order online and they forgot two out of three fries and the ones I got were cold and some weren’t even cooked. And I didn’t even get sauce not even ketchup and I didn’t even get a bottom bun to my Big Mac
The manager Angela refused a simple accommodation request for special needs adults with limited ability!! All they wanted was some ketchup in a cup so they could have it with their fries!!!!!
Horrible management and poor environment. Spoke to the manager about the music being too loud in the play area and she proceeded to give me dirty looks and be rude. Music was never turned down. Bathrooms are disgusting and nothing in the dining area is cleaned. Would not recommend.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Mobile order for 4 meal deals. That’s 4 of each item. Got home after a 10 mile trip and we were missing 2 burgers, 1 nugget and 1 fry. How can anyone get a mobile order this wrong? Waste of time and money. The food was gross, the tea taste like dirty water and the other drinks were all flat. The nuggets tasted like cardboard. We threw it all out and poured all the drinks out. Called and spoke with the store manager who blamed it on a shift change and he wasn’t there. It was 2 pm on a weekday…. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to be in person. So I’m disputing the charge with the bank and contacted corporate. The manager is incompetent and rude. I have never had an issue like this with any McDonalds or any other establishment.
Order a drink and crispy chicken sandwich,with mayo ex pickles, and tomatoes. Forgot tomato’s and ask for them. Employees rebagged same food as is and walked out. Then proceeded to stand in the drive through and txt for about 7mins after assumingly clocking out. Simply asked for a refund and had a poor experience.
Worst experience every time the staff is terrible and never have good customer service, they avoid customers anytime someone is at the register if you want a long wait and your order to be messed up in some way form or fashion this is the place for you!!
Came in with my kids and ordered ice cream and sundaes on app with table service. Well didn't get my order so I went up to the counter where my order was melted. The patty was burnt and dry. The staff was no help a lady who hadn't even clocked in yet gave me cups for the ice cream cones that were everywhere when the three kitchen staff people in hearing reach ignored me. What is wrong with this place. I'm greatly disappointed.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you're not going to have the drink machine in the lobby anymore then have someone who pays attention to the front. I just stood here for 5 minutes waiting for a refill and finally got a hold of someone who said give me a few minutes. We're extremely short-staffed. Hire more people or move the machine back out into the lobby. And what's the point of me taking a number at the kiosk if they're going to drop the food at the front without telling me. My food sat at the front for who knows how long. Getting cold without anyone telling me it was out front instead of bringing it out to my table. Don't implement systems you can't pull off. Everyone here seems miserable and I'm watching the manager shake her head at people who are working harder than her
The service was horrible, the kiosk wasn't working properly, then after having to wait for them to find a table number they didn't bring the food to the table or call us to come up and get it. When we asked for ketchup the worker rolled her eyes and acted like we were being difficult and they got the order wrong. 90% of the tables were dirty and the fries were very cold.
I don't know why they're asking me to review this McDonald's again I already have. I do not like it here it smells like old french fries and failure. They once again asked me to update my experience so here we go. Every single time we go there there is an issue either minor or semi major or as major as a fast food issue could be. The reviews for this place are atrocious best practices are not here don't take my word for it look at the cooks in the background with a large hairdos with no hair nets. I still say coming here is a mcbad idea!
Delete an order before breakfast is over :( So I ordered again and thought it would be fresh??? The food was very cold and scattered in the bag . The manager is not a type of manager I would hire . Wow !!!!
They forgot an item of ours, which we called to inform them and they are letting us pick up our item at another time. On top of that, our burgers were a lot more pink than we appreciate for fast food standards!
After waiting at the front register for roughly 10mins with multiple employees walking past me without acknowledging me, the “manager” peeked around the wall and said I had to use the kiosk. I informed her I could not add what I needed on the kiosk. So she rudely said “well you’re gonna have to wait because I have 20 orders backed up back here!” and then disappeared around the wall again. Finally a younger friendly staff member took my order. Then after entering the play area with my child the area was FREEZING! My mom asked if someone could turn the ac down and again the rude “manager” woman came from behind the wall and nastily said “we have no control over the temperature out there”. By time we had finished eating and my toddler played all of our noses were running. The manager definitely needs to learn how to speak to customers!
I had ordered a double quarter with bacon. Im in a rush so i just take 2 bites which is a bit of it and notice its missing a whole patty. The guy who met me at the front counter didnt want to help and basically didnt do anything. Now frustrated i called the store to speak with the gm as i didnt want to bring a big commotion. Gm tells me to wait he will be out 15 mins pass and no one has came out. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from the person from the front desk and the general manager. I used to work at a mcdonalds and was getting trained up to a crew trainer and assistant kitchen manager this is not the service that mcdonalds train for I will always be going main street from now on they even got my frappe wrong and the guy taking it out wouldnt stop…..
Ordered online to pick up at the counter, they forgot my drink and then I had to wait while my food got cold while they tried to tell me I needed to order again to get the drink I already ordered. Then I went to the playplace so we could eat and the kids could play, every single table was disgusting and the floor was covered in trash. The tables would probably be clean if employees would get off their phones long enough to look up. If you are planning to spend your time inside you may as well drive across town unless you want to sit in other people's trash.
The food was subpar, the customer service was bad. It was just bad all over....
They messed up my order 2 days in a row. First day they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. Second day I ordered 2 McGriddles and only got 1.
The food taste like it's 3 years old. Fries were old and 🥶 cold. Meat Taste like rubber. Chicken nuggets old and cold
Ordered a $60 order of a combination of stuff and they Didn’t give me a single one of my hash browns. Once I realized I went back for them and the cashier was extremely disrespectful and lied about me placing a DoorDash order when this was a curbside order from there app. When the manager came out they were also disrespectful saying it’s my obligation to check the bag for everything when it really shouldn’t and should be the restaurants duty to give me my food I paid for. To add to this they just left my hash browns on the counter without calling out my name. I do not recommend this McDonalds at all, the employees are pretty disrespectful and have bad attitudes.
Ordered 3 items, had to go to the kiosk (which didn’t give a receipt), because nobody came to the counter nor did they bring the food to the table. Employees seemed high as well. Took 15-20 minutes. Table and floors were dirty. Food was cold, chicken was stale, and every special request I made on my items was ignored. I get it’s McDonald’s and you get paid $15/hr but stay off your phones and take a little more pride in your work. I’ll forever take my kids family to Raising Canes or Whataburger now.
Place was not clean, service was poor to mediocre. Tables were dirty, trash bins over full. Attitudes of staff were barely tolerant. Atmosphere was simply suffering.
This is probably the worst location in the area, for at least morning and mid shift. I take my kids out on the weekends and every time we stop by at this location the order is always wrong. Today I ordered two hamburger happy meals, add cheese, remove onions and pickles. For myself I ordered a daily double, but to no avail it was wrong. The hamburgers had no cheese and were dry, they removed the condiments but left the onions and pickles. My daily double, had no tomatoes, one pickle and two small dried up patties, I did not customize this sandwich. The drive thru service is poor because everytime I check the bag they’re upset and annoyed because they’ve handed me the wrong items or someone else’s order. Honestly think upper management should come in and re train because it’s worse each time.
Worst food ever, order not completed reorder was cold… will never go there again. No ketchup, no napkins and no sauces. Plus it was an hour to pick up crap food! CLOSE IT DOWN!!! Manager should be fired!
The employee told me I didn't have to have an attitude after I refused to take the two Happy Meals that I did not order or pay for (I ordered a large coke). When he finally gave me the coke that I paid for after severalminutesof waiting, he then started to hand me a straw and then pulled it back where he said you didn't have to have an attitude about it, I put the drink on the drive thru window and went inside and spoke with Walter. Where I told him I'm pretty sure the employee in the window was under the influence. Walter said he would speak with him! I left with out my the drink that I paid for. I am confused? He said he would talk to him? The guy was high! And spoke to me in a threatening way after he made a mistake! I am confused!
Literally normally not one to complain but not the first time it has happened.... I ask everytime for double biscuit and gravy... at this location they ring it up "Xtra biscuit" they have said "oh we don't do the double we have to charge you for an extra biscuit extra gravy" which is annoying but it is what they say right...(weird bc the one in joshua doesn't do this and yes I know franchise but is this a franchise thing or McDonalds issue) ....anyways I would say 2/3 of the times I still only get 1 biscuit though they charge me for an extra at this location....like what is it with employees not reading....I guess I should have learned the first time that this location just isn't it.
The two times I've been here, the first they had no fries. The second I waited over 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal. Will not be back. The one by Lowe's has two lanes and I've never waited for anything.
We ordered and not only did it take 20+ minutes for our food in the lobby, the employees were being loudly obnoxious, talking about racism, and all of that didn't give us sauce, or napkins. Even after that it took minutes for an employee to turn around and give us our sauces. This was at 9:30 pm
I came in with a coupon for a free happy meal, after I handed it to the untrained employee he tapped around the screen for more than five minutes and then said "it'll be $10.47", a regular happy meal cost nowhere near that much so I had no idea where he got that from. Had to ask two different employees for help, was finally able to put in, just for them to get my order wrong and they forgot to include the toy (that I was planning on giving to my sister which is why I there in the first place) I knew I should've checked the box before I left but still. Do these people not train their employees??
Drive through took way to long. I was sitting in one place for 20 minutes. Then I get to the window and the don’t have my order ready. They cleared trying to keep their drive through time up and completely skipped my order. Whoever the shift leader is at 7:45pm on August 13th needs some more training. The kid at the window doesn’t know what’s going on. DO BETTER.
This location is, without a doubt, one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The customer service was terrible not only was my order incorrect, it came with an unexpected side of attitude…and there’s no accessible drink machine for dine-in guests. Instead, you’re expected to wait around 5 minutes just to get a simple refill. The kids’ play area was especially disappointing. It smelled musty and unclean, like a pile of dirty laundry, and clearly hadn’t been maintained and was totally disregarded for quite some time. McDonald’s needs to seriously improve the standards at this location. It reflects poorly on the brand and does a disservice to the community & customers expecting a basic level of cleanliness & service. Do better.
We went through the drive-through today, it was midnight we ordered our food saw employees hanging out outside with some friends outside of McDonald’s, We ordered our food, drove back to the window and paid the girl was there to take our payment. So we pulled around to the window where we get our drink and food we saw that our drinks were sitting there. We waited there for about 20 minutes. No one came out. Literally there was no one in the line. No one in the drive-through no one inside. It was like people workers inside, but did not come to the window, my husband and I waited at first a few minutes and then we were kind of like, Where is everybody at? It’s kind of weird finally after 20 minutes they brought our food and drinks to us. The guy who came and brought our food to the window was very rude even after we waited so long I even proceeded to say thank you being kind, I asked her if we could get some ketchup please he turns around and didn’t say a word got the ketchup threw it in the bag. I said thank you he ignored his to shut the window! This place needs some good management out there watching them. I get it. It’s late they’re bored but that’s no way to run a store. Get some better employees.
This is my second review for this location. It’s been a few years and this is still tge worst McDonald’s around! Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle and when I opened it it was extra crispy and gross! 🤢 The hash browns were hot and fresh and that was the only good part. Still very disappointed. With the turn over in fast food, you would think this location would improve. I will not be back. I will drive out of my way to the location on Main. At least there they are fast, food is hot and not burnt and my big mac has meat (see previous review) Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD… this place is absolutely ridiculous, I went tonight around 10:30 ish pm after setting in the emergency room for 5 hours with my sick kid, I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, a double HAMBURGER, 2 small fry’s, a medium fry NO SALT! And a large Dr Pepper.. first off I waited 10 minutes at the first window and the guy never gave me a receipt he just kept taking orders ( I ordered on the app ) finally someone else came and said what’s the deal your holding up the line, so I moved to window 2, the kid handed me my drink which was barley half full and then my bag of food. The fry’s were all ice cold all of them, and my double HAMBURGER had cheese on it. So I send it back, few minutes later a women comes and try’s to hand me a bag with a double CHEESEBURGER In it, like no, I just gave yall back the double cheese and said it was supposed to be a double hamburger NO CHEESE!! So she goes and fixes it and says “ I gave you 3 medium fry’s instead of smalls, okay that’s sweet.. WELLL…. I get home and the fry’s are hard as a rock like they threw my old ones back down for a minute, and a all 3 had salt and one was supposed to be NO SALT ( which I told her as well ) so now I have 3 fry’s that nobody can eat because one had no salt and they was so hard it could of broken a tooth and the double hamburger was nasty and stale, and the Dr Pepper tasted like it was pure water. $13 down the drain and nobody got to eat really. This is getting out of hand, yall really need to hire better staff at both locations in Cleburne, it’s just pitiful.
