Best sub in town. New Rosemary parm bread is awesome. They always have a different fresh brewed flavored tea that I always get. No calories and nice flavor (blackberry was last). Awesome stuff. And they have a loyal program to get free subs!

Jersey mikes always makes great subs. This place in particular has super friendly staff and quick turnaround so it is definitely a go to food spot. Go there every time I can.

My friend has a severe gluten allergy and I went to order us subs because they have gluten free buns. They asked if it was preference or allergy. When I said allergy they all changed gloves, cut the meat on a separate cutting machine and surface, and thoroughly wiped down all the surfaces that the sandwich touched. I wish all staff at all restaurants would be so conscientious when they are dealing with individuals that have life threatening allergies. They do exist. Kudos to the staff that take this seriously.

Amazing Service at Jersey Mike's on Greenville Ave in Dallas, TX! The staff really goes above and beyond to make my experience first class every time I come by, and I come by often, because the staff treats me like family. More specifically, one of the leaders/managers Matt always greets me with a warm welcome, remembers my order, and always makes sure I'm taken care of. I now consider him a friend, and always come in to see Matt and the crew as they do an amazing job not only making incredible subs, but providing friendly speedy service as well!

They didn’t put me the chili peppers and hot peppers. I asked, but everything else was OK. Service was good. They were busy but worked efficiently. The bread could’ve been fresher will be back, but there are other Jersey Mike’s around the area that I would prefer going to.

The food is still delicious, but the energy of this place has changed. I grab my food and get out as fast as I can. I no longer order in store. No one is ever smiling or happy and quite honestly, I feel like they can’t stand the fact that I walk in for food. I remember there use to be this guy Travis and one of his buddies (had a shaved head, blonde) who were always so cheerful, nice, and happy! My husband and I use to eat inside and leave a pretty good tip. What happened?? Bring back the happy employees!! The guy at the register today was super sweet

This employee gave my food away to some blonde and brunette people sitting down and eating it right in front of me and said they took it and he couldn't do anything about it. They didn't order the same thing. It was custom and my name was on the ticket. He told me they stole my food and did nothing about it as they sat there right in front of him eating it. He didn't address them, He didn't make them pay for it, He did nothing. How is this going on in 2025???

This employee gave my food away to some blonde and brunette people sitting down and eating it right in front of me and said they took it and he couldn't do anything about it. They didn't order the same thing. It was custom and my name was on the ticket. He told me they stole my food and did nothing about it as they sat there right in front of him eating it. This place is stingy as hell, they’ll purposely put half the meat that other jersey mikes do just so they can charge you extra for more meat. Go to the other jersey mikes, hopefully this place will hire better employees or go out of business cause of a stingy owner. Do better, corporate greed sucks.

Put in a mobile order don’t wait in line. Employees will finish all the mobile orders before attending to in store customers. Only took 30 minutes to get my sandwich

Gave me the wrong chips not a big deal but they put relish on my sandwich when I said on the side

What a waste of money. They used to be good but now it's a mistake that doesn't need repeating. The sandwich with"no jalepenos" was so hot it wasn't enjoyable and was just sloppy tasting. They couldn't even manage to use the names on the order so we could tell them apart.
