In my opinion the team at the Cleburne Tx location are on point every time and are one of the best I have ever ordered from. Great job as always y’all . I don’t normally add reviews but this is one spot that deserves some recognition for quality and professional service. Thanks as always from the White fam.

I love ordering from this Papa John's. Staff is so friendly and food is always delish. We have made it out Friday night delivery! We live pretty far from town but these guys get to to us always under the time quoted.

I see so many bad reviews. I've used this pizza place several times and they are always really busy and still get us our pizza In a timely manner or are good at letting us know it will be awhile. Today ordered 6 pizzas for teacher appreciation week they got the tax exception and made sure we got the best price and all our pizzas were ready in 30min. Great service for a pizza place. Will continue to use them!

Would have been 5 stars but chicken wing sauce was wrong. Online order for people on the go has to be accurate. Didn't double check at carry out. Had to be somewhere. But finding this problem at other pizza places too where I don't have time to go back for wrong or missing items.

I ordered a square cut pizza for carry out through their app. Specifically because I have toddler who struggles to eat a full slice. When I walked out with my pizza I saw a regular pie cut pizza. Very depressing 2/5

Made an online order last Friday with roughly 2 hours left before they closed. It was a 10 pizza order, about 5 minutes after the order was made I received a phone call from a very rude employee saying the order needed to be made 24hrs in advance. Said they were going to make it this time but future orders like that need to be made 24hrs in advance. My issue wasn’t the rules, I understand a Friday night can be busy and a large order can make it difficult to get other orders out in a timely manner, my issue was that the person on the other end was very rude about it and the fact that the order was for pick up so if the order was going to be made regardless why should an employee call and be rude over the phone instead of respectfully telling me when I show up to get my order? And when I got home one of the pizzas looked like it had been dropped. I didn’t even bother calling and trying to get the guy to replace it. He probably would’ve had a problem fixing his mess up anyway.

Pizzas were poorly cut. Had pineapple on my extra mushrooms pizza. It's evident that it's hard to find good help for papa John's. Congratulations you found a way to ruin pizza that's also hard to do. Oh and after taking a few bites the pizza was undercooked- doughie. Trash company right here.

Your red flag should be when you see someone has given high rating but no review. The truth about this store is the food is good but manager IS a dishonest jackass but the drivers and the girls processing the orders are top notch and give the best customer service of any pizza place and the girls and drivers deserve 7 stars but unfortunately the jackass manager has caused the rating for this store to be drastically lowered.

I was subjected to this food at work yesterday. The sauce was way too sweet and the dough was raw. The cheese wasn't even fully melted. The outer crust was 2 and a half Inches wide. Super lame.

My first time at this restaurant picking up my order, I was told it would be a few min wait, before my order was done. So I went out to my car and waited five minutes. Then I go back into the restaurant and I was told it would be 20 or so minutes. I said, you just told me a few minutes, a few minutes ago. He was like, well I made your order wrong and so I had to redo it. I was not happy. Today I thought I'd give them a second chance. Well that was a big mistake. I show up at 1:45 pm to pick up my order and was told it would be a little longer before my pizza would be ready because they first needed to heat the oven up. What the crap Papa John's, 1:45 pm and yall aren't busy but I still need to wait because the ovens are not heated? Um no more pizza here.
