Real nice place to go on a date or solo adventure, which is what I did. I kept seeing their IG advertisement, so it's a new year, so I gave it a try. I came to try something different! 1st, I have to say the waiter was really nice and patient with me explaining the ingredients in their dishes on the menu. Theres alot of things in a different language and he was kind enough to explain for me. I tried the spider roll and the drunken ramen with chicken. All was very good. My cocktail, the "Spirited Away," was very refreshing and strong! The ramen was spicy but good! My spider roll was different and good! Just what i wanted. I enjoyed everything and will definitely come back to treat myself again. Nice spot for sure!

The location is super cute, the waiter was really nice and the food was just fantastic. It is a little on the expensive side, but it is worth it. We really liked the food and even the presentation of it. I don't even want to start on the drinks. I really recommend it!!

Food and service was great. Our server, Erin was very friendly and attentive. Appetizers were amazing. Sushi was very fresh and tasted delicious. Kinda of pricey but the quality was outstanding. They do charge a 15% property fee on your bill and I didn’t see that disclosed any where on the menu but may have missed it. Overall I was very happy with our experience and meal.

We hosted a Secret Supper dinner at The Madison, and we wanted to highlight the Chef at Sora, and we could not have had a better night! The vibe was unmatched, and we were so incredibly impressed with the food! We love our partners and friends at Sora!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Paige during my visit to Sora, and she truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, her hospitality was next level. She welcomed us with such genuine warmth and positive energy that it immediately set the tone for a wonderful evening. What stood out most was how knowledgeable she was about the menu — not just the dishes themselves, but the flavors, textures, pairings, and even small details that helped us choose exactly what we’d enjoy most. Every recommendation she made was spot on. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and knows the menu inside and out. Beyond that, Paige was incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. She checked on us at the perfect moments, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and made sure we were comfortable and happy from start to finish. Her sweet personality genuinely made us feel cared for as guests, not just customers passing through. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism, efficiency, and kindness so naturally — but Paige does it effortlessly. She’s the kind of server who elevates the entire dining experience. Sora is already a beautiful restaurant, but having someone like Paige representing them makes it even better. If you’re dining at Sora, ask for Paige. She turned a regular outing into a memorable experience, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Food was amazing. The tuna tartare really stood out. Drinks were beautiful and tasted great. Shaila was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Only feedback would be my boyfriend booked for a low top since we’ve sat at the high top bar before and got a high top bar again. Regardless, having Shaila as a server made up for that as well as convo with the sushi chef!

Had a wonderful experience her recently. Food was fantastic and service was pretty good. Crab rangoon mozzarella sticks and Pork Belly appetizers were phenomenal! Bao buns, sushi and pot stickers were good. We also had the octopus appetizer and Waygu smash burger, I'd definitely order both again. Yuzu lager and cocktails were on point as well! Definitely be back soon!

We had a great experience. Food was amazing, and so was the service. We both had some of their mixed drinks from the menu, and they were wonderful. I recommend the spirited away. I got the omakase sushi which after the waitress told me what it was I totally forgot what everything was. The sora roll was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Great food, INCREDIBLE service. Great happy hour deals! Kara was so sweet and knowledgeable. Try the charred edamame! The seared salmon was delicious, the vegan steak was shockingly meat-like. Our first time trying sparkling sake and it was very good! Definitely will be back.

Came to Sora on a Monday afternoon. We were seated quickly. Ordered th Gyoza to share, loved the chili sauce! We each ordered Maki Lunch, 2 rolls, soup, and salad. GET THE SPICY CRAB SALAD! And a spider roll to share. Everything was delicious and our server Tess was great and attentive.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing!! Every single thing I ate was so flavorful and delicious, the server was very kind and attentive, and the drinks were so good! This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to!

The restaurant’s interior design and atmosphere were lovely, and the food was delicious. I ordered one of the Inside-out rolls, the salmon avocado, solid choice. As a salmon lover, I had to try Mizumi Roll, which was amazing. Our server, Hannah, was one of the best server I’ve ever had. She was warm, kind, sweet, and attentive throughout our meal. She sets the standard for what great service should be. Servers like her absolutely deserve a generous tip. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Such a nice experience!! So pretty inside all around, friendly employees, great food and drinks! We got the lemon drop drink it was good and enjoyable. The spider and california roll was good as well!

Hannah K was the best server and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We go the toro, hanabi roll, ebisu roll, seared octopus, and spicy crab salad. Everything was delicious.

Such a beautiful restaurant with great service. I went for the first time today! The food came out fast and was amazing. Highly recommend. The drinks were tasty as well :)

Excellent service provided by Paige. She took very good care of us for my daughter’s birthday. The food and drinks were delicious! And Atmosphere was definitely a vibe!

This place was breathtaking! The ambiance was beautiful with vibrant pinks and purples enveloping you from the second you walk into the door. The cherry blossom tree in the middle is an excellent focal point. Not to mention the food, which is the best part of any dining experience! The sushi we had was all great and our friend who doesn’t eat fish got the smash burger and loved it. I would highly recommend going to this establishment if you are in the Cleveland area.

One of the best restaurants I've been to by far, their crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks are genuinely one of the greatest things I've ever tasted.

Josh was our server and he was amazing! He was informative and helpful when it came to the menu, attentive, kept our drinks full, and added even more to the atmosphere 🌺 can’t wait to come back!

Had an incredible experience at Sora today! Our server, Tess, was absolutely amazing, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out. Every single thing she recommended was spot on and absolutely delicious. From the moment we sat down to the last bite, everything was perfect. Tess made the whole experience even better with her warm personality and great energy. Can’t wait to come back!

From the service to the food everything was amazing. Cara was our waitress and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Sora roll is melt in your mouth-amazing. The wagyu atop is cooked to perfection. Drunken fried ramen is always salty (in a good way) and spicy. It was my dad’s birthday, he really enjoyed the vibe. Thanks Cara!!

The space is beautiful. Great for a date night. Our server, Brennan, was attentive, personable, and had excellent recommendations. Our cocktails were creative and tasty. Food was excellent. Dessert was delicious. Our first time here. We will be back.

I decided to take my wife here for a date night after seeing the lovely photos of the restaurant on their website. It's even prettier in public and the atmosphere was great. Music was a touch loud but otherwise it was really great. The service was excellent. Tess was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Chef Kevin was working directly in front of us as we sat at the bar and he was very attentive and friendly as well. He spoke to us and checked on us several times. And the sushi he created for us was exquisite. Absolutely beautiful and we look forward to returning.

I ordered on the door dash app many times. The other day I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was beautiful. We went to Sora sushi school and had a great time! Chef Josh was full of knowledge and helped us make 3 delicious rolls. Service was amazing throughout the class, and we left stuffed with food and information. I would recommend anyone to sign up with your friends. The staff create a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Sora around my birthday in July. Since then, we’ve been back four times. We were privileged enough to experience the Omakase dinner for our third anniversary. Chef Josh was an absolute delight with a unique background and a love for his craft that you could taste in every bite. Their happy hour menu is INCREDIBLE for people who would like to enjoy high-quality food and service at an absolute steal. An additional aspect that keeps us coming back is the service. We had a stunning, charismatic bartender named Sally, who was so hospitable, warm and fun with an extreme knowledgeable about any drink or item on the bar that we had questions about. She had such an extensive knowledge of the menu and the history of Sora and its dishes and you could tell she really loved her job and coworkers. This is an absolute gem of a place that we will drive over 40 minutes every single time for a special date night.

Elina our waitress was great.. very attentive! Made sure we liked our food. This was my first experience at Sora and I’d day for a busy Valentine’s time day schedule for them. Food was good, quick, staff were friendly.

We had such a great experience. Our waiter, Josh, had great recommendations and was the most pleasant. The food was dope and the perfect amount. Ten out of ten.

We had the BEST time this past Sunday celebrating my husband's birthday! We used the private room in the back for a surprise birthday, and it was amazing! Way bigger than I thought, and we comfortably put 50 people in the room with apps set out and a selective menu to make it easier for our guests and the staff. It was an absolute dream! I could not be more grateful for Aubrey, the Chef, the Bartenders, and the Waiters. I am so incredibly happy with how everything came out!

There isn't a bad item on this menu! I went with a vegan friend, and she let me taste the vegan steak. I was absolutely awestruck at how close to real meat it tasted. Texture and everything! Simply amazing! Great atmosphere. Very chill. Do not skip out on this place!

So I’ve walked past Sora more times than I’d like to admit. I’ve always commented on how pretty the lighting looked from the window I just never made it to eat there. My friend wanted to get together for my birthday so I decided what a better time to try this spot. 10/10 would recommend. I had the Yume and Medusa rolls which were both AMAZING. But their spicy stir fry with Salmon was EVERYTHING. (If you don’t like or can’t handle a goof spice I wouldn’t recommend for you). The lychee revival was okay but the Mango Sticky Rice cocktail was the best cocktail I think I’ve ever had. I also got the birthday mochi which was also really tasty. A gentleman who I’m assuming was the Maître d' was super friendly as he made his rounds checking in on each table. To top off this experience we had the best waitress ever, her name was Erica. She was super attentive, personable and gave us the best recommendations she was a true sweetheart. The food was also very reasonably priced for the Cleveland. I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing dinner last night! The crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks were incredible, followed by excellent sushi rolls (Ryu, Spider, Aubrey) and topped off with delicious mochi ice cream and decadent chocolate mousse. We’ll definitely be back!!

Small rolls seem like the way to go, I'd say the inside out are good too. Large rolls have way too much going on and I did not expect softshell card to be an actual crab in the dish. That didn't ding my rating for food. Some things just didn't hit the mark. One aspect that just seems disappointing was hearing my girlfriend talk about how neat, interesting, and big the women's restroom is and I check the guys and it's nothing special. Easy to know the restaurant's priorities.

The food was really good! Server was very attentive, at a time he got busy with the bar & we were waiting for the checks for a bit. Drinks were so cute and really good! Will definitely be back! GET THE CRAB RAGOON MOZZ STICKS!

We visited Sora on a Friday night and the experience did not disappoint. My party of six was seated promptly and the atmosphere was AMAZING. It really felt like we were transported into another destination. The decor and ambiance was quite nice. The food was moderately priced and was quite good. We were checked up on multiple times and our waiter definitely made our experience more enjoyable. Overall, there were great vibes and good service + food. I would definitely visit again in the near future.

Atmosphere is beautiful. The servers were nice. I got crab fried rice it was delicious with their spin of yum yum sauce. I also got a berry fruity drink it was good.

Definitely one of the most authentic sushi places I have found so far! The rolls and the ube tiramisu tasted fantastic, I would skip the Drunken Ramen and the Pork Belly Buns next time.

The atmosphere is very nice. The sushi, and appetizers that I had were amazing!! I recommend the crab ragon mozzarella sticks, the suki roll, and the lychee revival cocktail. The service was good and kind, but I wish he was more attentive. Bartenders shouldn’t have to serve the tables as well.

The food was good, but the service was not as good, specifically at the bar. I guess they only give good attention to their friends. No one came and even asked how the food was, and they took really long to come to the bar and even give ne a menu. Most of the time, the bar was unattended on a Thursday night.

We had an early dinner reservation at 5:30p Saturday evening. The atmosphere is super cool and we liked the vibe. However, our server lacked “service” and it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. (PS: as an owner, you should not have people like this on your staff!). Never shared her name, nor the specials. Just a very robotic type who takes the order and serves and leaves. Overall, we wouldn’t have minded the super high prices aside from the lack of service. Food quality, price and service didn’t add up for us. We most likely will not be back.
