Service was excellent! We were asked three times during our dine in stay if we had everything we needed. We were helped with ketchup and hot mustard chicken nugget dip. Food could have been a little warmer but otherwise it was great.

The staff here are always respectful and great at getting bigger orders right. This is one of my favorite McDonald's to go to. Oh and the sweet tea is always fresh compares to other one who serve the same batch ALL day..

The manager is actively involved in the operation of this place and is focused on customer service. She brought my order to my table (I have a disability and walk with a cane). She visited with each customer and asked them about the quality of their meal. Place is clean.

This is one of the best McDonald's in Clovis. Everytime we've come inside there is always someone to help. Leslie walks through the restaurant offering her help, supplies and friendly attitude. This happens every time we come in. I've looked through the reviews and I'm sure things happen but I can honestly say this is the best McDonald's. Today we also had a great experience with another lady, I didn't catch her name. She offered to help multiple times. Realized we didn't receive our drink cups before we could say anything and grabbed them for us. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They should have 5 stars!

I come to this McDonald's almost everyday, I always do curbside pickup. Their employees are always that come out to drop off your food are the nicest!!! Very respectful and always polite. Shout out to Anaya for always being so sweet. The 3 stars for the atmosphere has nothing to do with the employees. The parking lot here at times is awful. The parking area is so small. I personally have seen two accidents from people pulling out from a parking space and another from people driving through there like its freeway 41! There have been more homeless hanging out up front than usual lately. You can smell and see them smoking Marijuana. They don't bother anyone or ask anyone for money. Overall, the employees at this McDonald's are top notch!! Never a bad attitude or rudeness. Hard to come by nowadays.

Love the double drive-thru ordering station. I drove in right away, paid and had my food within 5 minutes. Both customer service reps were very courteous. My only gripe is that they added too much ice into my sweet tea. Guess I should ask them to go easy on the ice.

I always use the app and stroll through the drive-through. For some reason, the curbside service at this location takes forever. I've had to go in and get my food several times. It's your average McDonald's and it's centrally located. However, it can get overly crowded here at lunchtime as the other nearby McDonald's is closed for renovations. The drive-thru line gets backed up and blocks the thoroughfares to the rest of the shopping center. Nothing wrong with this location just be prepared to wait during busy hours

The service at this McDonald's is far better than average. The seating is reasonable, and it being so close to shopping options such as Costco and the mall makes it more of a promising choice. The bicycle parking is extremely accommodating. I ride a bicycle personally, and I know when bicycle parking is better than average. This is definitely pretty close to top-tier. It's separated from the normal parking, and invisible from the street. It's also very close to the entrance. The clientele can sometimes be questionable, but what do you really expect from a McDonald's? This one has a very cozy interior, with lots of seating, even if it is very small. Also, this location does have very accessible wall outlets! Very useful. Bottom line, I do recommend this location. Keep in mind of course that it is, after all, a McDonald's. Your experience will definitely vary. Cheers!!

I messed up on my curbside order. I thought I had the $12.49 special and was charged $22 and some change. I went and talked to the manager and she was able to reverse the charges after four days they said it had the bank before they could refund the money the food here is always fresh and good.

It's the first time I've been disappointed with McDonald's. I asked for fries with no salt and ended up going somewhere else to get more since they didn't fill up the cartons all the way. I don't know if it's because of that recall or inflation, but they are really skimping on the fries.

Ordered a mcchicken, got up to pay and worker said the mcchicken was on the order, I recieve my food and the mcchicken isnt there and I look at receipt and the worker apparently never added it to the order. Don't use for doordash. Seems like they either rush orders or Don't read them. Almost everytime I order them through doordash the miss something or give the wrong item. Doordash is good about the complaints and give credit quickly. But I would prefer the items be correct. Not have to always get credit. Please start verifying the order before bagging it

Have been here with a mobile order a few times. Had to wait atleast 20-30 minutes each time. Also, waited at the drive through microphone for almost 5 minutes just to have a car pull up to the other drive through and get helped immediately and pass me by? Doesn’t make sense.

I love McDonald's double cheeseburgers but sometimes you know the quality is not good. You know you want to eat a good burger for the money that you spend and it be cold sometime are thrown together. Menu prices are not accurate. I drove to this mcdonalds because billboards driving up to it show $7 for a homestyle breakfast with pancakes. When I arrived, the menu showed $6.89 for that same meal and inside showed $7. When I actually ordered, I was told it was 7.29 plus tax. Not a huge difference but they should definitely honor the price on their menu or the price they're advertising or change their menu and the billboards on clovis ave.

I understand that this is a McDonald's and it's Fast food but I have mixed feelings with this location. I'm not sure if they're just moving too fast or if they're just not paying attention but sometimes they'll get the order wrong. I've had my fair share of some employees being very accommodating and nice. They get my order to me in a timely manner but then there's times I'm waiting 20 minutes for just 2 large drinks with the employee acting like I inconvenienced them. Shouldn't be this way and if employees are going to act like that then maybe they should move on because my kids love the kid's meals but if I need to take my business elsewhere, I will. No loss to either of us. However when the experience is good, it's good. I suggest double checking your order especially at this location to make sure it's correct. One big thing as well is that this location kind of shares the parking lot with Costco so during the day this location can get pretty busy so keep that in mind.

We went through the drive-thur, ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and orange juice. Simple. Went up and payed for it. Next window got orange juice and was asked to pull around and park in the number 1 slot. All okay till 10 minutes later my wife went in and our in a food was sitting, getting cold, no one even making an attempt to bring it out to us. Must be hard to find good help including managers.

They were slow. There were 10 cars that had been in front of us when we arrived.. They had no manners (no please or thank you). My son's happy meal had no toy (which we didn't find out until we got home) and I had to go back in and wait just to get the beverage that was supposed to come with his meal.

I’m generally a fan of McDonald’s. I don’t have unreasonably high expectations for McDonald’s. But this one has to have been the dirtiest one I’d ever seen. I imagine the employees were working their butts off trying to keep up and serve customers, but it was so bad, we left after 5 minutes of waiting in line. We had two kids with us, and looking around the dining area we couldn’t see a single clean place to sit. Employees weren’t taking orders at the counter, but directing all orders to go through the kiosks. Half of which didn’t seem to be working. The line inside was long, the drive thru was long. I felt bad for the workers, but we decided to leave and go to a different restaurant for lunch. I hope this was a one time thing.

They have new staff not very happy with the training that they're getting.. how hard is it for the manager at up front window to go to the back and pay for a soda that was missed out of the order? Anna instructed me to go all the way around with my car again and wait for 6-7 cars.. for one soda. No mindful kindness at the McDonald's in Oakhurst anymore. I've had to wait for pick up at this place many times and for too long. No help inside either due to automated order screens. Additionally the last two visits I have ordered no cheese, no cheese is on the receipt, and they still put cheese. I can't eat it and if I don't check before I leave I'm screwed. One trip they gave it to me two times with cheese. It took a third item to get it right. I understand they are busy but some requests are for important reasons! On a different note the employees are always pleasant and helpful.

The manager of this store was rude. Today after making our self-payment with a card, the machine didn't print the ticket. So we ask for help. While the cashier was trying to help identify our order, the delivery guy started to be rude and racist. The manager didn't nothing to stop the situation. I will never return to this place.

If there was a no star, I would have given it. Total miscommunication during drive thru and and was sent to wait for my drinks, 2 frozen raspberry drinks and a mocha frappe. After flagging down the worker, she said they were out. So I substituted it for 2 frozen sprite. When the sprite came, my frappe didn't. After waiting for the mocha frappe, they said it was out. I said I wanted a refund. She asked was there anything else I would like to sub for it due to the inconvenience. I suggested how about a big Mac? She said okay. After a few minutes a new worker came out and I had to flag her down. I had to explain the situation to her because apparently workers here just go on breaks without telling the next person wht was going on. I explained my situation to the new worker. She came back out saying her manager said no to a big Mac and that I can have my mocha frappe? It literally was 49 cents difference. I would rather had my drink because of the heat, not another burger. So.... I guess more mocha frappe just magically appeared. I got my drink at the end after 40 frustrating minutes. Had no idea what happened. Poor poor communication. Next time I get asked to drive to a wait spot for drinks, going to refuse it at this PARTICULAR md. Can't wait for the one on Ashlan and Clovis to run back up. If my son wasn't sleeping in the back I would have gone in to speak to the manager! It's called drive thru for a reason and not drive thru n park. 🙃

So disappointing. My husband and I swung through to grab a quick blizzard after our dinner date and it was the most sad blizzard ever. It was supposed to be an oreo one, but could barely count as that. One spoonful of crumbs on top of the soft was all it was. Not even blended or anything. Ordered at 12:15 and it is now 12:51. Order still not out and won’t refund us when we don’t even want to keep staying here to waste time. Have been ignored over and over and can’t leave because we’re still waiting since they won’t refund us because they’re slow and understaffed. We stopped at the drive thru on 12/9 at 9:45 pm, and girl taking our order was extremely rude. We ordered our food with a-shake and a McFlurry and we heard her sigh through the speaker. She also rushed us to order and made us feel like we were the problem because we were ordering food. When we pulled up to the window and her attitude didn’t change at all. Usually this spot is decent but this go around was not it. The gentleman who brought out the food however was very professional and showed excellent customer service.

Waited over 30 minutes for them to correct a mobile order. All I was missing was a happy meal, should of been an easy fix. When they finally came out with meal I asked if they could replace my food since it was now all cold and they said they could only replace fries. I didn't want to wait another 30 so I just left. I usually have more patience than anybody in regards to fast food service, but this location, in the past 3 years, has proven to test my patience more than anywhere else. Today I waited 20 minutes after being told to park up front for my drive-thru order, and after walking inside to check on my order, I was told that they were then going to start making it. Ten minutes later I have my food, and lo and behold part of my order is missing. I understand that there was a lunch rush, but this behavior is consistent across all times that I visit this location. Things need to change.

This is the most inconsistent mcdonalds I've ever been to. If you go there before 6pm the food and service is fine but if you go there at night it's a different story. First of all you can never find a parking spot. It's not that the dining room is full. You go inside and find no customers. All of the cars are from employees that work there. I guess they expect customers to walk across the street from planet fitness. Either that or they don't want walking customers. When you go inside to order they tell you the orders are "to go" only. When you order it takes forever to get your food as they make mobile and drive through orders a priority. All of the workers are rude and could care less about the customers. The fries are rarely fresh. My sandwich looked like it was stepped on several times before throwing it in a bag. I suggest driving down the street to a different resturant if you want some decent food because these workers do not want to be bothered

Every time I go to this McDonalds I get sent to a waiting parking space to wait for my order to be brought out to me. Every time the employee delivering the food comes out, they never know what car the food belongs to. The frappe machine is always broken, I just happened to get lucky this visit. I do not go to McDonalds very often, because this is the usual, and this is what happens the few times I have gone. Nothing wrong with the food, but the service sucks.

Ordered Uber Eats for my daughter in law because she's sick. They forgot her burger. 2 Happy Meals and a burger... and NO BURGER. Very disappointed.

They did not honor the monopoly stickers. We got shorted out. The manager was professional but mcodnalds itself lied to us and cheated us out. They said only certain items came with the stickers. We ordered according to the monopoly menu on the app Some items are missing the stickers

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, my order is wrong and the french fries are always cold. Very disappointing.! And they’re really sad. Part is I ordered from the app so there should be no reason why my order is wrong And why would the french fries be cold when you’re told that your order is ready and you come right away!

This location looks really corporate and the staff will park you even on a simple order. Its a far cry from the way mcdpnalds used to operate. I only ordered 2 fries and a burger and they parked me for like 10 minutes. The whole parking lot was full of people waiting for their orders, but there were barely cars in the drive through.

For a Monday, its quite surprising that they are out of the blended coffees, but have shakes. It seems like every week they are out. They are really rude when you want to request extra sauce packets, asain girl in the window gave me a lot of attitude for asking for 2 extra sauce. Other than that, the people making the food are great, always taste good.

Waiting for 45 min for my order, went inside for help… nothing not even an acknowledgment. I went back into the drive thru to get their attention and the young man acted like I was trying to steal food. I just want what I paid for and I don’t want to wait 45 min and go thru drama to get what I ordered. That young man that was in charge needs to go back to training. I quit eating McDonald’s for years. I might as well just go back to not eating here. I ain’t missing anything.

Sat in drive thru to order a sundae. Ice cream machine broken. Now I'm spending 15 minutes of my night waiting to drive out of the drive thru with nothing. Use a sign! Waste your customers time, I won't be coming back.

Everything i go here them seem to get my damn order wrong. Always order no onions and still onions all the time. Cheeseburger meal and both say no onions and look smh

My recent experiences at the McDonald's on Shaw and Clovis have been consistently underwhelming, particularly when it comes to the speed of service. Despite its reputation as a fast-food restaurant, this specific location seems to struggle with the 'fast' aspect, especially at the drive-thru. On multiple occasions, including my latest visit, I've found the drive-thru service to be frustratingly slow. The irony is apparent: there are hardly any cars in line, yet the wait times for food are lengthy. For instance, today, after ordering two sandwiches, fries, and a drink, I was asked to pull forward and wait an additional 5-8 minutes after receiving only my drink. This defeats the purpose of a drive-thru, where the expectation is to receive orders quickly and efficiently. As I waited, not only did the wait time exceed the initially stated 5-8 minutes, but it also resulted in a longer queue of cars behind me, all seemingly trapped in the same slow service cycle. After a 10-minute wait, I finally received my order, only to find the fries were cold. Due to the delay, I was already running late and chose not to address this issue or request a correction.

So much salt my kids wouldn’t even eat them and free I tried one I tossed them out. Like cmon look at this and you still chose to bag them. Waste of time and money!
