The Team Elena recommended the special to me, but it was a single burger and I wanted a double patty, so she said for a minimal fee she could add an extra patty; and was I pleased with the freshness of the patties! A Young lady named Jackie answered my questions about some Jalapeño Poppers and told me about a special on those, and needless to say more, I enjoyed every bite of both. haven’t had Carls Junior in years and this visit was worth it. These 2 staff members made it more pleasurable by being so friendly and kind with smiles on there face. Will definitely come back when I’m in town

Our full tour bus stopped here on Friday 08/15. I was not sure how Carl's Junior would handle around 30 people with about 30 seperate orders right at 12:30 in the afternoon. The staff here did a great job! Every order was correct, the orders came out quickly, absolutely no issues at all. Shift Leader Elana came around and asked each of us if we needed anything, drink refills, etc. It was s great experience at this Carl's location.

I stopped through on my way to Arizona on a Wednesday morning at approximately 7:00 a.m. . This was probably the greatest experience I've had! The lady who took my order and served me at the window, had a very heavy, Hispanic accent. She was probably one of the nicest most cheerful people have come across. It was a great way to start my morning! Even noticed that I had a brace on my hand and made a comment to me. She said I hope your hand gets better! So sorry I didn't get her name, but she with her cheery energy made my morning!

I Came by on Monday night around 8 pm and I felt like I have never had a great experience at any fast food joints like this. I Went through the drive thru, the shift manager was nice and friendly. My order was hot and delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty and hot. The young lady at the counter was very courteous. I didn't expect a Carl's Jr. at a Love's truck stop. Bonus!

Hamburgers were good and the table was clean. We didn't get anything other than burgers and drinks, but a couple catsup packets were in our bag. Plenty already on the sandwiches so they just got tossed. Cost about $18 for two people.

Just as good as any other one I've gone to. I seem to be going for that #1 lately and it never lets me down. I was slightly reluctant, being this one was in a truck stop/ fuel station but it was still the same ol' "make it while you wait" as any other. It's a Carl's Jr. at a truck stop so what do you expect? This location was understaffed, the place was full during a lunch rush and there was not enough staff to man the restaurant. There was one cashier for both the drive thru and the front, which was ridiculous. He tried his best and he did everything he could to make sure the customer was satisfied. Overall, I think this place is a solid 4 Stars.

I stopped in and had the California classic double cheeseburger combo. It was really good. It was even better that the whole combo of fries and a soda only cost five bucks

All tables in the lobby were dirty. Our food bag had fries dropped into it, and we only ordered onion rings. Staff kept switching what job they were completing so it slow down the process a lot. More staff and more organization would help this location.

We ordered 3 famous stars... one with pickles and cheese only and one with no onions but the last one with everything. Guy only gave us two burgers and when we went back around to tell him he just said oh I didn't ring you up for a third burger even though he said it plain and clear at the window. The food was fairly good. I had a guacamole bacon burger small combo. My wife had a famous star small combo. I forgot to tell them no onions on mine due to a sensitive stomach and am paying for it. Even with a veteran discount, the bill came to almost $18.

We stopped by here for a while on our way back to Rancho Cucamonga from Arizona. We ordered Double Cheeseburger. The service was fast, we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes to get the burger. Like the other Carl’s Jr. places, the burger was good. But major concern of this place is the cleanliness. The place was dirty and so were the tables. In addition, homeless people were roaming everywhere.

The service could have been better, the staff could have been more educated about the menu items and how they are made. The French Frys were good. The root beer tasted awful to me but, My family enjoyed it. They said it tasted like real sarsaparilla. I orered the California burger meal a medium size burger, a drink and, a fry.

They are stingy with the condiments but they do get your food out in a timely manner. Most employees are decent. Not too friendly but they aren't rude.

It was ok but I won't come back. The service didnt feel welcoming. When I placed my order, the young lady had an attitude with minimal words exchanged or even eye contact. I only ordered 1 California Classic burger. That's it. The burger was a mess. It didn't have whole lettuce, but the sliced up lettuce. The onions were only partially grilled.

A little upset. Two visits, both through drive thru and two orders that were incomplete. Yes we have a larger family and make decent sized orders but that should be no excuse. This time I went back and they gave me the missing items, however not even an apology for the mess up. I wanted 20 minutes of MY time and fuel in MY truck to get my order right. A simple apology would have been nice.

The burger was fine but I was very disappointed in the fries. How can you serve someone old, cold and crunchy overcooked fries? What a waste. Over half the fries which are darker in color we're crunchy and old. The lighter color fries were good but I only got a few of them.

Came to the drive thru at 3am and they said "we're closed" it's a 24hr Carl's Jr. But they are somehow closed and they tell me to come back at 3:15am.. why would they be closed at this point and for that duration i don't know. Ede was the person on the drive thru so i don't know if this story is true or not but i found her service to be awful and she was rude and at one point she told me to leave. Unfortunately this is the only Carl's Jr that's open 24hrs so i had not a lot of options for food on my way to work.

The purpose of me ordering online and paying in advance is so I don't have to wait, the lady in there told me they don't make it till the person comes in and ask for it because if they make it half the time people don't come pick it up, I'm confused to this comment because this state is expensive to live in why woukd someone order and pay online and not come get the food, this is unexceptable and I shouldn't have to wait if I order and pay in advance online, I just think staff are lazy.

I don't eat at Carl's Junior for the simple fact that they have a Demon Burger. Anytime you call a sandwich that you make Diablo which means DEVIL I will not have anything to do with it or the establishment.

We order an egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. Bacon wasn’t put so bf went back. All they did was grab the sandwich we had and put an extra egg and added bacon. This is so unsanitary, bringing food back to the kitchen instead of making a new one. Called them, Spoke to the manager in charge letting her know what happen. Didn’t offer any resolution, I called back to ask for my refund (the sandwich was for me, I won’t be eating that or from them ever). Called 4 times and they didn’t pick up. Manager just called back saying she can only process the refund if I come back, saying that’s the policy. We have some where to be and aren’t able to go back. Though, restaurants policy is , once the food is given to the customer you can’t take it back. So you pick and choose what policy to follow? We wouldn’t have this issue if my food was redone or done correctly from the beginning.

I can't say how the food was because I never got it nor did I get my money back. I was the third person in line and it took about 25 minutes to order. 45 minutes later the first person in line was still waiting on their food and another 12 people had placed orders. I told them I needed to get going. I had just ordered a biscuit. They said it would be another 30 minutes or so. This is a fast food restaurant that couldn't serve a single biscuit in an hour. I don't know if I've ever had a worst experience at a fast food restaurant.

We had went thru the drive thru & was asked to pull over which was fine. Elena was the person running the window & brought out an order & handed it to us. It's not the first time she's messed up our order so we really didn't know what was going on. Also trying to place an order with her is next to impossible because instead of listening she keeps interrupting you so you're never sure what your going to get. We told her at least 3 times we had a coupon for one of the sandwiches but when we got to the window she told us the amount owed which did not include the coupon being subtracted off so we once again told her we had a coupon & she really got an attitude then that she had to enter it. Very rude & very poor customer service! Won't be going back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Took over 40 minutes to get food. After taking my order and my money, they claim their system was down. However, I kept see other people getting their food. Some might read and think, what can you explain from a fast food joint in the middle of no where? I would explain the same type of service I get from any other Carl’s across the US. No offer of refund or phone number / email to address this to manager. If you are here and you have to choose between them and Del Taco, pick Del Taco.

I ordered a large Coke with extra ice and a big chicken fillet hold the lettuce but add heavy onion and heavy pickle. That is not what I got. They want to earn more money, I want my food correct.

The family and I got down to stretch our legs as we are traveling to Disneyland and this was the worst stop ever .. we didn't notice until we sat down but food is every on tables, benches and floors as if noone cleans there. Stood at the counter for over ten minutes, with a line as we were ignored by crew and management alike. They kept prioritizing drive thru and worked slow to get our food out after ordered. The burgers were sloppily made and just unappealing to the eye. Waffle fries I ordered were hot and fresh, though. As a former GM in fast food, this guest experience inside, was awful. Drive thru is no more important than lobby guests.

I ordered a small chocolate shake and waited almost 15 MINUTES! I wouldn’t have even ordered it if I knew it would take 1/4 of an hour - the dining room was a mess with trash on the floor and filthy tables. If you want to stay the night here it might be worth ordering a meal.
