Me and my Family came to your Pizza Hut for our Friday night and we were welcomed wit a smile by a gentlemen named Joseph. He was very friendly and helpful...he has manners like a Manager and seemed very knowledgeable...the food was excellent and he was very prompt with our order...I have worked in the medical field for 21years and in customer service and I would have to say he has beyond excellent service...he is a great asset to your company I might add... We love our local Domino's. So glad they carry Gluten Free crust. Trevonte delivered our Pizza today and was very polite and courteous. Very pleased with Domino's customer service.

Service was good. Food was good. Even served in a timely manner. Only 2 complaints. The temperature in the building was uncomfortably hot. And the pizza slices were stuck to one another. Ate my pizza in pieces. Other than that it tasted delicious.

I’m only giving a four out of five because every time I order extra ranch I never get it or the marinara. Any side of sauce I order never makes it to me. And then I feel bad about making the driver come back to my house just for the dipping sauce I ordered. And sometimes I spend four dollars on just ranch. Considering they’re a dollar. But oh well. Some things can’t be helped.

Went inside store to enquire about hot and ready pizzas, no waiting and was told no and that I need to order by phone or online so I got my phone out and was then told again that I can't order from inside the store and that I need to step outside. I stepped outside and was talking to the same girl but this time though the store glass, after jumping through hoops I was told it was gonna take 15min. I understand the need for all the social distancing protocols but that was insane.

I have never had a problem ordering at my local Domino's Pizza. But, everytime I want to place an order online...I have an issue with the advertisement. I placed and order today and it gave me the option on adding another item for $5.99. Which i did and at the moment of checking out, it will give me the amount of $7.99. I called my local Domino's and they couldn't help me out because it was an online order. It's pretty upsetting when you see an advertisement and at the moment of wanting to take advantage of the promotion you can't!!! Not a happy customer when it comes down to this. I paid online for my order. The time was good but they forgot my 2 extra Sauces i paid for. When i called they said they would send them with 2 extra side but would take 20 mins. Told them we are already eating and to just refund my money. They couldnt do it because they would have to refund my whole order and then recharge me all for $2. Wont be ordering from here again

Ordered over $80, received a text that “Perfecto” was on his way to deliver @7:57 pm. At 8:57 I called since no one @ the store had the audacity to call me and tell me that the driver clocked out and left without delivering the pizzas. The pizzas were sitting on their shelves. Called to request a refund and asked for managers name and they declined to give me a name. Not ordering from this location again...

Payed for 3 pizza... got 2 in return. Had to go back for the other pizza. Just like you guys make sure to get the cash right for your register. Make sure your customers order are Right!!! And give receipts for every order card or cash not just for credit transactions. The sticker on the pizza is not a receipt to me paying the pizza or proof that I payed for 3 pizza and for the two that I got...understand. How could I claim something without proof.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I definitely would not recommend calling this Domino's if you are hungry. I have been on the phone for at least 2 hours just to place an order!!!!!! All I have been hearing is the recorded message on the line and even managed to hear the end of the recording! The recording then began to repeat AGAIN!!!!! This store needs a dedicated employee to answer the phone. I don't mind a long delivery time as long as I know I have placed an order and will eventually receive the food. The employees are not at fault, but management should take note and make an effort to address the issue. I would place an order online, but the app does not allow for customization and limits toppings. Once again I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!
