My pizza was excellent. The staff was very nice over the phone when I called in my order and super nice when I picked it up as well. Very happy with the service and welcoming staff.

Very nice people and amazing service. The pizza was a 10/10. Hands down the best Ive had. They also have a salad bar, which is also amazing. We drive an hr just for the experience. Theres also a small little arcade to keep kids entertained while you wait for the pizza.

This is our annual go to spot during Christmas season on our way back from cutting down our Christmas tree in the forest. The staff are very nice. There is plenty of parking out front. Plenty of seating for small or large groups. Games for the kids, beer for the adults. The all you can eat salad bar has many options and is so good! I always order the all you can eat, but never get seconds. 😆 I would recommend the single serving. Although, if you’re unsure, it’s only a $2 difference. I’ve had the breadsticks, which I prefer over the garlic bread but both are delicious. The pizza is very good, also. We choose carnivore, vegetarian, and lactose intolerant options. The atmosphere is family friendly. Delicious!

Calzones. Wow guys. So impressed. This place was amazing. Portion sizes were huge. How do they make money. $12 large calzone i finished it but it was alot to handle. Tasty and packed with meat. Highly recomend personal favorite. Excuse the pics could have been better but was on the clock. Trying to show how stacked with meat it was and as big as my hand. Lol. Just try it. Recomend custom pick favorite items and enjoy.

This place was a gem! I stopped here for dinner after a few hours of driving. The food was fantastic and portions were great for the price. Not only this, but it was ready quicker than I expected and the employees were very kind and friendly! I would give 6/5 stars if I could!

They have really good daily specials. We ordered an XL two topping pizza for $18.99. There was no skimping on the toppings either. The atmosphere is okay and the parking area is a little funky. Clean restroom was a plus.

It's a pizza Factory, exactly as expected. A bunch of kids working it, very polite and attentive. The only thing is that the back of the restaurant is carpeted and it kinda smells like dirty carpet. Also, as with every other restaurant that has arcade games, they don't work.

Love the pizza here. Great crust, great sauce and by far the best Ranch. Little disappointed lately in the accuracy of our orders. Nothing like waiting for your pizza to be delivered and they bring the wrong pizza... ☹

Picked up an extra large Hawaiian pizza and bread sticks last night. The bread sticks were hard and not fresh at all, basically not edible and not a single person out of the 4 of us took more than one bite. They're actually still sitting in our hotel room. The pizza was pretty good but had hardly any sauce at all and was very thin but toppings were a good amount and I liked the flavor.

Gone way downhill with new owner. Chicken wings awful no bone in tasted like little lumps of fat. The pizza was ok not great as it was. I have been a weekly patron for five years. They need to step it back up,also employees are no where as nice as they used to be. I wish them the best.

The kids in there try really hard and are very polite, as a customer and resident for over 30 years, I've seen several different owners come and go and this is the worst! As the food has declined in recent years. My meatballs in my sandwich were not meatballs at all, they were cut into 3 parts, which added up to 2 full meatballs and were rock hard- and I mean solid ROCKS! I had to get it refunded. This is the 3rd time this has happened and 3rd chance I have taken, because we like to support our locally owned restaurants,but if they cant give you what you are paying for, or make it edible, how can we afford to support them?

Nice friendly staff. I had pizza from this location off and on for the past 22 years and the quality has decreased tremendously. I had a lousy pizza from there a month ago and understand it happens sometimes so I went back tonight and decided I would have been better off eating frozen pizza. When Little Ceasars and Domino's are a better choice there is a problem

So this is the first review i'm posting even thought, i've been thoroughly enjoying this business for a year. I ordered an extra large pizza with my favorite toppings: pepperoni, pineapple, beacon, and Canadian beacon. I always tip well, and am as nice as possible, since i work in customer service as well, and don't want to be rude in any way. And this location has nailed not only my order everytime, but has been prompt in delivering to me. But this night, i recieved a pizza that was topped with pepperoni, pineapple, Canadian beacon...and sardines. I do have to admit that the HINT of sardine was not terrible with those flavors, but was certainly not a desirable combination. This review is not to slam this establishment, this is the first time i've had reason to complain, and i use their services at least twice a month if not more. So please, guys, i really like taking advantage of your services, please take better care in the future.

I walked in and the girls behind the counter were a lil rude and not really friendly. The place was dirty with plates on most of the tables and and on the ground. The pizza was pretty decent but I would just ask them to clean the tables.

Ordered the cheesy bread sticks. They cooked these one's in a bread loaf pan I think. Not really cooked and tasted terrible. The other place had it spread out like a pizza and cooked to perfection. The pizza was OK. Gave us the wrong toppings and crazy expensive. $50 for bad dread Stix and a ok pizza. No thank you!

We came here with 2 other families for dinner. About 4 slices into our pizza, my daughter came for another piece. She pointed to a spot on the crust - at first glance I thought it was red sauce but on closer inspection it was actually a baked on cockroach (between the crust and cheese). I have never been more disgusted. The employees claim that they have never seen any bugs, but how could just one make it into our meal? If I could give negative stars for this review I would. The only way the owners can make this right is to have the restaurant professionally treated.

I used to order from here about once a week. But the quality started to go down hill and the last straw was getting a pizza where more then 3 slices had nothing but sauce on them and the side that was supposed to have chicken on it had chicken on about half of it (so a quarter of the pizza had chicken). when I called to complain the girl who answered the phone said that just happens and made no offer to correct the issue. She said the cheese slides around. I have ordered many pizza's and if it was just that then the slices next to them would have had extra cheese. To be honest there just wasn't that much cheese on it. I don't know what happend to this place maybe new management but I had been ordering from them my whole life used to have 4-H meetings there but never will I order from here again.

Had a bad experience a couple months ago, but decided to give pizza factory another try after really enjoying the food from another pizza factory. We ordered the same exact items, and the pizza factory in Colfax is just bad. The salad croutons were not cooked, just soggy bread cubes. One pizza was burnt and the other was undercooked with rubbery crust. They didn't even make an effort to spread the toppings around, one side of the pizza had nearly 3 inches of crust. And to top it all off, they didn't even slice it evenly. Some huge slices, some tiny ones. Colfax has a lot of good pizza options. Beach Hut next door makes good sandwiches. But pizza factory doesn't deserve your money.

They said Our pizza was delivered to the wrong address. No one called us, we had to call and ask about the delivery. That’s when they said our pizza was in the oven and they would deliver when ready. We waited one hour and twenty minutes before we called…I just hated to be lied to and I hate to be hangry

Ordered for pickup and this is what my pizza looked like when i got home. Huge hole, almost like they dropped it.

I ordered off the phone, it was 3 hours from closing time, and I never got my freaking Pizza. I've been sitting on my couch for 3 hours doing nothing waiting for my pizza, I ended up eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Terrible service, if I could have rated it zero stars, I would have, because I never even got my food. They said "oh they'll be there in 15 minutes" 1 hour later I called back and they say the same exact thing.

We asked the young lady who was taking down the salad bar if they were closing it and she said yes and will we explain to her that we just ordered a salad and then so she put it back and then we asked her what time do you guys close and she said 9:00 p.m. and after that then we had to go back up and ask them for the beer that we had ordered also which I stood at the counter for another 5 minutes wow the employees we're too busy talking to each other. The pizza is good But the employees who work here are too busy talking about their own lives then to anyone who walks in the door it's a shame because they have a good pizza but the service is horrible I will never come back.

She was unenthusiastic and she gave me a blank stare instead of saying “how may I take your order?” She seemed nice but didn’t necessarily act like it. I was quite bitter about it afterwards. I don’t know how she could get away with that but she needs to be disciplined and needs to do a better job with her attitude. It’s embarrassing… Fortunately when I came back to pick up my order, she wasn’t there but instead it was this guy who was respectful, approachable and enthusiastic and I was relived he was able to assist me in getting my food. I never got their names but she needs to learn a few things from that guy. I had a FAR BETTER experience interacting with him than that young unenthusiastic lady… I don’t know what she had against me as soon as I walked into that door
