Great for a quick stop, but it's a shame that at certain times there's self-service. During these hours, the tables are a bit crowded, with no one cleaning or setting up the chairs! And getting through with a stroller becomes a hassle!

Beautiful restaurant on the lakeside. Stunning view. We arrived Saturday evening without a reservation and were welcomed without any problems. The menu offers both fish and meat options, as the proximity to the mountains demands. Very friendly staff. It was fun to have some girls there for the bachelorette party!

I was there on Sunday and made special use of the pool. I had a great time. The pool was clean. The atmosphere was clean. The staff, I must say, were friendly. The pool fee was perhaps a little high... and the pool closes at 6:00 PM, which is too early for the summer... I hope they'll look into it...

My experience at this place is based solely on an aperitivo. The location is very nice, the bar is close to the beach and the lake, and the view is excellent. However, the aperitivo wasn't satisfying, especially considering the food: it was bland and dry, and the spritz was average. Unfortunately, improving the aperitivo menu would be enough to significantly raise my rating. I paid €32 for four spritzes.

Sono andata con delle amiche sabato mattina, avevamo prenotato telefonicamente il giorno prima con una ragazza molto cortese e disponibile. Ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato un uomo sgarbato e veramente maleducato. Ci ha dato delle risposte pessime, prendendoci anche in giro quando ci siamo trovate in dubbio di fronte al prezzo totale che non corrispondeva a quello indicato dalla ragazza in fase di prenotazione (c’era semplicemente l’extra dell’ombrellone, bastava spiegarlo). Per quanto riguarda il cibo c’è una grande disorganizzazione, la signora alla cassa non sa cosa c’è nel menu e non ti sa dare indicazioni (volevamo sapere che tipo di focacce avevano). La piscina è carina ma purtroppo la maleducazione di alcuni membri dello staff ha rovinato l’esperienza. Visto il costo decisamente alto non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Dal punto di vista architettonico ed arredamento (almeno l’interno) e’ molto bello, l’esterno andrebbe un attimo rivisto in quanto non e’ giustificabile chiudere l’ombrellone e lasciare il cliente mentre mangia sotto il sole ….per il resto personale non all’altezza della location e soprattutto cibo di bassa qualità rispetto al prezzo richiesto …esempio un panino al limite del mangiabile euro 8.00. Assolutamente non consigliato …ed era un lunedì di settembre non oso immaginare il servizio nei we.

We are not there. Beautiful location, no doubt about it, but exaggerated prices for not even having table service and having to go and get the food from the kitchen on plastic plates, often pre-packaged. Go a few meters away and there is much better.

Bar eitv a nice view at the lake. But: Aperol Spritz is without proseco. I never got it that way at any other place...

Cafoneria e zero professionalità. Incoerenti con i prezzi , maleducazione alla base del loro (non )servizio. La signora all’accoglienza è la persona più sgarbata che abbia mai incontrato. Maleducata !

Ho utilizzato il servizio di piscina pagando l’accesso giornaliero di 25 euro oltre a 6 euro per l’ombrellone. A fine giornata chiedo dove fosse lo spogliatoi con le docce. Rispondono che la struttura non è munita né di spogliatoio né di docce calde. Dopo una forte protesta e la seria minaccia di chiamare le autorità, magicamente hanno dato indicazione di dove fossero spogliatoio e docce. Pessimi !!!

Per il primo giro sono passate tre persone diverse una per l'ordine una con i drink e una ( dopo 15 minuti) con gli stuzzichini. Cercato di intercettare le cameriere (sbracciandomi) per fare un secondo giro .... Poi..... dopo 15 minuti mi alzo e vado direttamente in cassa faccio ordine e pago(non volevano farmelo). dopo 15 minuti arriva ordine (sbagliato) e ci chiedono di pagare.... Bho avevamo solo tanta sete. Peccato location davvero molto bella per me merita un po' più di attenzione...non c'era neanche molta gente

NEGATIVOOOOO! prenotato fuori con vista lago, ci dicono che non c'è il tavolo....purtroppo siamo andati via. Di solito non funziona così. Un ristoratore farebbe di tutto per allestire un tavolo...Hanno perso l'opportunità di avere ottimi clienti

This place is truly borderline decency. We live in Colico, and we showed up to access the pool. We were two adults and a child. We were denied entry due to the policy established today of a maximum of five children in the entire pool, because yesterday a group of children (according to them) made a mess. Therefore, we were forced to stay away. Needless to say, my son was upset, and obviously so were we. P.S. There were only two children in the pool today... I wonder if this is normal... Shame...

I live in Colico and am a regular at the same bar. Today, my partner, her son, and I decided to use the resort's pool, which is open to residents. At the cashier's desk, they told us that, according to the policy, instituted TODAY, no more than five children are allowed in (because some of them had made a mess yesterday). I tried to insist, since there were only two children in the pool, but they quickly made excuses for not letting us in. Absurd! P.S., there were three dogs in the pool, which were not banned... and there were a maximum of ten people between the lounge chairs and the pool.

Very boring and expensive caesar salad, salad from a bag and three small slices of dry chicken with no bacon in it. Go to Centrum and eat for half the price and get full instead.

I travel a lot and eat out all the time. That's why this place has to go down in history as the worst place I've been to in my 44 years. Ordered a dish with various fried fish and seafood and vegetables. I swear I got a wishing well, because they had taken everything and thrown it in the deep fryer, vegetables fish seafood and all. I would call it clammy and inedible. Add dog food for once if a dog would even eat a little of it
