We loved this hotel when we visited in 2019, and always wanted another chance to revisit. And when we saw that this hotel reopened since May 2023, we booked immediately for that wonderful Lake View room. Fantastic view, quiet, Adults only, and pet friendly community with great breakfast buffet. Two great swimming pools to swim and lounge around lazily underneath canopies. Perfect environment to disconnect and recharge. If clear skies, beautiful star gazing. Can pass through directly to lake waterfront with lots of water-sports activities with numerous trekking and cycling routes. I see that Colico, the town, outside the hotel area has upgraded. Colico has a great ferry and train connection to other towns around Lake Como, and direct railway connection to Lecco and Milan Central. Absolutely recommend 💯

Lovely hotel located 5 mins from Colico train station with plenty of amenities, good choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel has memorable lakeside and mountain views. The breakfast choice is plentiful with fresh fruits, cooked and continental choices with mouthwatering cakes and pastries. Has nice and clean pools and sauna/steam facilities. Although it located a little distance from busy hotspot of lake, it is cheap to get around with frequent trains just need to plan the days. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about the area and happy to help,

Stayed here for 1 night and it was great, I have been to many hotels in Italy and this was ideal. Room was fresh, cool and clean. Pool area was relaxing without any issues. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice to deal with, parking was also good as we had an under cover area outside the room. Close to bars and places to eat.

The hotel itself is quite nice, but there’s a real downside with how the facilities are managed. If it isn’t busy, a lot of the amenities aren’t actually available — even when reception says they are. For example, I turned up to use the sauna and spa, only to be told they don’t open unless you request it at least an hour in advance. This was a real let-down and disappointment, and as a result I never got to use them. It’s a bit of a shame, because these are the things you expect to be able to use freely when staying at a hotel, and it does take away from the experience.

It's a beautiful hotel from the outside, but I didn't like it on the inside. looks old and unkempt. the bed was ragged and hard. There was a thick layer of dust in the air conditioner. breakfasts are poor. but the hotel has a good location!

Beautiful location, view of the lake and modern contemporary room and comfortable bed. Newly opened so a few teething issues but when Giulia the friendly receptionist appeared on the second morning it was totally different, she’s is so friendly and informative with an easy conversation we had great recommendations for Saturdays boat trips and then a smile with more laughter and l have to say the whole experience of staying has been 100% improved by her help and attention. Good breakfast and friendly housekeepers made it great and the beautiful lake views and quiet helped us to relax. Thanks

Warning for english speakers: The reception and services does not speak or understand clear english and may charge you with stuff as they see fit. We were charged 95 euros for a massage we did not get. The rooms 100-110 also have car park as a complete view. I advise the caravan/trailer park nearby which have access to same grass/lake and a view much better. You will thank me!

They call them self an adult-hotel. But right next to our terrasse, is the public pool. I love kids, but when booking at a adult hotel, I expect a nice quiet hotel with no kids. Will never go back…

I stayed in the swimming pool area and don’t recommend it for families with kids. They accept us and made pay but all the time we’re coming and asking to be quiet, don’t laugh, don’t jump and etc. plus they don’t let kids play with ball or any other water toys that makes it almost impossible to stay with kids all day. the staff behaved as the owner of the hotel plus lifeguard thought that I don’t understand Italian and was complaining and gossiping about me with other colleagues. There is no services in the swimming. You need to go and take in the bar drinks and food that makes it absolutely uncomfortable with kids.

Beautiful property, racist experience We went there for our honeymoon, the staff at reception was courteous. But the staff at the bar was a bit racist towards the people of colour, it was quite evident in how they interacted with us and how they interacted with others. We could feel unwelcoming at the bar and dinner restaurant hence we decided to have all our meals outside the hotel. This really impacted our experience. Otherwise the location of the property is really good, walkable distance to lake and amazing view. If you are staying there, I highly recommend going to Porto Vino restaurant which is 5 mins walkable distance from the hotel, unlike their team, they are very welcoming and the food is amazing.

Horrifying experience! We paid twice for the same room and there was a complete lack of customer protection — only greed for money! Beware! We are absolutely disappointed and outraged by the attitude of this hotel. We made a reservation through Booking.com with a free cancellation option and payment due a few days before check-in. We received a payment request, completed the payment, and later learned that the hotel's account had been hacked. We immediately informed the hotel, and they thanked us and assured us that we would not have to pay again upon arrival — they would be expecting us. We were shocked when they told us that they would not be seeking the money from Booking.com (due to their hacked account) and that we had to pay again for the room otherwise they will cancel the reservation! We tried to explain that we had confirmation from them that no additional payment would be required, but they were relentless that we need to pay. Their complete unwillingness to protect their customers, who were victims of the hacking of their own account, speaks volumes. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, they shamelessly shifted the problem onto us, demanding double payment. €700 is not a big amount for them, but for us, it was significant — especially considering we ended up paying twice for the same booking! After an "apology", they once again issued an ultimatum: pay or leave. Their only concern was the money — they showed not an ounce of compassion or understanding for our situation. As for the room, the food, and cleanliness — I can give good ratings. However, the horrifying treatment and obvious greed, combined with the complete lack of customer care, overshadowed our entire experience. It also turned out that a family from our hometown, whom we know personally, was staying at the hotel at the same time — and they too were forced to pay twice! Whether this was just a coincidence or part of a deliberate scheme to "double-sell" their rooms, I cannot say for sure, but it certainly raises serious concerns about dishonest practices driven purely by profit at the customers' expense. I strongly do not recommend this hotel because of their irresponsible and greedy attitude towards guests and the real possibility of falling victim to a similar unpleasant situation! Be cautious and avoid this place, where money seems to be their only priority!
