A fairly quiet restaurant, the food is excellent, I've been there more than 8 times and I would go back without a second thought... The seafood is well prepared with that delicious touch of sauce... It makes you keep eating even though it's spicy... a slightly strange concept for some diners... But it doesn't displease anyone...

The place is new in Colima, it's pleasant, has good service, is clean, and has air conditioning inside. It's great for going with friends and having a few beers to accompany the meal, but you can also go with the family. I tried a Cajun-style shrimp combo (shrimp, shrimp, mussels, potatoes, sweet corn, and broccoli) that was literally finger-licking good since you don't need utensils, just your hands to savor this delicious dish without prejudice. It's approximately one kilo recommended for 2 (but easily eats 3). It includes a side order of potatoes. You can order it spicy or not, or with the sauce on the side. In my opinion, it has a flavor that's hard to forget and super delicious. I'll definitely be back soon to try more dishes from the CRAZY CRAB menu.

Being a very frequent customer, I was surprised to find the spiciness of their food had changed, which affected our enjoyment of the meal. *(It was inedible)* We weren't informed that they had changed the recipe. Also, we know that some servers are very forceful... Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience, the reason this time was the food.

The food looked promising, but the experience was ruined by the manager’s handling of the situation. We ordered a combo from the menu and after the order was taken, the waitress came back to let us know they didn’t have one of the ingredients (crayfish). She was very kind and checked with her manager to see if a solution could be offered. Unfortunately, the manager refused to resolve the issue and told us that if we wanted to substitute it with crab, we would have to pay extra, even though the problem was that their menu was incomplete. When a restaurant doesn’t have what it offers, the proper thing to do is to offer a solution at no additional cost, not pass the problem on to the customer. Due to this lack of judgment and flexibility, we decided to leave. It’s a shame, because the food may be good and the waitress did her part, but the management and customer service need significant improvement.

After eating it, I developed a high fever and stomach pain, in addition to the obvious symptoms. The doctor said I had food poisoning due to poor hygiene with the seafood. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

It wouldn't be a place I'd invite to impress. The cups are plastic, the waiters are rude, and they make mistakes and don't say anything about them. They don't have what they advertise.
